----------- Week 5: ---------- Beginning of the 2nd week of flowering. I have noticed that the 3 biotabs that went into the ground last week, released just a little too much fertilizer in these early days of flowering. You can see that there is slight discoloration in her leaves. We go from the darker green to the lighter lime green, which indicates that she is getting just a little too much P. I fear this will probably continue for the next few weeks. Fortunately, she has a good start and basis and this will not have too many negative effects. Pushing her a little bit doesn't hurt either. Although I think I might consider using only 2 biotabs in 25l soil in the next round. First, let's wait and see how this evolves. Furthermore, of course nothing to complain. Nice further development of her budsites and she also has 2 main branches fighting for dominance. . Unwards to the second week of bloom. Until next week!

Going onto week 2 of flower! These were taken dec28, so day 8 of flower. So far looking fine though a bit dehydrated. This one definitely is water hungry now and needs to be watered every other day now. We'll see how she comes along into the next few weeks. D6 of this week (d13 of flower), and we can start to see flowers coming in a teensy bit. We are still watering every 2 -3 days. On D7 we did a slightly premature feed of the flower girl fertilizer. 27/02/19 - This one is great, I popped the seed 24hrs after the gelato and this one seems to be developing its leaves a lot faster than the rest, so far really happy with DNA and with mills nutrients, it’s a lot easier to mix and I no longer have to use ph down because once all mixed it’s at a 5.8/5.9. 👌🏻 02/03/19 - Just transplanted all into their final pot, just in time I think as it looked like the roots were starting to circle at the bottoms of the pot, sprinkled half a tea spoon of Mykos on each hole prior to the transplant & fed them 2.5 litres each. I was going to saturate the whole pot but I’ll do that next feeding.

Hey folks, its been a while and I am happy to say we can start our first outdoor summer grow! So I recently got my hands on some 4 week-old clones of some purple kush from my pops indoor grow and will give it a chance for outdoors. I do understand that they are a bit finicky to grow outdoors due to its dense bud structures, but i'm willing to give them a chance. We are starting off with 15 gal fabric pots with Pro-Mix BX series soil amended with Gia Green Organics all purpose 4-4-4 with 2-8-4 bloom to a ratio of 70/30 @3Tbs/Gal of media. The clones then were transplanted and watered with dechlorinated pH 6.5 tap water. Lets see how they turn out! Cheers! :)

This week the plant continued to stretch reaching 55 cm. The tent is really feeling small both in height and width, the lamp is almost as high as it can get. I might have had done better with more pruning earlier, now I don't I don't want to stress too much this far into flowering. This week just removed some leaves and some branches without significant flowering from the bottom. Right after switching to a HID light for flowering, the leaves started drooping badly. The plant has mostly recovered from that. Flowers are getting bigger, slowly growing trichomes on the leaves too.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. I'm very excited to see them adapt and progress! 😁 there are videos above with before and after of my LST process. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

The ladys are so happy that they even pushed for height a bit more and building the flowers really beautiful. Weather is getting better and better each day. Top temperature was 32°C one day. Started adding Phosphorus+ and removing a few leaves that are blocking the sun to much from the lower buds. Removed some last week, too (not shown in pictures). I control them every day for pests, but so far they love my chili and arugula more. Even some ladybugs decided to join the party and lay some eggs on the other plants. They are having a feast 😁 So far so good. Nothing to complain about. Just awesome plants with awesome growth. Midweek update: thought I give you a little update via video
