It was a ride! My first ever indoor grow and I’m very pleased with how I filled up the tent, with autoflowers. The buds are looking dense so I’m guessing around 100 grams in dry buds 👌🏻

I made a concoction of living soil using ingredients I could find of subcools formula. Theoretically all i need to add is ph balanced water. And a tea once I decide to flower. I'm waiting for some gadgets[ph and moisture meters]to come in before doing any extensive watering.

Well this week was plain Jane. A little nute burn started, you can see it on the tips, but I was purposely giving them high nutrients in order to see what they could handle. The sativa in the middle is stretching hardcore. I'm currently having issues trying to keep my humidity below 55. I can't seem to get it lower than 58. I realized the height was getting out of control for the greenhouse. Tied everything down and now it's starting to hook. Lots of lst and supercropping. The Coco Bruce back left too some bad damage today lost 2 big stocks, we'll see how she recovers. Happy growing everyone!

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often

In the mid flowering stage smells are amazing like citrus. The roots are full fill in soil, its hard rooted on the top on soil

I started germination of 3 Crystal Candy fv beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! This is my first look at this variety so I have no background information on experience for this one. But I will get some from this grow, and if shes blessed. There could be a second run in the future.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! 21-day defoliation has come.. These pictures were taken on day 20 of flower As you can see in the pictures I did a little defoliation of the bigger fan leaves. She's pretty advanced compared to the other ladies. Buds sites are formed, strong aroma going. Her structure looks like a straight up garden bush. Took the LST great ended up with a nice open, spread canopy. With the defoliation done, buds will be getting much more light exposure and grow a bit more before gaining weight. Really happy with the results so far with this strain. Bonjour les amis. Après 10 jours d'absence, bonne surprise! Les fleurs ont pris du volume et l'odeur est plus forte et sucrée. Le stretch est bien terminé. J'ai arrêté les engrais, la led est toujours à 80%, dli ~35-40. Je vais libérer les 2 grandes de la lst dans la semaine qui arrive. La plus petite plante ne mesure que 16cm mais les têtes paraissent déjà plus chargée de résine. Je pense qu'elle sera prête avant les 2 autres. C'est la dernière ligne droite qui exige le plus de patience. À bientôt, profitez bien, M.

Aug 31: now done six weeks of flowering. Started force flowering by putting her in the dark garage for 10 h plus two hours of bonus darkness by using a 730 nm far red light at dusk as a bloom booster. After three weeks of moving in and out of garage I’ve just been using the red light at dusk. I use Civil Twilight as listed on dateandtime.com for my location. Civil Twilight is getting earlier by about 3 min per night and will be at 9 pm tonight. Awesome plant should be 2-3 weeks to finish and the weather forecast is perfect for next two weeks. Should be a strong finish, and we’re still in August. Awesome. Sep 1: flowers are huge and progressing quickly. The top buds seemed to change colour a bit today. Overnight temperatures are still above 10 C so no purple colour showing yet. Maybe right at the end in a couple of weeks she’ll show some extra colour. Sep 3: buds are getting big, dense and sticky. Perfect. Sep 4: flash pics are okay if using the 730 nm far red light right after. If you don’t have a red light, don’t take flash pics of your photoperiod plants. Nice big buds are quite hard too.
