Transition is going smooth First defoil next week All is well

Watching her closely, she’s getting there but isn’t quite ready. Tried a bud off her and she’s already pretty potent. I am waiting 10-14 more days I think... maybe longer depending on trich’s. Hoping to get a little more amber and a little more swelling to the buds. I had to put a trellis net in to help support the buds, some were getting close to snapping. My favorite bud is on the top right, she’s weighing that branch down nicely. I’m excited to see how this plant finishes up.

Lights flipped 2/2/21 (date today 12/2/21) She's taken a while to show her first pistils but she is doing so now. Stretched a fair bit so far but hoping for a bit more as still have plenty of room in this tent. She should be getting algae feed too but I'm out and awaiting a delivery. I'll be adding this in as soon as it arrives.

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Tag 68: Ein letztes mal entlaubt 😃

Lovely weather this week had her dry out and fed her then I defoliate and started training her lower branches. I started seeing pre flowers but I will keep her in veg for anther 2 weeks.

Very happy so far. Been growing nicely. Topped mid week and will be adding in some tie down spots in the coming week for some LST. Daily checks for PH keeping it just about at 5.7 the entire week.

Data.... So there we have it. Another harvest in the bag and some very nice nugs of Zamnesia Biscotti to wait to dry and cure to perfection. The strain has been great to grow with no issues with anything I threw at it. I didn't see the need to use anything to minimise the iverall size of my plants but went with the nutes to see what the results would be. We will get a better idea once dried and cured with a yield per plant to go with too. I am not expecting g a huge yield based on their overall medium size bit rhe buds look so sweet amd smell amazing of a pineapple type sweet and a fuel type undertone. Week 5 finally brought some stretch. At the beginning of Week 6, I adjusted the LST and removed some smaller leafs deep down in that forest that started to turn yellow. Furthermore i started to add BioBizz - Top Max to the list of nutritions. On day 42, I removed some leafs near the bottom (about 25) that already were or have started to turn yellow. Additionally I tried to water 1 day earlier than the times before. Furthermore i adjusted the LST a little bit, in hope for some smaller buds to catch up with the rest. At the end of the 6th week, the lady still looks great and seems to be focusing on the buds. As it is getting warmer and warmer outside and therefore also in the box, I have also hung up a CO2 bag in the box. I hope it helps her to cope with the high temperatures. Even if I don't know if this really helps, I don't think it should do any harm.

Die Orange Sherbet bekommt diese Woche frischen Boden: eine Mischung aus Bio-bizz All-Mix und Greenhouse-Feeding, perfekt für die letzten Vegetationswochen und blüte. Zudem hat sich die Orange Sherbet sehr gut mit dem Backhefe-Buttermilch-Melasse-Experiment entwickelt, was zu einem starken CO2-Anstieg auf bis zu 1500 ppm geführt hat. 💨 Ich bin gespannt, wie sie sich in der neuen Umgebung entwickeln wird. Auf der anderen Seite explodieren die Frozen Black Cherries förmlich in der Hydroponik! 🌱 Die Entwicklung ist beeindruckend, und ich könnte nicht zufriedener sein mit ihrem Fortschritt. Ciao ragazzi e bentornati qui con me e le sorelle Limonose 🍋 Tutte 3 hanno smesso di crescere, la numero uno ha una struttura incredibile,💪 mi sono pentito di non aver fatto Lst su tutte le sorelle.🤦‍♂️ La numero 2 è alta e ben strutturata ma ha una sola cola bella grassa. Mentre la numero 3 sembra più avanti delle altre con quasi tutti i peli arancioni e i buds di media grandezza. Le cole principali delle altre invece misurano circa 3/4 cm, ma sono ancora parecchio indietro👍 Il colore è standard! Niente di particolare bei buds verde chiaro e pistilli bianchi ma sembrano molto gelide🤙 L odore delle sorelle sembra diverso tra di loro. La numero 1 ha note accentuate di diesel e nocciola, la numero 2 ha un profumo aspro tipo mapo e la numero 3 ricorda un dolce cremoso al limone 😋 Eh niente ragazzi!
