Week #9 of flowering is done, great week this week, still inching closer and closer to harvest day, all of the ladies except for the largest will start their flush today, I’d like to push that out to atleast 10-14 days if possible, this will insure I get a beautiful fade into harvest as well as mouth watering tastes and aromas coming off this flower, however with using final phase I’ve learned I can execute a proper and tasty flush in just 7 days if needed. Everyday I feel the smells are getting more and more intense becoming a hassle for my 4” carbon filter to keep up. Hopefully we continue to finish strong this last week or two! It will be exciting 😍

Aug 9: defoliated again to remove lower branches and shaded fan leaves that can prevent air circulation. She is doing great with the buds thickening fast. Starting to get smelly too. Got the UV lights out today. This helps Edmonton in August or September be more like California in June or July. Maybe not that effective but that’s the idea. Second year using the UV lights and worked great last year. Aug 10: UV lights going again today. Aug 13: rainy last few days. Shaking water off the buds periodically. Plant was up against house to protect from heavy rain and potential hail.

This was my first time growing outdoors, and this variety did well in Eastern Ontario region. I started seeds indoors and put the mainlined plants in the garden in early May. They were done flowering September 27th. The plants were beautiful and purple. The flavour is sweet and earthy. This is remains my favourite variety. One thing I learned from this outdoor grow is that I need to allow more space between plants. One of these Purple Kush plants was choked out and didn't grow as well as she could have. Next year I'll do a better job.

i started to intensify the feeding schedule as for Biobizz and i notice a nice stretch of the plant, in the last 15days she grew almost 20 cm which is good news. i struggle to have decent light outdoor but she is doing her best . the bud growth is not impressive to not say quite slow nonetheless i hope there will be a fast build up toward the last weeks , there is still plenty of time. My cat is still chewing on my plant from time to time, i think he understood that i care about it and every time is upset with me he takes a chunk off it.

5/5 MONDAY Took out the AC Infinity lights and just went with the 2 cheap blue and red lights. Samsung 301B.. H?....great lights but so powerful and no blue red combo. I noticed the plant grow towards the red spectrum LED than the whiter ones on the AC system. There are 2 on each bar. 1 plant, the smallest and bushiest is just showing gender, so it's about 1 week behind the others. 1 plant is in between and showed gender about 3/4 days ago. The rest is more or less in the same stage, about 1 week ahead. So what I am probably going to do is harvest the latest plant a bit early, to avoid cutting the others too late, since I must chop them all the same day, due to smell and drying possibilities. Ec is now at 1.3 and everything looks OK. Just 2 plants seem to have a small problem with nutrition (due to ec change and the stage they are in) and/or moisture, since I watered them a bit too much the last days. Their leaves partly have a green which looks a bit too light. But I will check and see wether they will stick to the nutrition, or if I should change again, but intuition says, they will adapt as they get into blooming. I also removed more leaves and I think now I am done doing so, maybe just a bit here and there the next few days. Now I obviously get more and more excited to see them budding....... If one would ask right now I would say....... The small and bushy pheno is not really worth growing indoors, but maybe it will teach me different. Update day34 I am worried about the big plant, because she seems to have a deficiency. Really crazy, thinking how much they get fed....... I bought algamic and cal/mag, hoping this will do good, because it's too long to go to just ignore it. I used it yesterday and it will see. If this won't help I may have to think about giving her even more nutrients, which to me would be kind of crazy, since ec is at about 1.4.

Plants are doing well. the Psychosis is catching up I've taking a video of my room too show the inside a bit better. Noticing some issues with my room set up. The 2" air stones are making too much noise at random points of the day/week. I assume the stones move slightly and cause a rattle noise when the stone is at a certain angle *** ill update this week more today after I have been to the hydroponic shop to pick up a few things Having some issues with the 2"airstones. Due to screeching and rattling. The let the perfect amount of air out for my 19l pots but the noise isn't worth it. Here is and 18" air curtain. Super silent and works great. I bought 30" curtains too.. They let even more air out and form around the pot better 👍

Swapped tents mars hydro 600w led And mars hydro tent now, so the black sugar are in the bigger tent now. Topped 3 of them, gona let the new start catch up. Seem to be growing at a decent rate, possible over water on the younger one but hopefully over comes.

Bubble og man these ladies loved being topped they were not growing the fastest before topping but after getting topped they have really been stretching out they very much have a scrog potential the branchs bend easily and have good distance between nodes to work with The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

I took everything out of the tent and disinfected it again. The pots have made the tent base into a ball 😅 The velcro tags fell off long ago. I decided to put some new ones on. I have some wider velcro that I would've preferred to use, I have misplaced those. Anyway, these will have to do. I also made some large pot markers to velcro to the pots, too. I figured it would be easier to recognise the plants in photos if I made some. I laminated them, then attached the velcro to the pots and pot markers. [I get bored] 😅 make everything as fun as possible 💚 I ended up finding some sticky back velcro rolls. Of course, there's no way that it would stick to a slippery surface that gets wet from humidity. So, I used my glue gun and added strips to each side of the tent liner and tent walls to hold ot in place. The 8 gallon pots are very heavy after being watered, and the liner has suffered. Hopefully, this will work to keep it in place, at least for a while! 😅 7.5.25: I also had to clean my pots, as you can see in the photos (if you want, lol). They had got very mouldy/mildewy/fungussy. 🤢 also the under side of the tent liner. So it was very lucky that I decided to clean it at this point. Or else I could have serious issues. I'll look into the ventilation as I'm not exhausting the tent because I leave the door open with very strong airflow. I did spray the plants with Trace, and I used a lot of it. So, that probably ran down the walls into the base of the tent before it dried 🤔 that could have easily caused it. I'll have to make sure I dry off the walls after I use it next time. I certainly don't want to keep cleaning everything. The plants are delicate, and unfortunately, however I try, it appears I am not. I'm always snapping branches off by just watering, let alone removing them from the tent to clean! 😅 you can imagine. Accidental defoliation? 😉 I also cleaned the light, but I have noticed on one light that there are brown spots, which won't come off without damaging the LED's. I really don't want to have to buy a new light. The par isn't great for full flowering. I just can't justify buying a new one right now, as I've already bought 2 in a year. The light has been turned up to 100%, gradually, over the course of a few days. It has been fairly warm so I moved them further away too, as i don't want them to get heat stress, as I have already noticed a few leaves canoeing and having a taco on my dime! 🤨🤔😅 I'll continue to monitor and adjust again when possible/necessary. 7.5.25: I retied down the branches on FastBuds Mystery seed #1. I had to clean the tent, so the opportunity had to be taken, I hope not to have to move them again. I ended up snapping a small branch off another plant 😖 She is looking big out of the tent, and bigger than I thought! Now, having readjustmed, the fabric ties, and she is looking even larger still. This really is a sizeable plant! 😱 I really am struggling to get them all in, I think the 8 gallon pots were a definite factor in that. They certainly are great for getting big plants, but be prepared if you have a small space. Really focusing on her bud development in these mid flowering weeks. I watered some bloom nutes after I top dressed, with Mega Crop Part A by Greenleaf Nutrients. I watered 3.2 litres PPM:745 PH:6.0. This time, I'm going to keep the top dressing moist. So as not to kill all the beneficial microbes. Other than that, I will wait until the pots are light again. Overall she is doing great, I wish she had stretched a little more evenly, to catch up in height. I just can't even out the canopy anymore. I'll leave it and hope she'll sort herself out 😅 I'm very excited to see what happens next! This is going to be crazy whatever happens! 😍😋 9.5.25: It's a necessity to keep the soil moist. That means I need to water more often now. Today I watered with 1.5 litres of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4 which contained: ♡ 1/5 tsp of Sea K(elp). Edit: 1st January 2020 I started playing with making time laps video. You can see the first trial video over 28h period. It starts a bit slow cuz I was still figuring out the shooting interval. The second half of the video is shot with 1 picture every 1,5min, and I love it! It’s gonna be fun playing with this! 😁 31.dec.19 Happy New Year everyone! 🎉 And let the show begin, the girls are half way and starting to show pistils. I’m doing my best to tie them down to keep an even canopy. The Ph got finally stabilized at 5.5-5.9, I’ll start getting it a bit higher next week 5.9-6.2 In order to accommodate them all the ppm seems to be in the sweet spot around 650-700 at this point. It looks like the Criticals could use more, while the slowest of the Gorillas... well, she is slow, so she needs less. The temperature gets a bit low here, but won’t do anything about it, I don’t want to spend more on the electric bill then I already do. I’m looking forward for my friend to come and pick up the DWC GZ so I can have some more space to stretch out the rest of the girls.
