my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

Day 44 - The pot this morning was light as a feather so gave her a gallon of water and nutes today. Overall, she still stretching quite a bit each day. Other than that, just tucked some leaves again and letting her go. Day 45 - All is looking good and still no real issues going on. I did remove a few lower fan leaves that were dead but other than that, just put her back in the tent and tucked the leaves again. No need for water yet, will be another couple of days. Day 46 - All still looking good with her. She’s still stretching about 1/2” everyday so should be decent sized by the time stretching stops. She’ll need some water tomorrow or Sunday. Day 47 - Gave her a gallon of water and nutes today and I’m gonna see how long it takes for her to drink it up. I might have to up the intake to a gallon and a half depending. Other than that, I removed a couple big fan leaves in the way and placed her back in the tent for the evening. Day 48 - Seems like she budded up quite a bit after the watering and feeding yesterday. Maybe the stretching has slowed down a bit cause she only stretched a little less than half an inch. Hopefully now she’ll really start packing on and frosting up. I did remove quite a few fan leaves as well today. Day 49 - Ending week 7 and she’s coming along beautifully. Checked my intake and outtake exhausts and were pretty dusty so took all the plants out of the tent and did a complete cleaning of everything. Removed the humidifier to give a little more room in the tent and temps are rising a bit but sitting at 82. I’ll leave it alone for now but if it gets too much warmer, I’ll have to figure something out but humidity is right around 36 and buds are starting to boom now.

For FW3 no fertilizer. Last week of growth I added 50 g of Wizzy's Flower-Fertilizer, which lasts for the whole flower period. Also this week no booster, only tapwater, but I need to increase the temperatur of it, since it always causes a shock when watering the plants. Still no problems with pH, micorbiology takes care of that.

The Hobbit Hole Outdoor Grow 2026 Woche 3 – Die Sonne kehrt zurück Nach zwei Wochen voller Regen, Wind und kleiner Rückschläge hat sich das Wetter endlich auf die Seite des Hobbit Hole geschlagen. Die vergangenen Tage brachten genau das, worauf die vier kleinen Damen gewartet hatten: Sonne, Wärme und deutlich bessere Bedingungen für Wachstum. Und auch wenn die Pflanzen noch weit von ihrer späteren Größe entfernt sind, war der Unterschied innerhalb weniger Tage deutlich sichtbar. Zum ersten Mal seit dem Einsetzen ins Freiland konnte man morgens tatsächlich erkennen, dass sie über Nacht gewachsen waren. Die schwierige Anfangsphase scheint damit überstanden zu sein. Die Wurzeln haben inzwischen genug Zeit gehabt, sich im Boden des ehemaligen Fichtenhangs auszubreiten, und nun beginnt das Wachstum oberhalb der Erde spürbar anzuziehen. Besonders die Cinderella hat in dieser Woche einen kleinen Zwischensprint eingelegt. Das erste dreifingrige Blattpaar ist inzwischen deutlich stärker ausgeprägt als bei den anderen Pflanzen und sie übernimmt aktuell die Führung im Hobbit Hole. Direkt dahinter folgt die Guava Runtz, die weiterhin sehr vital wirkt und sich zu einer ernsthaften Konkurrentin entwickelt. Gelato zeigt sich wie gewohnt ausgeglichen und gesund. Kein hektisches Wachstum, aber eine sehr saubere und stabile Entwicklung. Die Purple Punch bildet momentan zwar noch das Schlusslicht, macht aber ebenfalls sichtbare Fortschritte. Nach ihrem ungewollten Bodenkontakt in der vergangenen Woche wirkt sie inzwischen deutlich erholt und schiebt neues Wachstum nach. Auch die Schutzmaßnahmen scheinen ihren Zweck zu erfüllen. Die Kupferringe halten weiterhin stand und bisher konnten weder Schnecken noch andere Gartenbewohner ernsthaften Schaden anrichten. Was mich in dieser Woche besonders gefreut hat, war die Entwicklung des gesamten Platzes. Vor wenigen Tagen standen hier noch vier kleine Sämlinge, die gegen Regen und Wind kämpfen mussten. Inzwischen beginnt das Hobbit Hole langsam genau das zu werden, was ich mir vorgestellt habe: ein kleiner versteckter Outdoor-Grow mitten zwischen Brombeeren, Holunder und jeder Menge Natur. Noch ist es nur der Anfang. Aber zum ersten Mal habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Pflanzen nicht mehr einfach nur überleben, sondern anfangen zu wachsen. Und genau darauf habe ich gewartet. Aktuelle Reihenfolge: 🥇 Cinderella 🥈 Guava Runtz 🥉 Gelato 🏅 Purple Punch Der Sommer hat das Hobbit Hole endlich erreicht. ☀️🌱🏡

The yield on this plant was excellent. Very happy with end results. She did great with some LST and defoliation. FoxFarm Ocean Forest soil and ph balanced water, no nutes. Will run her again next round.

***DIVINE SEEDS ** AUTO OPIUM ***** Auto Opium week 7 & 8 7/28 - 8/4-10 I am late for my outside ladies diaries updates. Life has been getting the best of me lately. I’ve been packing my daughter’s room and moving her things to her new home. For those that have followed my since my beginning here, Cancer left me with neuropathy and arthritis in my hands. I can no longer do my glass fusing or flame work. To close this chapter of my life, I’ve been inventorying glass, tools, equipment, molds and supplies to sell. The most stressful has been appealing Medicare claims and receiving the second denials on the same claims. They are the last payer of record so good luck getting any reimbursement you are entitled to. My apologies to all of you for being so brief on your diaries and not providing many comments. Photos are from 7/28- 8/9 for both weeks. For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue to live in sweltering conditions. Temps are in the upper 80-90s with humidity over 105. In addition to the heat, Hurricane Debby started up the coast but was downgraded to a tropical storm by the time it got to us. Expecting our normal thunderstorms, I waited til morning to bring yhe ladies inside. Overnight, we had wind gusts of 25mph. Yeah, then I brought all gals into the house. The photo gals are strong and with thick stalks were able to withstand the winds. Both Opium’s got blown over Auto Opium is thin and spindly and before I could save her from the winds and rain, she got whipped side to side. The top 2 feet bent hard one way and the top 6 inches bent the other direction. The pics show my attempt to bandage the damage 😟 to her top cola with chopsticks and electrical tape. I top dressed all ladies with Bloom Soil for organic fertilizer. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Week 12 Update: The Oasis Project Deck Cultivation Garden Overview & Environmental Notes: We are officially cruising through late May on the Eastern Plains, and the deck setup is performing beautifully. The intense high-altitude sun is fueling some fantastic vegetative development. The custom dual-timer irrigation manifold and hand-drilled halo rings are dialed in perfectly, keeping the media consistently moist without oversaturating. The atmospheric action has been classic Colorado—watching some spectacular afternoon storm build-ups, localized rain shafts, and distant lightning patterns out across the plains while the garden stays secure. Plant Metrics & Development: The Durban Poison Quartet is absolutely thriving in their massive 25-gallon homes after their Mother's Day transplant. They are focusing heavily on structural branching and filling out their footprints. Low Stress Training (LST) and SCROG preparation are underway to keep the canopy flat, wide, and optimized for maximum light penetration. For a quick snapshot on DP 5, she is displaying strong, tight internodal spacing. The main canopy top is steadily established right at 17 inches, with the outermost fan leaves reaching eagerly up toward the 18-inch mark. Feeding & Maintenance: We are remaining strictly organic, running the FOOP nutrient line—including the Veg, Bloom, and Sweetener components—to feed the active microbes and keep the root zones robust. For training, we are continuing to adjust the bamboo stakes and tie-downs to spread the canopy. The goal is to maximize the horizontal surface area before they really explode later this summer. Looking Ahead: For now, the focus is keeping this Durban Poison quartet broad, healthy, and perfectly trained. -Keep growing and stay mindful! ✌️ Update 6.3.26: Worm castings top dressed into the DP quartet and saturated.
