Hey farmers, it's week 14 and my Mephisto Genetics Ghost Toof is nearing harvest time! This week, I spent a lot of time tweaking nutrient dosages as the plant seems to be ramping down in her desire for food. It's important to adjust nutrient dosages during the late stages of flowering to ensure that the plant doesn't overfeed and negatively affect the final product. I also took a close look at the trichomes, you can see them pictured above. While most of the trichomes are still clear, I did notice some amber trichomes have appeared. This means that harvest time is near, and I'll be keeping a close eye on my plant over the next week. Overall, I'm thrilled with how my Mephisto Genetics Ghost Toof has grown over the past few weeks, and I'm excited to see how the final product turns out. 06/08/22 welcome to week 13. Changed nutrient water PH 6.15 TDS 760. Plant is growing very well. Hopefully contained calcium deficiency. No new spots on leaves. The smell is ridiculously strong. Maybe that's because I need new filter but it seems stronger than usual. She only grew 8cm this week. Slowing down the stretch now She's doing well. Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. Some of her very lower leaves were quite spotty and discoloured. I pulled maybe 12 off her through the week. Not sure if it's a deficiency. New growth looks nice and healthy though, flowering is going well, trichomes are enlarging this week, she's getting quite frosty already! Recyklated soil from biobizz light mix from last round with biobizz pre-mix and new perlite added. I bought trichoderma too and mix to the soil. Clear water this week, PH is between 6,1-6,5

Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

Quest'anno si comincia col botto! Come buon proposito dell'anno nuovo mi sono deciso a metter mano ad un vecchio cassone che c'è in casa mia (prima era una base per un acquario). Ora sarà tut'altro >:D Dopo aver fatto una bella ricerca e raccolta di semi, averli testati e messi alla prova, mi sono finalmente convinto a fare questa benedetta veg box. L'altro box era un 80x80x160, perfetto per la fioritura. Questo invece è un 60x100x80, un box più slim del mio e sdraiato, riesco a dividere lo spazio per tenere madre e cloni contemporaneamente :) Per il momento sto ospitando alcune piante di un amico, piante che dovevano avere dimora in un comodo 120x120 ma che ora sono tutte stipate come sardine a casa mia per le prossime settimane. Mi sto prendendo cura di loro: mi assicuro che germoglino per bene (vedi la girl scout cookies e la runtz in serra), trapianto quando necessario, e mi occupo delle mie bambine personali, la banana sherbet e la critical 707. Piccola curiosità: quando mi ha portato le piantine, stavano tutte a 1 settimana di vita, alcune appena germinate, e ho notato che la bruce banner 3 ha prodotto un gemello! Due germogli da un seme! Sono riuscito a dividerli con successo e mi terrò il gemellino sfortunato per cercare di riportarlo in forze. Al momento ci sono 10 piante in totale: 5 automatiche (tutte del mio amico) e 5(+1) femminizzate (3 mie ,2 del mio amico e 1 in fase di germinazione). Vorrei provare a fare un clone di Monster Skittlez, visto che ha delle foglie particolarmente strane e arricciate (in inglese si dice "webbed" se non sbaglio)... indagherò! First week of flower has come and gone. Had a slight PH problem in the ladies that with a little help from some growmies we got it fixed just before they started the stretch faze. Now I've done a small defol just to get rid of some bigger fan leafs blocking the lower growth. And cut out anything that was hindered from the dominant branches.. she should get one last defol in two weeks. And will be starting the PK regiment after next week.
