В этот раз триммить было особенно сложно, много мелких сативных листочков росло прямо из шишек. А что там шишки? Да супер, твердые как камень, всё как я хотел🌿! Week 6 6/20/22 - 6/26/22 Day 39 of veg Midway week #6 6/23/22 (today)

Pics taken on day 36. Some, if not most of these are lightly seeded, I've checked for herms but cant find no nuts. Sucks but from what I've read and people I've talked to seems like it wont be too big of a deal in the end, some old school growers even prefer lightly seeded nugget, I've never tried it intentionally. The green buzz nutes are working well. I'm almost out of the more PK so I had to add herculean harvest liquid bonemeal to get the ppm where i want it while trying to conserve the Gbl to last the rest of the run. Didnt have the lady to take my pics today so I was limited and had to take them lefty one handed and was shakey af. #1 is definitely lightly seeded I noticed after last weeks update. It looks pretty cool if the buds connect they will be like 2 feet bud sticks. Starting to give off a dank aroma as well. #2 is #2

Week 6 went well. The buds are putting out a second wave of pistils and are starting to fatten up. Jilly is starting to smell more and put out more trichs on sugar leaves. She smells very sweet and fruity so far.

This plant has been eating a ton, we feed with every watering now and there's been no protest..if fact we may increase due to light shade. The FC-E6500 is an absolute beast of a light, I'm so happy my husband finally made the purchase for us..with lower power consumption and higher yields; this light will pay for itself shortly. We've been talking about also getting a 5x5 so we can utilize its full light footprint... ..You might notice a cheap "blurple" LED hanging from the scrog table,we hung it there to add some weight. If its not clear to tell from the photos, this plant is completely overgrown, we definitely let this go for far too long but I'm excited to see what kind of yield we'll get (this is our highest yielding strain by far).. I would be shocked by anything less than 1lb.. We've had the FC-E6500 at 50-75% for the first 2 weeks of flower, we're leery on distance still and didn't want to chance burning but with no signs of stress we decided to move it up to 100% today and we'll monitor colesly for a few days.. Hello growmies! Welcome to week seven of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! I have just completed the final defoliation for the three least advanced (and largest) girls. I have also rearranged the tent again to try to maximize the space available and light usage. I have not fertigated for 5 days after the last fertigation was a flush without coco base. I am struggling with humidity at the moment so I have been trying to let the plants go more dry than usual. Daily Updates ### Week 7 Day 2 02:30 7/8 Heavily defoliated plants 1, 5 & 6 and removed some of the lower branches. Rearranged tent then photographed & measured: Plant 1 is now almost unbelievably 2nd tallest at "only" 141cm in height! Her stretch has just about ended. Plant 2 has stopped stretching at 111cm and is 2nd most advanced into flower. Plant 3 has stopped stretching at 95cm and is most advanced into flower. Plant 4 has stopped stretching at 100cm and is 3rd most advanced into flower. Plant 5 has gained 6cm this week and may add few more but she is pretty close to done stretching at 119cm. Plant 6 has gained 22cm this week and isn't quite finished. She is now the tallest plant in the series at 142cm. ### Week 7 Day 2 07:00 7/8 Fertigated 1.6l each ### Week 7 Day 4 02:00 9/8 Fertigated 1.6l each reduced coco a/b to 2m/l each. Spent a bit more time photographing and videoing to try and capture the changes and the developmental differences. These 140cm+ plants are going to STACK. I am bracing myself for a lot of trimming and a monster harvest. 🙏 The current order of maturity and likely order of harvest is 3 2 4 1 5 6. I think the first and last plants will be at least a week apart in harvest, perhaps 2 or 3. ### Week 7 Day 6 23:00 11/8 Fertigated 1.6l each The smell in the tent is there now, really not that strong but there are 6 plants motoring through flower here now so it's not insignificant either. Plant 3 is absolutely stacking now, she's more or less run out of space around her cola and is now growing some foxtail like structures, exciting! Plant 6 the least mature is 2-3 weeks behind plant 3, but her stretch has finally stopped at 144cm. Took wide angle in tent photos today. Day 34 - 14/01/20 Smoothie auto is gonna be a hell of a strain! i broke the bottom most branch off as the fan leaf was sticking into the dirt and the sap from inside the branch was just stinking of fruits and skittles basically! All of my plants are basically the same height (46-47cm) even my cayenne pepper plant which is in full flowering and should be ready in about 3 weeks! so far so good, keeping up with the hydrogen peroxide water, mould on the surface of the soil is non existent now :) Lowered its concentration down a bit, was free eyeing it in the jug before guessing it was about 10ml @3% per Litre, put it down to about 5ml @3% per Litre. Reason was I noticed some unique burning on the leafs of one plant then started to see it on a second, figured it was a direct result of to much peroxide as it only started a few days after its first introduction. The burning seemed to look like what happens when water droplets magnify the suns rays on a leaf during a hot summer day, brown and dry crinkly spots, mainly on the top fan baby leaves. thought it could be the LED's but i have had plants growing 1" away from them and they don't burn like that. Funny thing happened as well where one plant lost some of its purpleness and another plant pick more purpleness up. Two of them are still green from day one, no sign of it turning anytime soon. green ones are in the back of the case, purpler ones in the front. Also decided to give it one more blast of Gaia Power Bloom, made a mistake on the first time I added this one, was only 30ml added per plant not 60ml, will go back and correct that now in the diary, wanted to match the 4-4-4 Gaia All Purpose input to the 2-8-4 Gaia Power Bloom. Had a fan malfunction, it use to keeping the tent as a steady 25c (77f), but when it broke temps went up to 35c (95f). I gave it a good hit and it started back up again. May die again before the grow is finished, not to worried about the increased temps if its only for part of a day. worst thing is it fully breaks and I prop the door open a bit. I feel autos do not like super hot or it can cause them to hermie or just stunt if its longer term. I think they do better in colder summer days in the 23c (73f) - 25c (77f) range, maybe a 28c (82f). but this may be more plant specific and have relation to its genetics. and with its higher temps I had to increase the watering for the day. got 50% more per plant per day. The smell is there but not over powering, I notice it after spending anytime out side of the apartment, but does not leak into the surrounding units or common areas. Had a plant from Royal Queen Seeds before "Fast Eddy" and it made my entire deck reek of skunky weed. It was only one little auto outside, would hate that inside. over all waiting for the buds to come into themselves more and get big, fat and sticky. Hoping this setup allows for that. Only time will tell or someone who really knows what they talking about could probably tell me right now lol :)

This lady looks absolutely gorgeous, she's got big beautiful leaves, I cannot wait to transplant this lady and make her become a beautiful fat bush! Let's do this! I'm very glad to be working with this strain this 2021 outdoor season, this lady has been Transplanted after 34 days since planted to her definitive 30L texpot, let's see how this lady performs!!

Been doing a lot of tweaking with the new gear and multiple sets of plants. Been quite a busy week and probably behind a bit on keeping track of everything. I'm currently working on trying to get better charts made to keep track of things like light schedules, detailed feedings, height change per day, etc. My current setup is my oldest 1st set of plants (5plants) and my 3rd set (6 seedlings), in my new 4x4 Vivosun grow tent equipped with a Spider Farmer SF-1000. I have kept my 2nd set of plants (4plants) in my original 4x2 Vivosun equipped with 600W Vivosun LED. These plants had been extremely stressed due to not having soil or containers available with shipping constraints. They've been doing a lot better since then and I'm hoping they make a full recovery. Fingers crossed! Running 24hr light schedule. Both tents equipped with temp/hygro high and low ranging from about 71-81°F with an average of about 78°F. Watering by plant pot weight, according to GH FloraTrio + CalMag Schedule. Mild LST via tucking of leaves blocking developing sites. No more than 3 leaves removed per plant, per day to avoid stress. ______________________________________ Can't wait to start upgrading the quality of my journals and to hear you all's feedback! Sorry for being so hectic the past week or so if anyone has been keeping up with this 😂 For the time being, I'm currently running all three sets of my plants in my 4x4 tent. It's running all three of my fans, both lights and has the carbon filter system and humidifier hooked up to it as well. I basically have the other 4x2 just sitting as a shell for the moment. Either planning to save it for climate control when curing the first harvest or sell it to invest in another Spider Farmer SF-1000 LED or equivalent and possibly another 4x4 tent. I have started a grow chart that's still a little sketchy but if nothing else having it here hells me keep up with it that much better. [April 24th @ 3pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9in.) 3- (14.75in.) 4- (13in.) 5- (10.75in.) [April 26th @ 1:30pm] Plant 1- (11in.) 2- (9.5in.) 3- (18in.) 4- (14in.) 5- (11.5in.) [April 27th @ 12pm] Plant 1- (11.5in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (20.5in) 4- (15.25in.) 5- (11.5in) [April 29th @ 4am] Plant 1- (12in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (23in.) 4- (16in.) 5- (11.75in.) [April 30th @ 3:30pm] Plant 1- (12.25in.) 2- (10.5in.) 3- (25.75in.) 4- (16.75in.) 5- (12in.) ______________________________________ The most current batch of nutrient mixes for was made this morning about (2am 4/29/20) for the 1st and second set of plants. The first set of plant's nutrients was made to 4gal of water. The mix is a ratio of (Cal-Mag/GHMicro/GHGro/GHBloom) It's mixed (for the 4gal) in order; 10mL, 5mL, 10mL, 10mL. 440ppm @ 98.5°F 890EC @ 2.2°F us/cm This new nutrient mix was applied for the first time tonight and will run about a week. I'm running a bit behind according to the GH schedule I was following due to stunting the growth I felt like over a couple issues to where I have them an extra week of veg nutrients. As I have defoliated them and they have seemed to take it pretty well, I'm hoping the increase in bloom nutrients will kick the buds into overdrive for production and the plants will start to thicken up again. The second mix follows the same order as the first set in regards to nutrient usage. This mix is only mixed to one gallon. It as follows; 2.5mL, 2.5mL, 1.25mL, 2.5mL. 500ppm @ 98.6°F 992EC @ 0.4°F us/cm This is mostly following the same GH nutrient schedule as the first set only about 2 weeks behind. These plants suffered from being in too small of containers for too long and I believe this stunted their growth. I've had them in suitable new containers for a couple days now and hoping this new mix of increased nutrients will bring them back to life a bit and get them back in schedule. I'm honestly not too sure still about the ppm and EC numbers but a few bud-dies have mentioned that it plays important roles in plant health. So until I can better research good numbers and how to control it for my set up, I'm at the very least trying to keep track of the data. I apologise about this large chunk of text! I hope you enjoy the diary anyway in spite of the fact. I'm loving the look of the buds and everything seems to be going great. Only a few months to go! 😎

Aug 2: Mimosa Shot is hitting her stride now. She didn’t like the cooler temperatures as much as Sunday Punch EV, for example, but she’s loving this hot start to August. Aug 3: done with force flowering and will now just leave her in the yard. So, back up to 15.5 h of daylight here now. Still using far red light at dusk. Aug 6: Mimosa Shot has stretched again, likely mostly due to 3 days of hot weather.

For this grow I kept my setup a lot simpler than last year. Going with Jack 47 because, well, reviews are awesome and we've had success with Sweet Seeds germinating well. From the pics and videos you can see I've got a simple bucket for the plant with no air stone, pump, or other shit in the plant bucket. All that is in the reservoir. Should make it easier to clean, flush, etc. I'll be able to just pop the lid off (with plant in the net) and put it on a clean bucket with pH balanced water while I clean the rest of the system, then hook it right back up. I also over-designed so I could add a second grow bucket if I want. Don't have space for that at the moment but non-loadbearing walls are easy to move, right? Using General Hydroponics for nutrients and Hydroguard for good measure. Knock wood I'm not jinxing things by posting before I have seedlings.
