Soaked this beautiful little gem of a bean in some water until it cracked then threw it into the bucket with 100% perlite. Started them on a low dose of maxigro on day 3. Doing these diy Dutch Bucket style as always. Going to be running 8 in house genetics strains on the system with constant 24 hour a day irrigation. Not much exciting going on yet, but with a little luck that may change pretty soon.

We just finished week 8 and things are looking great. The plant that was a little late flowering (plant in the back left corner) has stretched up and is now at the top of the canopy. I've noticed these plants are a little bit sensitive to nutrients and don't like being over fed. They have been a very low maintenance group of plants so far though. They stretched out nicely allowing plenty of airflow and light penetration so I haven't had to do very much leaf tucking or plant training, which is exactly what I wanted for this grow!

Sorry I didn’t upload week 5 Ngl it was a bad week i suffocated 4 plants I had to defoliate some leaves because of nutrient defeincies making the plant look diseased I managed to pull through there back healthier again I got a few yellow spots but there goint but other then them 4 there’s some nice bud and bud spots really starting to come through excuse the 4 shittier looking plants and the defoliated skimpy one! Other then those problems that I have resolved I’m happy again last week not so this week happy!!! It’s all trial and error first go I haven’t trained any plants I will do on my next grow definitely!

She has become a beautiful little bush full of fat dense nuggets completely covered in fruity and sweet resin glands with some purple no tones in the buds. Love It!

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend! These two ladies had a great week, I ended up switching from the 100 Watt LED light to a 400 Watt Super HPS bulb on day 22. I really love these HPS bulbs for Veg especially when building mainlines because they do an excellent job of building thick stems that will be able to support massive colas, they do put out a ton of heat so they are better suited for cooler temps outside the tent.....The nodes typically grow about a half inch apart with this setup so if you are looking for a tall and leggy plant with minimal bud sites avoid these lights. I also topped these ladies on day 24 and they responded instantaneously with vigorous growth as I allowed the roots to fully develop as the plants were pushing thier 7th node at topping.... I also cleaned the reservoir this week with a mixture of bleach and water as well as cleaning the airstones and feeding pump, I do this once per week to avoid mold/funk/etc, I also add some food grade hydrogen peroxide to my reservoir to slow the process I began LST training on day 27, I just start by tying the two mains to the fan leaves immediately below them, then I will attach them to the sides of the container later this week, along with pinching/crushing the stems with my fingers. I also prepped 4 bricks of coco coir this week for the transplant which will take place in a couple weeks, As I was looking at the 12.5 gallon container, I realized it is going to take quite a bit of coco to fill that out. I will be giving the other plant away to a friend, and will see what I can do with these genetics in a 12.5 gallon container. I hope everyone stays safe and has a great weekend, Blaze On!!!

Put the seeds into the soil about 1cm deep, mist sprayed. I've put them on a window sill as it's predicted frost tomorrow and the day after 😳 in the middle of May! Transferred outside to the pollytunnel after 48hrs on a windowsill. Watered with rainwater.

However, we still need to find a solution to keep the humidity levels up. Our 360 m³/h exhaust system isn't able to maintain the required humidity level. I've calculated that we need a humidifier that can evaporate 1800ml/h to maintain 60-70% humidity, which would help manage the temperature better. Quick update: it turns out the yellowing leaves were due to a nitrogen deficiency. Another quick update: after increasing the fertilizer yesterday to address the nitrogen deficiency, it should take about 4 to 5 days for the yellow leaves to turn green again. 🌿 We're already seeing improvements! The plants have grown significantly and are developing a dense canopy once more. It's great to see them bouncing back so quickly! Day 41: "Hey everyone! Quick update: we've removed the bands we were using for LST (low stress training) and are now letting the plants grow freely. 🌿 We plan to keep them in the vegetative phase for about one more week before transitioning them to the flowering phase. Day 70 The plant stands around 40 cm tall now and is showing strong vertical growth. The structure is well-developed, with several healthy tops reaching up toward the light.
