Very easy to grow in hydro, I did what I have done before, and did minimal defoliation. The plant drops some lower leaves herself as we go along anyway, as they begin to receive minimal light penetration. Northern lights had a shape that made it easy to grow with my light setup. The bigger buds were produced in the areas of the side lights, and let it also be known my harvest could have become a tad bigger if I hadn't picked off small buds and smoked them in the very end - must account for at least 30-40g or so, dunno precisely tho. The weed works like the usual homemade jazz, top notch. Top shelf. Northern lights did not disappoint, but I have pulled bigger yields of a White Rhino for example, made in the same manner. This is why it only get 8/10 stars. It simply lose two stars on yield, but the Rhino would also only have gotten eight stars, because it had deficiency problems on its own for example where this northern lights lady had zero deficiency probs - very stable plant. Recommended for both beginners and seasoned growers who are on the lookout for stable strains.

Day 29. Girls grow slow, but most important .... Could be i overwatered with 2.5 liters of water or i stonly watered them twice ;))) Girls didnt drop pot weight till day 31, on days 32 morning ill do new round of lst. Will feed them hard, will defoliate all bigger old leaves which are covering new grow, plants are strong enough to take pain now ;))) Its sad situation a bit, i got flue and with that corona madness my mood was very down and i didnt work with plants at all, anyway, they made to that stage where harm can be done and its time. Gorillas looks okeish even without work, really good strain at least for now. Cookies are very picky, its hardest to veg strain from all i ever tried, lets see, maybe food and heavy training will make them fit ;) Day 32. Girls are finaly light, so heavy training and huge feeding. I dont know what hapend, but they refused to drink for 8 days almost, one cookie has obvious sighns of overwatering and if to be honest all cookies are crap, gorillas grow amazing, especially self toped one, she made natural mainlining and covers space perfectly. Guess in next 2-3 days they will blast off, but i cant feed silica till more branches will grow up, cookies too small, lets wait and see... Day 33. Girls loved food, plenty new grow, all tops are facing sun again , they will bush up in next few days. Next watering - silica and cal mag and next after - fish mix. Day 34. Girls are drinking again, so i gave 1ml/l fishmix. Cookies show strange colours and on fresh grow you can see cal mag def. Next feed will give them extra, normaly TopMax should be enough... I dont like Cookies genetics so much, that i planted last 5th bean ;)) Want to check two things : 1. Are my lights strong to grow something not under direct light 2. Are those Cookies such crap, that i should never try any seeds from RQS. I planted 4 new girls, no work,no top - nothing will be done to them. Hope to see last Cookie bean growing beter than almost two years old Incredible Bulk x2 and last StrawberyCough bagseed bean, otherwise its sad quality for such big house. Cant find why all 4 Cookies grow so slow compaired to all 4 perfect Gorillas. Was using new worm castings, too ritch ?? maybe thats the answer in test grow i put pure BIOBIZZ AllMix soil, nothing extra. Had to top one Cookie, new grow was all damaged and didnt want to develop, will harm them even harder next time before silica and cal mag, which i thought not to use in this run ... Lets see .... I turned the autopots on Monday and the plants are really thriving. They are growing super fast and the soil mix seems to be performing well. They have just had pH 6.4 water from the water reservoir. I have tied and bent them twice since Monday but they bouce back so fast. I have also turned in th airdomes , buried at the bottom of the pots this week, so let's see what they can do. Plenty of defoliation to expose lower branches , it always amazes me how quick the removed leaves are replaced by little tops. Day two flower more pictures added. Loads of defoliating this week and tied them all down again yesterday.

We've reached the end of the penultimate week. This girl's buds are also very dense, resinous, and fragrant. Based on the trichome analysis, she's at a great point. 😎 In the 15 days before harvest, I start watering only with RO water and a pH of 6.2. At the beginning of the last week, and about 3 days before harvest, I'll flush with RO + Cleanse 10mL.

Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?

Strawberry Amnesia is growing great. I did a neem oil treatment on the whole room yesterday. Another plant was having issue and the prior treatment on it seemed to help a lot. So I wanted to do everything to ensure there was no survivors, or any that can reproduce. I will likely change to flowering in a week or two. Even in the flowering period, she keeps on growing as seen in the video. So many leaves are found on her. The leaves are much larger than those in the last week. The largest leaf should be about 20x20 squared centimetres in area. The color of the leaves looks green and healthy. I find some flowers appearing in between her stems. The smell seems much stronger than ever. To help her flowering, the Dutch Formula nutrients are appended to water. Nitrogenous fertilizer is excluded from my recipe to avoid nitrogen lockout. She is very nearly there. Will start the staggered harvest in a few days. Whatever buds are ready will be clipped off.

Full on flowering. Gave first 10ml dose of bio pk 5-8 on day 37 with 1tsp bactrex in 1L water. Triton Biscotto Lime Auto is a bit behind but looks ok. All got massive defoliation and still tons of leaves... Natural form maybe was a mistake hahahah

Full bloom has begun…some of the larger fan leaves were removed for more light. I will be crossing this girl with some Khalifa Kush pollen in the 2nd week of flower for some custom bred seeds.

This was their last week! Harvested on Day 60. Smells are incredible, tricomes are carpeted and have a good mix of amber and cloudy. Love the wireless microscope I got of Amazon ❤️ i gave the girls their last watering on day 55 , and I watered till I had about 15% runoff. I like to whole plant hang dry my plants in my tent, hopefully, aiming for about 60 degrees and 60% humidity for about 10-14 days. Typically the more there is, the longer it takes. i cant wait! 🤤

Que pasa familia, vamos con la séptima semana de floración de estas Rainbow Melon feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. También se trasplantaron a su maceta definitiva, en este caso de 7 litros. Tenían algo de shock por el trasplante pero ya fue solucionado. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Las flores empiezas a formarse y progresan a buen ritmo. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Topped on wk Seeing good growth at 3ml A & B, Cal mag every other day directly injected into buckets. added 1ml of bloom pk once for root health. Some days I run 1 ballast at 400w while other at 600w to ensure a controlled stretch of growth For vertical scrog. Some of the other strains aren't looking as good as Poddy
