It has been a week of amazing growth for the Xtrakush too. What an amazing plant this is. Resilient, enormous growth, it was only last week that we took out her brother. It turned out to be male, which is why we planted two in one pot. Already she has taken up its space almost entirely. And the bud growth is also something I haven't seen before. This can really turn out to be enormous buds if the buds grow out like advertised. All in all a great week with lots of activity on my part to facilitate these results. We are three weeks into flowering, the deadline I set myself from where I'm allowed defoliating the underside. To prevent stress, but also to maximize growth I hadn't touched them all grow. Also, I made the flowering amendments, it didn't seem they needed anything so I waited a couple of weeks. I made a mix of 2 cups worm castings, 2 cups bonemeal, 1 cup of micro life (per plant) and mixed this. I dropped this on the soil around the stem. In just a day another amazing stretch happened. The combined defoliation and added nutes gave a boost they seemed to love. I watered with a heavy mix of BAC organic flowering, Topmax and Calmag, and a one in 6 mix of my trusty permaculture tea. Hallo Tag 55/29 Blüte. Sie lebt! Ich denke der Ertrag wird sich zwischen 1,5-2 kg trocken ergeben. Die Knospen sind jetzt schon so gross wie Tennisbälle. Sämtliche Knospen sind so Klebrig, das mein Insektenproblem beendet ist. Wie Sonnentau fängt sie die Insekten und verdaut sie.

day 2 - week 7 of flower has started and tbh it feels like the flowers are not growing too much at the moment. lets just hope paitience pays out and just continue just as before. she is still being H2O stressed, but not only getting water every other day. if i see her leafs hanging in the day time i also give her a good amount of water so shes not being tortured :) day 5 - got a new LED light today, so no more shitty NDL pics. also i found brown leaf tips on some sugar leafs and i will give her more water now. at least a little. i think it is caused by too much H2O stress. i will keep you updated on that day 7 - day 2 i said it feels like the buds aint grow fast enought, but if i compare todays pictures with last weeks i think she is doing just great! still will have to give her at least 1 or 2 more weeks until i can think about harvesting but she looks good in my opinion! because of H2O stress, she got a little more water now and also the tips are just fine and seem to dont brown out any further.

Looking good and smelling better. I have not harvested yet, but I've sampled some flowers after a flash dry in the vape. It definitely does the trick and is firmly on the indica side of the spectrum. Day 67. I decided to early harvest the side colas that formed off the main 4 branches of the 2 plants. It's my first grow so I am interested in comparing an earlier vs later harvest so thought I'd take this opportunity as well as expose some of the lower buds thats were blocked by the dense patch of colas in the middle of the plants.

The double kush cake has gone through stress with a little bit of bleached leaves and red veins heat spots on the leaves all due to heat stress which has caused her to stunt So I have relocated her to her original spot as it is cooler. She is still growing under the light distance of 60cm. The double kush cake is receiving 100ml of fluids every three days she stands approximately 52cm from the soil.

I’ve been dealing with fungus gnats. Sounds like a common problem I layer the ground with perlite and heavily put diatomaceous on top let it sit for two days vacuum the top layer off and repeat. Twice got all of them I can see and back to a regular feeding schedule daily. I have yellow fly traps I’m gonna put on the soil to help keep them down. I’m going to get a drip system. So there isn’t much saturated soil on the top for them to breed . To prevent this next grow

Mid-week, I topped the plants, and #2 has been selected as the mother plant, showing growth traits closest to the Skunk phenotype. I chose this plant for its expected resilience, which I'm now starting to test. The plants are currently receiving foliar feedings three times a day and are kept in very humid conditions. #2 was exposed to intense LST, with the stem slightly bending at this young stage — there’s a chance I might need to grow a new mother plant, but we’ll see how it recovers. So far, they’re loving the conditions and growing quickly!

Great grow from start to finish, very resilient plant and would of given her some more TLC if I was to grow her again.

Prepared the soil 12 days ago and prepared the pots at the day i put the seeds into glass of water. I used 50% Dope Light and 50% Coco as light mix for the top layer I used 50% Dope Soil and 50% Reused Soild + Additives to reactivate my old soil.

Seeds cracked at day 1, put in soil day 3, sprouted day 4.

Things are going really well for this lady. She has continued to produce copious amounts of tricombes and the smell is just unbelievable. I've had to source some air fresheners to hang around the garden to try and mask it. I've removed a few of the new growth at the bottom of the main stem a some they are only going to suck energy that can be better used.

BANANA PURPLE PUNCH - 420 FAST BUDS This plant started off stunted and looking all round unhealthy but I gave hear time lowered her nutrients and she’s come right back to life forming nice dense dark purple buds … The smell is amazing she smells of berries and lemony woody gassy smell.
