So in this week the bids really start taking off so you can see how the colas formed and how they will start to swell

22/08/18 - everything’s looking great I’m sure they will be finished stretching sometime this week and also should be getting an additional LED to add to the tent by the end of the week. Also started to lolly pop each plant took about a 1/4 of the leaves etc so far will see how it reacts to this to see if I can continue to 1/3. 24/08/18 - lookin good 48hr after I trimmed the bottom branches/big ass fan leaves in the shade looking miserable so i had to chop em. Still waiting on my extra led in the post.

this grow stretched a t least an extra week my last 2 grows were ripe in 8 weeks .There re no hermi flowers and its going to be at minimum 9 weeks mabe 10 to get ripe .dont know why it stretched into week 6 of flower when its normally 4 weeks stretching the buds are now getting filled in and solid just have to wait i guess

Best girl in the the garden at the minute 👌🏻 Gonna be checking trichomes this weekend and starting her flush very soon. She's stinking 👊🏻 Buds are packing out, not very dense. Gonna get her on the dragon force shortly and try get a nice long flush for her.

After harvesting this plant, I will be drying in a 60% R.H for the next ten to fourteen days. After drying I will be curing the buds in the grove bags!

The strain is not the biggest yielder but its quite promissimg,the smell is top and the effects are a very mellow creative smoke,tastes like sweets,will grow it again ✌️✌️

Not long left for her now I don't think. Buds are fattening up nicely the main cola is rock hard almost. Ridiculously strong pepper smell to her haha if you give a bud a rub a lovely fruity smell comes through though. Gonna do a week of dragon force next week then possibly start flush depending on trichomes. I have even checked them at all yet but will get it done over the weekend.

Figured I would start a part two, since GD doesn't go further than 32 weeks. I only have about 6-8 weeks left, so this won't be a long one, but it will be detailed.

We are starting the second week!!! The girls feel good, they are growing like crazy. Tomorrow we will transplant them into larger pots (10 l). I also increase the fertilizer dose to 2 ml/l. Maybe I'll start LST training this week. I still keep the lamps at 30 cm, but I increase the light power to 70%. I'm full of enthusiasm, keep it up! This is the sister diary of the Runtz showdown, in which we pit two great performing strains created by two highly acclaimed and respected breeders, in a duel to the death. This diary features the RUNTZ XL AUTO strain by SweetSeeds. In the meantime, all seeds have germinated and seemed to have a level start. Also here we loaded the grow with our magical intentions as we sowed on Imbolc, the celebration day of the Goddess of spring: Bridget. We cant wait to see where this will lead us. Both strains will have the exact same conditions, lighting, care and nutrition. Last week plants grew very healthy, as they got bushier the humidty raised providing a better enviroment, I could even reduce the amount of water I give them. Planning to move to flowering stage very soon.

The girls are fully in flower this week which of course is a GREAT sight to see when opening the tent. The smell in the tent is so sweet and fruity it's already making your mouth water!! So this week I feed the girls with a little of the living soil veg so they are still getting a helping hand. They were also given the living soil bloom and some barley which I will admit is the first time using it but so far me plus the girls are very much enjoying!! I have done the necessary light de-foliating on all 4 girls over the past 2 weeks and more LST. Happy toking guys and girls!! Look at those faaaaades 😍😍😍😍😍 Flush is going amazingly I’ve now switched to the lights off for 24hours and will chop tomorrow so next update is hopefully on time and will be a harvest one! Been loving growing all these strains can’t wait to add the final report!

Three weeks into flower and things are moving along. I defoliated some of the lower branches and spread out a few branches here and there. Other than that it's the same situation as always. Nutrients are pumping and lights are beaming. Everything is running smooth and all is well with the world. Like some namaste shit going on around here at the moment. Could very well just be the calm before the storm...
