6th week started great, we can see flowers exploding even though the plants still remain compact and relatively short. This is the last week I'll provide booster Bloombastic, and gradually reduce also all the other BioBizz nuts dosages. The smell is getting pretty awesone and pungent, love it!! Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Havested about 90 days after seed posed. She is a kind of giant: about 1.8 Kg of buds and branches from only one plant. The buds seems a little bit dry. I hope this will be not a problem after cure.

Been a good week, did a few upgrades to get tent as automated as possible and it's been going great now that I can make changes anywhere instead of rushing home or asking for help to turn off or adjust 😆 Is it possible to start getting foxtail mid flower? Ending 4th week now. Bubble gum ice cream showing signs. Lights are about 36" away from canopy and dimmed to 75% [photontek 600w pro] Very powerful, been tempting to lower to 50% as it gets pretty warm. I have 8" blowing out and a 6" blowing in the tent to keep positive pressure and constant air flow. Let me know what you guys think, any comment or feedback is appreciated and welcomed. Buds are starting to take proper shape now, second quickest of the four I have now although the sweet tooth did get topped possibly slowing it down. Got some bad looking marks on lower leaves some are completely dead. Look like pH or phosphorus. Got a pH test pen on the way tomorrow so will test when I water them. I will update the diary once tested. Tested pH and it looks good at 6.9 so I'm gonna increase bloom nutes cos it could be phosphorus or magnesium.

Overall, we are very pleased with the end result of this grow! For the harvesting process itself - once the trichomes on the buds were milky white (see zoomed in photo above), we cut down the branches and hung to dry in the tent. The light was on in the photo to display the hanging to dry method, but the lights were turned off for the duration of the drying process. On the first day the buds were hanging, all large fan leaves were trimmed. Over the course of the next week, day by day, more leaves were trimmed. After 8/9 days of drying, the buds were ready to move into the curing stage (the test for this: the skinny branches would snap when bent, and the thicker branches were near snapping when bent). On day 9, buds were cut from the branches, trimming off the final accessible leaves, without damaging the trichomes, and placed in glass jars with dehumidifier pouches to begin the curing process. For the first 7 days, the jars were opened (burped) for 10 minutes twice daily. After the first week, burping was reduced to once a day and then every few days. Strain first tested after 10 days of curing, but cured for a total of 4 for optimal results. Citrusy flavor, excellent sativa for mellow productivity and a mood boost. Now that I have my first grow under my belt, it's time to move onto the next!

Hello, fin de la semaine 3 de Flo. Les plantes on presque fini leur stretch de pré floraison. La densité du feuillage était énorme au dessus du scrog. J’ai donc effectué une grosse défoliation pour laisser circuler l’air et aussi augmenter la pénétration de la lumière. Je pense que j’aurais peu être due tailler un peu plus les toutes petites pousses pour éviter les pop-corn car beaucoup on poussaient pendant la pré floraison. Les 1ères buds commencent à se former. Elles vont pouvoir se développer un peu mieux grâce à la défoliation dans les prochaines semaines. J’ai aussi augmenté la puissance de la lampe. Je suis passé à 100% soit 600w pour les 4 dernières semaines à venir. Voilà tout pour cette semaine Happy grow...😎

Everything went well over vacation! The girls are doing okay overall. They needed bigger pots and it's starting to show overall. Another reason not to use autos cause I can't lollipop. But the watering process is going well. This Gorilla Cookie is my girl in this tent. She's doing well and hopefully starts to look better. I'm considering using synthetic nutrients in this grow to start giving for power. Hung up my new California Lightworks UVB supplement light. I think I originally hung it a bit too close (18 inches from canopy) based on the subtle color change in the leaves, so I raised it up to 24" above the canopy. I was most certainly skeptical, since this is my first time using UVB, but even over the course of its first week under the bulbs I've notice a VERY visible increase in trichomes. Every one of this plant's buds is COVERED in trichomes! It looks like someone sprinkled sugar all over the damn place!

This was the final vegetation week. Retied some of the training. Two branches snapped in the process. Mend with tape. Affected branch seems to be recovering. During the week they withered a bit. Added 500ml of water with no effect. Increased the distance from light from ~25cm to ~38cm. Next day they looked more stiffened and rigid.

We have reached the second week of flowering for our beautiful photoperiod ladies of Zamnesia. Born 1 September now at day 45 amazing. ---- The general environmental conditions are good, there is always a little too much heat from next week we should have just for the resin a sharp drop in temperatures that could also give us beautiful foliage for this period. --- Our 2 Karen Kush deserve a slightly different discussion. They had a bit of difficulty in the final vegetative phase, I saw them not being very good and here is where different decisions must be made for the two plants. —— Plant 1 is still in vegetative stage in another growbox dedicated to emergencies and due to space problems. I topped the center x8 tops and I'm letting them grow. Under the center I cleaned everything except two lateral branches that I elegantly worked with a symmetrical LST that director Wes Anderson would really like. It's a plant that could easily be dedicated to Grand Budapest Hotel. Also these lateral tops were growing too much compared to the center. In fact, by taking the center's food first, whoever is at the internode below eats first, there is nothing to do and therefore these lateral underlying branches were becoming much taller and more powerful than the center. Solution? Repeated fimming to keep the lateral branches low, which are indeed widening and strengthening, but the center is reaching them to be better aligned. In my opinion it will be wonderful in the end. —— Plant 2 was cleaned of many branches that would have given useless holes and we simply sent it into flowering straight like the others, we need to photograph the main cola of the plants and making them grow straight is more or less the only way. --- Fertilization program - The fertilizers are always Plagron and I am following the table that I generated on the site depending on the chosen substrate. Create your own sheet and follow it, never be presumptuous my friend as I have been in the past, follow the sheet and look at the plants, not all need the same amount of fertilizer.
