Well wowzer!!! Was a very pleasant surprise to get 7.7oz dry what a girl! Will deffo grow another She was a pleasure to grow til the last 2wks of flowering then she got bud rot and fox tailed! But she smelled so lovely that I’d happily grow her again

Started to feed gradually (that was wrong, should start to feed at least 3ml/l of base) from 1ml/l to 4ml/l at the end of the week 3. Runoff EC was very low (0.4EC) and pH too high (6.7) Adding more nuts solve this, now it is more stable (EC 0.8 pH 6.2). Still using CalMag foliar but got some burns, applied it too early (20 min before lights off) Anyway the growth is vigorous.

After 14 days drying, 7 days hanging and another 7 days on cardboard boxes 📦 at a temp between 61 and 65 degrees F and a humidity between 52-55 % I trimmed all the buds and jar them with Boveda 62. After 2 days in jars ( 16 days from cutting the plant down) I weighed in everything. I got 434g of grade A buds and 685g of Grade B ( perfectly smokable ) buds plus a lot of trim that I didn’t weight. I’m very pleased with everything and I enjoyed every single step along the way. Probably next time I will lollipop/defoliate more aggressively so I can get more top bud and less grade b bud.

D29 - The start of the fifth week of vegetation. All is relatively uneventful, and all I'm doing is tightening the LST wires each day. Since transplanting the girls last week, the girls are quietly doing their thing, and I have yet to turn on the Blumat system. The soil was quite most when transplanting, plus I keep the humidity high to deter thrips. I had (have?) thrips in my other tent and want to avoid them getting into this one. D31 - Last night I finished hooking up the Blumat system, but I didn't turn it on as the soil moisture was still sufficient. I really should say that I thought I didn't turn it on, but when I opened the tent today, #1 was completely flooded, with a good 2-3 cm of water in the tray. It turned out that the shut-off valve was slightly off-center, and that was enough to allow water to trickle through. Ugh. Now I have to wait even longer until I can turn on the system. Not a huge deal as long as it is functioning in a week since I'm planning a short trip for Easter. D33 - LST D35 - The last day of the final week of vegetation as the girls have started to go into flower. I did additional LST and some minor defoliation to eliminate some random leaves. Finally, I turned on the infrared diodes in my grow-light but will hold off another couple of weeks before i turn on the UV diodes.

Bananas are doing great, very nice, big, fast-growing ladies. Especially one of them has a very peculiar smell, I definitely get it why they are called Bananas :D I flipped them to 12/12 after 47 days of veg. I was a bit afraid that they were getting too large, I hope they will fill up the remaining space nicely.

Última semana que dudo que llegue a ser completa de crecimiento. Las voy a pasar en breves a 12/12. Algún arrugamiento de las hojas estamos sufriendo, regare con agua antes de pasar a floracion. Really feel let down by these genetics. The bud structure is atrocious and the trps are pretty much non existent.

This new Banana version is just incredible! I’ve grown the original before, both in soil and in coco, but this RF3 really blew me away 😮 I ended up with two distinct phenos. One turned out purple with amazing tropical fruit and citrus terps super vibrant and exotic. The other one stayed green and was my personal favorite, completely covered in an insane layer of trichomes, with rich banana bread terps that really stood out.🍌🍊🍋 Both phenos were top quality, but that green one was on another level.✔️

Day 22: Drain EC 3 feet high and risin'😅( average 3.3 to be exact...) dunno how much whatever-salt is building up in that pots, but it obviuosly doesn't bother the ladies. Dark green colour, very few 'claws', no signs of tipp-burn, new foliage appears in a juicy green and turns dark in an instant, leafs point upwards....... looks like they're happy😊. Planns for this week: - Install the scrog-net - Obsereve plants/soil ( when do i have to feed nutrients again?) otherwise there will be no changes...... Thoughts: These bushy babies will be kind of a challlenge to create this scrog the way i'm used to (basically bending the 4 main main colas to the corners of the tent, upper branches to the walls and spaces between the pants, lower branches to the very center). Now these ladies make so many branches, so close togehter and so equal in length, underneath huge fanleafs..... i'd love to have them in a 100 square meter canna-crib....but in a tent...????? I really hate doin' things without having them planned - but in this case i guess i will have to install the net, start weaving and see what's happening😯 Day 23 Let's keep it positive...... indoor-climate of 64% rh is perfect for my health💪😁!!! ......but in my tent it's killing the vpd😖. at a lousy 24 degrees C, i'm readin' about 60-64 % rh wich results in about 0.7 to 0.8 kPa.* More figures? Here come the crazyones👻!: pH 5.5; EC 4.2😨 but thats only drain from plant 3....... average was 6.1/3.6 The girls busy produce roots, shoots and leafs....... still very green, still not unhealthy.......few claws, no tipp-burn. Basically a comfortable place to be: It's not bad yet - no work but watering - and it can only get better!!!😁 *VPD issue solved: The sensor hung too close to a fanleaf - didn‘t expect this thing beeing so sensitive 😅. Day 24 Climbed new hights this morning: Plant 1 had an EC of 3.8 - the others didn't climb any higher than yesterday. So maybe we've reached the climax..... 😇 Visible growth now - so i installed the scrog-net and will start bending and weaving these days:-) Thoughts: Did beeing out of VPD-range for one day harm my plants? How exact can my sensor measure VPD? after a bit of research i found out: Whatever you buy for less than 200 bucks is far from beeing exact! Even professional sensors have a margin of about +/- 1% in relative humidity. Thermometers at least +/- 0.5 degrees C. This could give some a good guess of the actual VPD BUT: Leaf-temperature-offset is absolute key! Many of our trusted homegrow-equippment isn't even able to measure it (some offer default temp-offset) ....don't wanna go further here - but there's no way to achieve something like a precise VPD-measurement in homegrowing. So why caring for VPD? Even with those less accurate instruments, you may be able to keep your plants in something like a comfort-zone. Way better than only guessing 👆!!! In case i ran a much higher VPD than planned, yesterday (due to a missplaced sensor) , it will not harm or kill my plants. they might have had a bit of stress from dry air - but nothing to worry about! STAY TUNED 👈!

So after this week the out break hit. I grow for self medicine as a Crohn’s Disease sufferer and am heavily immunocomprimised. I had to relocate to a rural location to truly self isolate and the plants definitely stressed.

Bienvenidos cultivadores de marihuana clandestinos y también a los que tienen la fortuna de no serlo!🖐️👨‍🌾👍 Este diario es un relato semanal de técnicas, experiencias de cultivo y Bio preparados orgánicos caseros, los cuales llevo experimentando dos años en cultivos de marihuana interior. • Activación de Microorganismos de Montaña con Calabaza, zanahoria, minerales y quitosano para fortalecer las defensas de la planta contra patógenos. - Publicado el 😋 22/02/21 Después de 45 días de fermentación anaeróbica he abierto, lo que espero que sea un gran fertilizante para usar desde la etapa de crecimiento vegetativo hasta la preflora y primeras semanas de floración... después de usarlo durante un año en todos mis cultivos, puedo decir que es excelente. La calabaza y la zanahoria contienen multitud de minerales y vitaminas que ayudan a fortalecer el cultivo y ayudan a la expansión de las raíces. Este preparado es comparable, funcionalmente, con los extractos de algas, aunque mucho más completo. Esta hortaliza es rica en antioxidantes. Destaca su contenido en carotenos, que son los responsables del color característico de la calabaza. ¿Será que esto puede influir en los colores de las cepas?... en observación!! Gracias a la fermentación anaeróbica con Microorganismos de Montaña, los nutrientes, vitaminas y minerales son quelados por la acción de los MM, consiguiendo así un caldo nutritivo de primer orden que las plantas asimilan de inmediato. INGREDIENTES fórmula básica: Agua de manantial alcalino: 2,5L Suero de leche: 1L Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos (varias cepas): 400g Melaza orgánica: 120g. Levadura de cerveza y fresca: 10g. Calabaza y zanahoria fresca: 475g. Cáscara de camarón deshidratado y molido (Quitosano): 6.5g • Extra Minerales: 10g de Roca fosfórica: P 7g de Azomite: Ca, Fu, Fe, K, Si, B y trazas de el resto de minerales de la tabla periódica. 8g de Ceniza de palmera: Ca y K. 5g de Piedra Pómez: Si, Al, Fe, Ca, K. 8g de caolin con Illita: Fe, Si. 5g de Sal de Epsom: Mg. • Elementos contenidos en la calabaza y zanahoria: Aminoácidos: alanina, arginina, cucurbitina, cistina, glicina, histidina, isoleucina, lisina. Ácidos: linoleico, aspártico, oleico, palmítico salicílico y fólico. Vitaminas: Vitaminas A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, E, A, C, K Minerales: calcio, cobalto, boro, magnesio, zinc, potasio, hierro. Azúcares: sacarosa PROCEDIMIENTO En este bio preparado he hecho una pre-hidrólisis de la calabaza y zanahoria, cociéndolas durante una hora con melaza para mejorar luego, en la fermentación, la disolución de todos sus elementos. También he hecho una pre-hidrólisis con la cáscara de camarón, esta vez he hecho una hidrólisis alcalina con KOH, que luego de dos horas añado a la mezcla final, además he diluido, todo lo posible, los minerales mediante una agitación violenta.. Disuelvo todos los elementos y añado levadura de cerveza y fresca para dar comienzo a la fermentación. Coloco en una bolsa de malla los Microorganismos de Montaña Sólidos de mis dos semilleros, donde reúno los Microorganismos (Bacterias de la familia de los Actinomicetos, Levaduras y Hongos (Micorrizas), Microalgas y Protozoarios) de seis bosques vírgenes de mi zona. Cierro el bidón herméticamente con válvula de escape de gases, como estamos en Enero y hace frío he puesto una cinta de calor alrededor del bidón para mantener una temperatura constante de aproximadamente 36°C, de esta manera el preparado puede estar listo en tan sólo 30 días, si fuera el caso de dejarlo a temperatura ambiente el preparado demoraría 2 meses más en estar disponible para uso. La fermentación comenzó a los 60 minutos y se ha alargado durante 25 días sin interrupción. He abierto el bidón a los 45 días, el olor ha fermentado es muy agradable, el color fantástico, algunos Microorganismos se ven prosperando en la superficie, separo medio litro para ir usándolo y cierro el bidón otra vez. Tengo varios cultivos incipientes donde voy a aplicar este fertilizante y observar sus efectos. Hasta la próxima semana... it's amazing, this growth looks much better than my first attempt, my decision was to put a smaller pot and change the light - the girl really liked it, FastBuds goriilla cookies with a small space manage perfectly:).
