It's time to flip 'em. I'm slowly turning the light off an hour earlier each day so at the end of the week they'll be running at a 12/12 cycle. #3 is clearly more of a indica dominant pheno. As it is much more bushy. The main branch split off in 2, so it apparently topped itself. It's a bit smaller than the other 2, but it's doing good nonetheless. Can't wait to start seeing some pistils. See you next week!

Warming up nicely, 22c days, 10c nights, finally some more rapid growth. Final top of all 16 leading nodes this week, of which I've left the first nodes (removed second, topped third) after the last top as secondary branches. This should give a total of 64 primary nodes. You'll notice the right side gets a little less sun, and there's a few pesky nodes that just refuse to grow, Ohh well, there's enough as is, but the symmetry won't be perfect haha. Will measure and order a proper scrog net this week, generally won't put it on until shortly after final flower stretch. I'll be using bud clips for simple LST to try and keep an even canopy. I've been bending some nodes towards the middle to help it fill in. Nothing but drip irrigation 2hrs and a spray of Lost Coast Plant Therapy this week.

Plants leaves are out of control. Had to do an early pruning to open up plant a bit. Probably could’ve done more but dont wanna stress them out too much. Raised light a bit to encourage a bit of stretching. Irrigation working great but overwatered plants again testing it. Did some lst to open up plants and get branches above those giant leaves.

Vamos familia, actualizo la séptima semana de floración de estas Royal Gorilla de RoyalQueenSeeds. Empiezan a estropearse un poco por el calor aunque se les ve sanas, están formándose las flores bastante bien. Y desprenden ya un aroma increíble. Alguna se adelantó en la floración intentaré cortarlas todas a la vez pero ya veremos cómo progresa. Adelantó desde ya que llevan lavado de erices y están solo agua este armario no aguantará mucho más. Hasta aquí todo bien el único suplicio que sufro son altas temperaturas por estar en pleno verano. Acabaré este proyecto y daremos parón unas semanas. Que avance algo más el verano. Máximas de 29 y mínimas de 27 ahora viene el calor y ando jodido en humedad ronda el 40%. Precisei remover a rede de scrog pois tive problemas na coluna e não estava conseguindo cuidar das plantas. Fiz o manejo apenas com LST. Não estou conseguindo corrigir a deficiência d zinco da white widow 2, ja fiz inclusive aplicação foliar mas a deficiência persiste em continuar.

Well after asking some questions I discovered that all the autopots were 7 or more ph So I flushed plants down to 6.3ish and dumped entire autopot system. I had been checking reisvor but not the actual pots. They are freshly fed and phd down to 5.9. I hope that helps All the new growth looks green. i'm hoping things are better and just a bit stunted. Definitly FAR from where it should be though After a few days the res is 5.9 but the damn pots are fucking 7 again! I'm not gonna flush these bitches again. i dropped the res to 5.5 and mixxed in some of that in the autopots and the are now 6.2ish. Fuck it I hope that helps, they seem to be doing ok, so I think it was just on the edge of the spectrum. I hope dropping the PH gradually a bit works 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I have two plants that look good but small. 1 plant that looks small and fucked and one that looks big and fucked. I'm just looking for a game finish achievement Not much change over the last few days. more of the bottom leaves are yellowing and i can tell the plants are suffering but i think i just have to play this out. PH was 7 again in the res so i lowered it down to 6.2 and finally got a water pump in there. i'm hoping it circulates the water and helps keep the ph in check. The pots are higher again 6.6ish... This next feeding i will blast that down to 5.5 and try and hold it there a week. I got the tent camera going so i have a live feed up too. Its nice!

New week, new growth. So we have done another defoliation to allow the lower shoots to be exposed to the lights which equal to a better yield come flower time, they always need a day or 2 recover after being put under any stress, especially if its an extreme amount of leaves being taken off. They were also lollipoped to clear up and messy under growth and to improve airflow under the canopy. I also took clones from each of these. Paying close attention to the EC and pH. Increasing and decreasing as and when I need to going off what the plants show me. Close to flower now. A few days to go! Auto Purple Hulk Auto by MSNL Outside 👉Sponsored Grow👈 W11F7 8/24-30 After the hurricane, I decided to finish growing Auto Purple Hulk inside the tent. I watered twice this week, once at the beginning and today at the end. CalMag 10ml/g Green Sensation 4ml/g Recharge 2,5ml/g PPM 826, PH 6.2 temp 69.8. I brought Purple Hulk on August 19, 2 days before the hurricane. Let me warn you right here. First, do not be so anxious to grow outside. Before moving four outdoor plants into a tent, they were inspected for pests and mold, but none were observed initially. After relocation, the heat and lights in the tent created conditions for caterpillar eggs to hatch. Caterpillars began to appear gradually over several days, with 20 to 30 found during one inspection. Caterpillar coloring matches the parts of the plant they consume, making detection difficult. As a result, Purple Hulk will be harvested due to significant pest activity; trichomes are mostly milky with few amber tops. Second, it is also advised not to bring plants indoors without proper quarantine procedures, as caterpillars can migrate to neighboring plants via webs. This was observed with Tropicanna Poison XL, which was next to Purple Hulk in the tent. Finally, for plants grown outdoors at any stage, bud washing at harvest is suggested, as demonstrated in Jorge Cervantes's video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kkEYz8-YeUA. The proximity of Purple Hulk to other garden vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage—primary targets for white cabbage moths—may have influenced the number of eggs found. Previous outdoor growing seasons did not experience similar caterpillar issues, though bud rot has been common due to humid summers in Virginia. at this week u can compare the stems and bush in the videos, keep in mind this is my first hydro grow and i messed the PPM and PH a few times.. also snapped a whole branch of the hydro plant around week 4. still the hydro plant looks bigger and fatter stem. lol

If anyone out there is needing a quick 3/4 pound of dank ass nugs in about 75 days, look no further. This bitch is easy to grow, and I was blown away by the bud to leaf ratio, it is absolutely stunning. If anyone is looking for an easy auto with minimal maintenance and a yield of just under a pound dry, this is an easy one to grow. I have not smoked any of her yet, but she is sticky AF and smells like sweet fruit. Super happy with this one, and I will definitely grow this one again. I ended up with 14 zips of nugs, and 1.5 zips of larf which was just the bottom node on each of the colas. I will make edibles out the larf, and smoke/squeeze the nugs. Welcome to Week 1 of the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Autoflowering grow courtesy of the fine folks at Sweet Seeds! This is the second of three consecutive grows/diaries that I am doing to showcase the tried and tested genetics from this reputable seed breeder. My last grow was a smashing success so I have high hopes for this grow as well. Nothing much to report for Week #1 although I will mention that the first watering was only 0.7 of a litre per plant (0.18 of a litre per plant per day) and the second was 1.4 litres per plant (0.35 of a litre per plant per day). I am watering on my usual schedule of every fourth day as this seems to be the sweet spot throughout past grows. I am using the usual- air bubbled tap water that is PH’d to around 6.0 and if need be (over the winter months in Canada) warmed to 68-70 degrees prior to hand watering with a small watering can. The seedling that lost one of it’s cotyledon leaves is fine but still a little smaller than her sisters. So now on to Mom’s tip of the week… Mom’s Tip for Week #1 is- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- QUALITY IS KEY!… When considering growing Cannabis, even on a small scale, quality is an important factor in all aspects from the seeds to set up to the supplies used throughout the grow. Starting with seeds from a established breeder will raise the odds considerably in your favour for a successful outcome. Many seed companies are more than willing to ship out freebies while building up their brands which seems attractive to new growers- but use at your own risk! There’s nothing worse than being halfway through a grow and discovering male flowers tucked in amongst the lowest branches or realizing that your beautiful buds have been mysteriously pollinated just weeks before harvest. I know that seeds from a reputable seed breeder are usually more expensive and can be hard to access in certain parts of the world. But purchasing quality seeds from a reputable seed company is the first step towards homegrown Cannabis success. An area that new growers often overlook due to the high price is the quality of crucial components in their set up- including tent, lights, and intake/exhaust fans. Anyone can get away with cheaper pots, oscillating corner fans, water pumps for dechlorination, etc but it’s worth every penny investing into the workhorses of your entire operation. An initial investment of around two thousand dollars will provide serious growers with the longevity and hassle free basics needed. If done right, quality components will pay for themselves within the first 6-12 months of use and continue to serve your needs for 3-5 years to come. Supplies used throughout the grow are the final area where quality is important but somewhat subjective too. Although I’ve already stated that I don’t feel the need to spend big dollars on all the extras (pots, oscillating fans, water pumps for dechlorination, PH/moisture meters, etc- I do believe in doing my homework to make sure that I’m getting the best bang for my buck. I thoroughly research every item purchased and used in my grows by reading customer reviews, speaking with other growers and sometimes even trial and error at my own expense. Making quality an important factor in all aspects of Cannabis cultivation will benefit you, your grows and the planet we live on. 🌳🌎🌳
