This girl has bounced right back from those early magnesium deficiency. Glacial rock dust will be used in the future to mitigate this issue. Regardless we are about 9 days into flower now and the stretch is on. Daily ive been doing a light supercrop bending the tops over but been extra cautious not to snap anymore tops, already lost two from past weeks. Slight defoliation was necessary little to no air circulation was making its way through these 4 bushes. Let the smells begin! Cheers.

Day 78-Day 15 of flower for GSC and 19 for GG#4. Did some rearranging in the tent because I ordered a new flowering tent setup. I’m excited to split these two girls off from the auto in the tent and put them under 480Ws. Fed em with 2L of nutrient solution and left it at that. Day 82- After I got the new flowering tent setup I did some defoliation on my girls so they can soak up all that extra light they’re getting now. Just put em under a 480W Ecofarm LED but it’s only at 50% power for now. I’m not supposed to be doing any of this because of the surgery I just had but I just can’t bring myself to wait for someone to come around and set it up for me.

I started flower on 03-27 and gave em the week prior 2x some Bud-Ignitor to help em switch to flower a little quicker. I also did some heavy defoliation at the start of the week on the lady's, but 4 day's later it was like the junglebook again in the Budbox. (I will keep defoliating through the first 3 weeks of flower to open up the canopy) Well thats it growmies👍 Stay lifted🤗

Itty-Bitty is now 15 inches tall, Strain: Royal Dwarf-- so she was not meant to get very big anyways!- VERY happy with the 25-30 buds, she will not grow amy taller, now focusing on fitting up her nuggets. She's the oldest of my 7 strains this run- popped up from soil Oct 3rd 2023. Do not plan on harvest until 2024.

Very strong weed I am curing right now so when I tried it the taste was not good But the smell is exactly as advertised And it’s very strong 💪 First time I try Barney’s farm and they were great no complaints I would grow orange sherbet again. The girls are stretching nicely and looking healthy as can be. I added the second trellis for extra support when the buds will be ripening in late flower. There’s already some early ice, on the fan leaves too, so that’s a good start! Some pheno’s seem a little quicker with creating flowers, but since these are f1 seeds it’s not so crazy that there’s some difference. It looks like I’ve got either 3 or 4 quite different pheno’s, which is exiting. I’ll do a big defolation on day 21 of 12/12 so you’ll see that in the next weekly update 👌🏻

- Day 62 and the 4 of the mephs are with some amber crystals already ( Stomper#1,#2 & GWK#1,#2), - Stomper #3 (D62) and SODK (D57) are a few weeks behind. - Stomper and GWK produced a light>medium bud structure (tap water only🚿) with full of crystals 💎 (pretty cool for an auto with little effort), not yielders (soil organic) thought but with buds to make diamond rings. - SODK looking more like a yielder from these 3 strains with more compact buds and indica structure. - Humidity a little higher than the optimum this week, except Stomper#3 & SODK we didn't water the plants too much and we had some dry periods in the medium. - Made a final defoliation before harvest (4), we will dry the buds in a dry machine (as the Root66 dairy 👀) and make the rest trimming before curing. 🔕 Smells were super stealth until now, no problem at all and the buds looking and smelling dense when touching and checking them. ⚠️ Next update --> next week with the first part of the meph harvest 🤯.

This plant plus one more started to wilt earlier on in the week, I figured it was probably time to transplant seeing as they had been in the solo cups for 2 weeks. After transplant plants seemed to be happy again. I introduced amino acids this week as well. They are getting the grease spray and drench program

4/30 one of the plants has actually visibly stretched more in the last 48 hrs. Starting to impress me with the pistols. Still way smaller than their projections online but whatever 🤷🏽‍♂️ 5/4 end of the week and I’m pretty okay with their size now 😂 they went through a sizable stretch. I’ll have to get my measuring tape back in the tent because each time I’m adding to this diary, I question whether I’m on the right week or not because they look like dwarfs compared to the end of the week

The week was well. One of my ladies seem a little over watered. So I'll cut back on her little this week. I did top them all (yes I top earlier than most people 3rd or 4th node rather than 5th or 6th) this week every time I watered I threw in some human acid and whatever microbes I felt like using I think I've added pnsb, & recharge and prolly the sample of fish sh!t I had this week. I'll prolly brew a tea or do a compost extract sometime this week just because I haven't done one yet.

It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. Hello Diary, The third week of vegetation has ended, which is also the beginning of flowering. As you can see in the photos, Milky Way has started to form flowers which is normal for automatics after 3 weeks of vegetation. Milky Way is developing nicely, it grew about 10 cm in a week and got a lot of new leaves. The bright spots that were on some of the leaves have disappeared, which is good news. I started to feel a slight smell, which also makes me happy :). This week I also did minimal defoliation, I removed only the lowest leaves to make it easier to water and improve the air flow through the plant itself. When it comes to watering, it is not frequent, about every 4 days. This week I added one tablet of Easy Grow Booster. The conditions on the farm are excellent I would say, the temperature is around 26 degrees while the humidity is around 50%. Here's how it looked this week. 16/05/2023 - Day 17. Watering. I prepared 7 liters of water, lowered the pH. to 6.0 and dissolved one Easy Grow tablet and with that amount of water I watered all three plants equally. 19/05/2023 - Day 20. First, I did a minimal defoliation, removing only the bottom leaves to make watering easier and improve air flow through the plant a bit. After that I watered all three plants. 20/05/2023 - Day 21. Been researching more on compost teas and with about week before the flip to flower, think it’s time to brew up some compost tea! --- Using the TeaLab brewing rig to bubble and mix the stew! --- Going to attempt to brew a fungal dominant tea using a modified compost tea recipe from Dr. Elaine Ingham. --- Unlike most compost teas, her recipe lacks molasses and sugars which promotes a more fungal dominant brew instead of anaerobic bacterial microbes. --- Okay let's start brewing! --- Assembled and installed the TeaLab brewing rig into a 5-gallon bucket and secured the unit using a garden support wire. --- Have a few empty buckets under the main brew bucket for insulation. Not really needed (pretty warm in the lung room), but why not. --- If the pump ever fails, to prevent flood-backs, made sure to place the unit above the water level and resting above the brew bucket. - [10:37]: Filled the 5-gallon bucket with 1-gallon of RO water. --- Plugging the pump in to start the bubbling! --- Have to say that the unit is a bit louder than anticipated, but wow the bubbles are quite vigorous and could not achieve the same level of aeration with air-stones. - [10:46]: Time to pre-condition the water! --- Since I'm using RO water, both chlorine and chloramine shouldn't be an issue.
