Week 5: Transplant Time & Root Power! Oh man, this was one of those weeks! We transplanted all five phenos into bigger pots, and let me tell you, they’re thriving! (Check out the complete video episode for all the details 😉). The girls are looking amazing, all pretty much the same size for now, so I don’t have any favorites yet—but let’s see what the future holds! For photos, I used both my Nikon P900 and Sony A6000, with a bunch of lenses and filters to preserve the true colors—these LEDs are powerful! Current Setup & Conditions This week, they’re still chilling with their sisters in the big tent, but in about a week, they’ll be moving into the TrolMaster ecosystem for even better environmental control. Watering: pH 6.06, EC 0.96 Temperature: A bit cold , but it is what it is. We’re facing some freezing outdoor temps (as shown last week in the frosty veggie garden pics!), yet these Runtz are holding strong like true champions. 💪❄️ Nutrition: Still on the Aptus Clean Program, with: Regulator System Clean RO Water Conditioner All-in-One Liquid Root Development: The Real MVP! Let’s go deep on roots! The mycorrhizae in the Pro-Mix soil has been working its magic, and I’m still boosting them further with a touch of Aptus Holland Mycor Mix. The root development on this transplant was insane—super white, healthy, and ready to explode with growth. What Are Mycorrhizae? The word “mycorrhiza” comes from Greek: • Myco- meaning fungus • Rhiza- meaning root Mycorrhizae are a type of beneficial fungi that form a symbiotic (mutually beneficial) relationship with plant roots. These fungi extend far beyond the root zone, creating an underground network that helps plants absorb water, nutrients, and improve overall health. This is not a single species but rather a whole category of fungi, mainly divided into: 1. Ectomycorrhizae – Live on the outside of plant roots, forming a sheath around them. Common in trees like pines and oaks. 2. Endomycorrhizae (Arbuscular Mycorrhizae, AMF) – The most beneficial for most crops and cannabis. These penetrate root cells, forming structures inside the roots that exchange nutrients. Where Are Mycorrhizae Found in Nature? Mycorrhizae naturally occur in forests, grasslands, and undisturbed soils worldwide. They play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance by helping plants access nutrients from the soil. In a natural environment, plants are constantly forming relationships with these fungi. However, in modern agriculture, excessive tilling, chemical fertilizers, and fungicides have reduced their populations, making supplementation necessary in many cases. How Do Mycorrhizae Work? Once mycorrhizae colonize a plant’s roots, they start forming an underground fungal network called the mycelium. This network extends the plant’s reach into the soil, acting as a second root system. Starting 4^ week of vegetation

This #40 and #42 plants from Ganja Farmer Seeds where the best out of them all, this is a bias review though as they where not all grown in the same bucket system as these two and thus could not grow to their true potential. The bugs where solid rock hard and crystaly They are true keepers if your wanted a good performing auto for shits and giggle outdoors. The major downside is how easily they got pests and how the pests preferred them over the other weed plants. this is a bit concerning to me and makes me wonder why. -This is my second time growing...in my closet lol. I think I’m doing well with only a 65w LED. -Started an experiment on the plant on the right, as I have topped it at the beginning of the week. (First timer) But it looks like it’s doin good & growing. -I still water and feed every 3 days, I have added a humidifier this week as well. This is slow process for my autoflowers and kinda challenging Happy New Year growers! 🙏🏼

This week I have seen plenty of Budgrowth! Everything is filling out nicely.. i’m very excited for the following weeks

manganese deficency is really eating her up quiet a bit.... defoliateing every 2-3 days because i just have to... wont add anything more so lets see how she goes from here

I will be starting the flush a week earlier then I expected these girls are clouding up super fast. The Jack Herer will need another 2 week at the least. But the Tangie and Durban Poison will for sure be done sooner.

Nothing to say, everything is good, I made some clones since 1 week now, and im waiting for taking more maybe the pots will be too small but I want them to be short mother plants

Flushing has begun...1-2 weeks before harvest...these girls are swelling and giving off that Kush aroma.

Everything seems fine but seems like things are starting to slow down so I decided to feed plain ph'd Water the last 2 feeds will be continuing with normal nutrients solution again I have 3x strawberry stardawg which all still have White pistols 2x critical jack which has 60% amber pistols 1x strawberry diesel 40% amber pistols and 1 somango all white will try post pictures soon p

I have had a very nice journey growing her, she has given a great quality and quantity pf buds, very hard dense flowrs with a clasic strong amnesia smell that I enjoy a lot specially for the happy energetic buzz that provides you.

Smooth week for the girls. Not much stretching left on her and the flowers are packing on more weight. Trichs are starting to pack on there and some pistols are showing some orange colors. Smell is definitely starting to strengthen too.

Plant got rootbound in week 10veg but competition rules were grow with supplied materials, bloom was very productive. Smell is dank, hits how dank weed was when you started smoking weed.

07/23/24. Going into week 4 flower. It seems stretch has now concluded. Buds are starting to grow and most branches have reached up through the trellis. Not all is as even as I’d like, but pretty good considering there’s no mainline, which I’m told is really the way to accomplish such. Am noticing some deficiencies and will address them. This girl has always wanted massive amounts of food. She is like 2 plants put together though, so it makes sense now. I read that plants more sativa dominant liked less food, so this is pretty funny. Other than minor deficiency, shockingly, banana is much more well behaved in flower. She was a pain in the ass through veg. Oh! Almost forgot, I did clean up small branches and leaves from underneath like 2 days ago when it seemed stretch had stopped. Light was also dimmed to 50% from about 70. Looked as though some tips of hairs were curling, which I assumed was light related. It has since stopped.

***UPDATE 03/26/25*** Gave 3/4 plants 1.25L of dechlorinated tap water at a PH of 6.4, the CrescendO #2 x Marshmallow OG got 1L Temps & RH have been pretty good so far today! ***UPDATE 03/27/25*** Plants responded well to yesterdays watering! This next feed the day after tomorrow will be the last tap water feed prior to switching over to RO on the 31st! Hoping to see some improvement after making the switch, plants are still clawed pretty bad due to water being stuck towards the bottom of the pots but seemed to have liked the extra 250ml each for now Temps & RH have been pretty good so far today ***UPDATE 03/28/25*** Nothing really needed to be done today, will probably switch back to 1L each for tomorrows feed, plants are clawing quite a bit! Temps & RH have been pretty good today as well! ***UPDATE 03/29/25*** Gave each plant 1L of dechlorinated tap water mixed with nutrients listed above at a PH of 6.4 shortly after taking photos today! Tried to get some of the lower growth on the CrescendO #2 x SFV OG out from underneath the top of the canopy, pinched stems to soften tissue & bent outwards! Light defoliation for all 4 plants as well today prior to feeding! Temps & RH have been pretty good so far today, furnace was on overnight & temps were sitting up around 30c before I opened the tent, the CrescendO X's seem to like the higher temps but want to try & stick inbetween 23c - 26c to avoid foxtailing! ***UPDATE 03/30/25*** Plants responded well to yesterdays feed! The CrescendO #2 x SFV OG is really starting to bulk out which is good! Hoping to see something similar with the Colin OG Rbx over the next week or so, buds are still quite small & it's looking like it will be the one to finish first! Temps & RH have been pretty good today as well! ***UPDATE 03/31/25*** Nothing really needed to be done today Temps have been a bit higher than I would like so far but RH has been pretty good! ***UPDATE 04/01/25*** Gave each plant 1L of dechlorinated tap water at a PH of 6.3 RO system showed up today! Got that mounted to a cutting board with L brackets for feet so I can move it around! 5 Gal bucket is currently filling up but is quite a slow process.. Gonna double check with other people who own this unit to see if it's is a normal speed! (Aquatic Life RO Buddie 4-Stage Reverse Osmosis, picture & video above) Checked TDS & I get 300ppm ish straight from the tap, RO filtered water is sitting at 4ppm which is good! Temps & Humidity have been pretty good today as well!

So far so good. A little discoloration in a few leaves. Bud sites forming. Weird weather we've been having and temps in the box jumped up into the 90's. That being said I went ahead and made the switch to LED. Wish I would have switched sooner. Temps fell almost 20F. Sure some has to so with the outside temps dropping back down but this thing runs so cool. Great light penetration but not sure if the intensity is enough. Time will tell. She pretty much stopped eating and drinking. I read that prior to flowering they will slow down overall uptake and slow down growth as well. I don't quite remember that from my last grow but I do remember there being a huge flowering stretch. I'm switching over to bloom nutes next week after a flush so hopefully she'll get the nutes she needs/wants.
