Another week, new Problems. On Wednesday i noticed that on the Special Queen one spot looked very weird. Instead of forming one bud on a spot, there were coming two buds out of one spot. After asking in questions section and google the problem, i found out that this is most likely "Fasciation", a mutation most likely caused by stress or bad genetics. Some people said it's fine and that it will get even higher THC levels, but most said it will have less THC, taste weird and that there will be most likely a high mold chance. So after some consideration i took the scissors and just did cut it off. Im really not in the mood to experiment with some mutant stuff right now and i just hope the energy will now go into the other branches instead. Also i did my last defoliation on Thursday. Maybe i have done too much of it, but that is how it is now. I have a good feeling that i will get good results and right now that is all which matters for me. You can ask 10 people and all have different opinions about it, so i just do it now as i think it's right. At least now i can see everything all right, so if i get hermies, i can remove the pollen sacs right away. Before that i couldn't see anything because of all the leaves. It was such a pain in the ass and took over 5 hours to remove everything. I can't open my tent on the left side and can't remove the plants because of the scrog, so i really struggled especially to do it on RG #1, my back is killing me now. Decided to do super cropping on two Branches of RG #1, so i can lower the lamp a little bit. Im out of stuff which i could put under the Plants to increase height, so the canopy won't get better / more even then this now sadly. I hope i did it kinda right. Im still kinda sad that they didn't stretch more, but it is what it is. As you can see on my picture there is a lot of wasted space on top of my tent, like 30cm. Next Veg will be longer for sure. After last week they now got BioTabs Bio PK 5-8 again for the second time. I think the plants look alright and as long as nothing will herm now, i think im fine for the upcoming last 5-6-7 weeks. Well, she keeps stretching, but I feel like this may just turn out to be a tall plant 😂 ... normally I'd be saying yay, but with my 4.5 foot tent (not including my light and filter) this is going to be a struggle! Should be fun nonetheless. I'm also interested with how spread out the structure is on this girl compared to every other auto I've grown to date, which have been more bushy and struggling to get any light to the lower bud spots. Get ready for the ride 😎

Starts slow then bursts into flowering and really packs on the weight the last week or two. Last run I chopped at their reccomended 9 weeks—I’d say that’s about 2-3 weeks short of what you really need to get the full potential of this particular strain. I notice the buds have developed substantially more with the extra time and without losing trichromatic potency. At just about 12 weeks this time she is mostly 50/50 cloudy amber. Last time was mostly cloudy so I’m hoping this time it’s a bit more couchlocky. I’ll report back with photos and a smoke report after the dry and cure.

Been wanting to try out this auto ghost og from original sensible seeds for a while and finally got the opportunity to get one wet. I originally started this setup to compete in the solo cup challenge, but I needed something that will be minimal maintainence and doesn't require hand watering. So this is what I ended up with. I will not be entering since I know it will bring controversy, but I am going to follow the rules and treat this grow as if I am competing. I didn't want to use regular solo cups because last time I had a lot of algae growing in the root zone when I harvested. I opted to use a black light proof cup. These cups were 27 oz originally so I filled them with 16 oz of water, marked the level, then cut them down to 16 oz. I set the drain pipes about an inch from the bottom so they have a little reserve if I have pump or power issues. I know people will see the drains as a way for roots to grow out of the cup but in reality I have to keep the entire pipe free of roots or it will clog and overflow. So I am actually losing a little volume due to this. I filled the bottom inch or so of the cups with river gravel to stop the perlite from washing into the reservoir. I am running a 5 gallon reservoir with a small air pump and the plants will be getting irritated 24 hours a day from an aquarium power head pump. I set the system up to be totally self contained and easily portable. It was all built from things I had laying around other than 97¢ for the cups. I will be keeping the feed simple as always feeding maxigro and maxibloom with a couple flower boosters.

Day 84 Starting to see some amber triches on the ripest spears of Red so the first round of chop should be a few days after Danksgiving weekend. Gotta get ready. Started flush on red, will likely stop hot nutes on white over next week. Blue exploded some great bud sites. Working on lollipopping yellow now that it bounced back

Week 1 - 01/01 to 01/08 2021 HUGE THANKS TO @MARSHYDROLED and @VIPARSPECTRALED! New surge protectors/heavy duty timers/the good cords. The Red Poison by @Sweet_Seeds is right on track with the Dark Devil and Purple Lemonade from my other diaries. The LSD is a little behind but the genetics seems to keep it small if you get the wrong pheno. Will give it a week or so for it to really settle in with a root base before cleaning out my 5gal RootPouch pots from the last grow and getting them transferred into their final homes. I have all my seedlings under the P1500 from Vipar as my veg light for the first few weeks to a month. It's SO nice to not have a blurple anymore, the light is way better in my room and on the eyes. The new diodes had every single seedling grow more in 6 hours than it did in the first 7 days under the blurp LED. The Red Poison perked right up and threw another set of leaves in the first 6 hours under the new light just like the Dark Devil and Purple Lemonade. I noticed a bit of spotting on the Dark Devil in my other diary so I added some Hydrogen Peroxide to the spray bottle and it cleared up. All four have been getting constant spritzing from the spray bottle to keep humidity up. Excited to see how big i can get the autos under the new lights, will switch over from the Vipar to the Mars by end of week 2/mid week 3 once I transfer them and give them a day or so settle in. Ich kann mich über rein gar nichts beschweren. Bis jetzt würde ich dem Durchgang eine 9,5/10 geben und dem Strain sogar eine 10/10. Diesen intensiven beerigen, süßen Candy Geruch habe ich noch nie in meinem Leben gerochen. Ich bin überwältigt. Nichtmal in Californien habe ich so etwas gerochen.

First i have to say i messed up at gemenation 3 of them dyed and had to gereminat again. So: Sweet seeds: Black Cream Gem at 30/3, Veg at 6/4 is now preflowering at week 3 and was the only one that didnt dyed. Zamnesia: Wedding Cake Gem at 6/4, Veg at 12/4 is now at week 2 Bomberry Glue Gem at 8/4, Veg at 14/4 is now at week 2 also Purple Couscous Gem at 11/4, Veg at 17/4 is now at end of week 1 Its going to be a strange diary but because the timelapse ideia makes all sense just to make one Diary. When I was enjoying some smoke from a green gelato came to my mind what if i automated my garden? Hand on in some zigbee sensores and plugs and my Hassio. Still No soil moiste control just a miflora but not very accuret still searching for sensor that works to come up with a watering system All its maid to have a <300watts consum so small lamps and no dehumidifier buts very easy to scale it up. I made a little defoliation on top buds and they growing fast now that’s cool

So, eventful week. Prior to putting my seeds into my system, my light and rdwc system was left on as I was dialling in the growing environment before placing the seeds as a final home. My only issue was I had a light leak BEFORE putting the foil top covers on the clay pebbles. Long story short, I got algae which ended up turning to root rot. I spotted it very swiftly and did a res change adding beneficial bacteria to the system along with the base products of remo nutrients. A few days later new growth and recovery is taking place. Day 16- Fully back on track, new roots shooting out into the water and the growth rate has picked up as it should. Foliar feeding twice a day for a little boost until the root system establishes a bit more. Huge changes in just a day. Can't wait to see what a week's growth looks like. Really loving the sunset/sunrise feature on the trolmaster, something I got to experience watching recently! Watching by closely to make sure everything stays in track. Stay tuned for the next one 😉

Changes again, this time it is what it is. Whatever comes out, in the end, is better than nothing. So I constructed a light board and have attached 120watts of CFL bulbs to this board so that it can surround the plants at a close distance. There is still more 2700k spectrum to it than 6500k, but it was either full 2700k or this. I have also added a fan and humidifier I got from a friend. I call it the moonball. So for +- 4 hours a day the plants will be in direct sun, then after they will go back into the moonball for the remaining 14 hours. Then for the very first time, and a new concept to me, I have started doing L.S.T. Excited about this, as I have seen many plants done in this technique and it always did make me curious as to how it is done. Now I will get to see it for my very own eyes and my own plants :) Hopefully, I am doing it, right? suggestions are welcomed, I am learning still. #justnotgivingup
