7 months after planting her from seed the day is finally here. A little earlier than I would of liked due to insects (crickets/grasshoppers eating buds) but she's thereabouts finished. Probably lost 1/3 of buds from the chewing insects but still a big yield and my drying room is full 😊 She survived two rainy season's and some serious wind from a tropical depression back in September. I have kept this grow completely organic so no pesticide or chemical fertilizers used. Apart from heavily amending the soil at the start I mostly fed her crabmeal once a month and seaweed and molasses in most waterings. A few of those waterings were diluted with my urine 😆👌 NPK right!? Why not.. then at the end I added a cultured pro biotic yogurt to the soil 2 days before I harvested. (Tip from a fellow grower @med_in_tropic - thanks bro) Not sure if it made any difference as I cannot compare with another plant but, the plant starting smelling like lemon furniture polish.. like a lemon scent with a fuel undertone. Almost menthol like 🤷‍♂️.. smells amazing. Me and my wife drank tea from the trimming and the citrusy flavour came though into the tea which was nice. Weather wise the temperature is down now to around 16c at night with RH around 50% so the buds should dry much slower than the last harvest so I should get a better flavour profile. Smoke report to follow after she has been in a jar for a week or so.. I did try a bud sample a few weeks back and the taste then was already pleasant so for sure this will be fire... 🔥 Thanks for all the kind comments, this was my first ever grow start to finish. In my experience, mango is a bit hard to to achieve the best looking and tasty smoking buds. I had to do many extra stuff at the end, gave a lot of stress to plants. Fortunately, everything worked out so well, the stress doesn't interfere with the taste much. It smoked very good, hit heavy indica with tropical kush taste. Lastly, Within a control environment with proper knowledge, I did all of these in my whole plant cycle : LST, HST, chiropractic, stem splitting, extreme cold stress, and total darkness.

Apple Strudel Auto - FastBuds Hello welcome to my new Growdiarie, nice to see you again. Today I will start my first indoor grow and take you with me on my journey. Since I was able to gain a lot of experience through my outdoor grow this year, the first indoor grow will be much easier. The reason for this is that the parameters for an optimal grow are easy to influence. As in the previous grows, I decided to use the water glass method for germination. After about 48 hours the seedling root formed. The germination process was carried out at a temperature of 25° Celsius near a heater. The seedling was planted approx. 1 cm deep into the 25 liter pot. This time I used soil from Plagron. The pot was filled with Plagron Growmix. At the end I filled a hole the size of a 1l pot with Plagron Lightmix so that the seedling does not come into direct contact with the pre-fertilized soil. Plagron Lightmix N 180 mg/L - P 210 mg/L - K 360 mg/L Plagron Growmix N 216 mg/L - P 252 mg/L - K 432 mg/L This time I will also work with fertilizer. I have two different ones to choose from. One is the mineral Plagron line (Terra Bloom, Sugar Royal, Big Bud, Greensensation) and the starter kit from Advanced Nutrients. As the soil is pre-fertilized for the first 3 weeks, it does not receive any additional fertilizer during the vegetative phase. After the first 3 weeks I decide which plant gets which fertilizer. At the end i can draw a rough conclusion as to which fertilizer series has performed better. The experiment is carried out with different varieties. I will also try tie down LST. Set-Up: Now a few words about my setup. I have full confidence in AC Infinity. During my research, I have only heard good things about AC Infinity. So what can I say? When the package arrived I was immediately impressed by the high quality. From the packaging to the product, everything is perfect. I ordered the lamp from kingbrite. The advantage of the lamp is that you can adjust the angle of the LED panels. The lamp is also compatible with the controller using adapter type b . Monday It’s beginning of week 4 and they are doing pretty well. The main stems are hard and strong and it’s impossible to bend them at that point. I am practicing a very light hand LST everyday like I am showing in the video. Tuesday Watering for both of them , you can follow the (simple) process in the videos. The plants are doing great except for a little issue on one of them that I will show you tomorrow. Topping or not ? May be beneficial so I’m about to do it. Fiming maybe ? Thursday Topping on video ! Both plants started coming along. The Blue Dream has a weird leaf curl. The ends are pointing straight down on some leaves. Also, a little twisting. Maybe some dark leaf veins. I’d be inclined to think nitrogen toxicity, but I’m reusing some soil from may last grow that I had in a huge pile all winter. And I only put .25 tsp per gallon of Big Grow for the last water. I dunno. Just going to go back to regular water and see how it goes. Funny that the HP isn’t showing any unusual signs.

Oh girl oh girl, these ladies are having a good time. Switched the light schedule to 12/12 on 13 nov (21 days after germination) Steady growth on all plants still. I haven't switched the LED lights to flowering mode yet because there's no sign of flowering growth yet. By doing this the plants will stay nice and compact. Last watering was on 15 nov (5 days ago). I will water again tomorrow. This is my second indoor grow ever (and my first serious attempt), and I refuse to make the same overwatering mistake again ;) I removed 2 big fan leaves on the top of every plant. My theory is that the soon to become colas will get a bit more light and reach to the canopy quicker, let's see what happens over the next week. One of the cons of using seeds for a sea-of-green is the possible difference in growth. Luckily not too much difference in height between them so far (please note I corrected their height differences last week by raising some of the plants. I noticed a glassy, weird look on some of the leaves in the far left corner of the grow tent. After contemplating I realized that my fan was aimed in their direction and the issue might be wind burn, so adjusted the direction (see first photo) I noticed slightly higher humidity, around 60%. I will keep close attention and take action to lower it if needed.

Candyman is now 108 days old and on day 58 of flower! Well the flush has began and I'm aiming for 7-10 days of pure tap water. Pheno 1 still looks couple of weeks so don't think will be at its best due to no drying room 😭 pheno 2 is ready for the chop but still needs flushing. Pheno 3 just looks perfect 😍 to me anyway 🤣

Looking good, smelling sweet. I’ve been having the urge to ask people to smell my fingers because it honestly smells THAT good 😂 some of the trichomes have a little amber but she’s no where near done. I want her to bulk up some more. I was hoping the flower fuel would assist with that.

She's looking super healthy and and strong can't wait to see this beautiful strain in full flowering stage, I'm feeling a very good stretch,shed definitely a big girl,she's eating very well, no deficientes or nutrients burn so far. Let's see how this wonderful organic lady performs. On August 9th I start to see the change from vegetative stage to flowering stage,she looks super healthy and strong,I missed some watering a few days ago,however she is perfectly fine and happy,she's a dream to grow.

So this week I have had to split the plants, one is really some way behind so I've managed to sweet talk the wife into letting me get another tent 😉 this plant may be behind but it's fucking massive compared to the others, plenty of decent bud sites so now she has all the space she needs. I have to feed her by hand now rather than the wilma but that's no real problem. Can't wait to see what next week brings already. Ladies and gentlemen, here we are getting into the 3rd week of flower, so you know what that means!!! Next week is Plagron Green Sensation 💚 and silica and a little cal mag, if needed... this girl is getting big.She is about two and a half feet wide and has been stretching like crazy.. this is gonna be a great plant and a nice harvest, and I can't wait to see how the Plagron nutrients swelling up those buds .. stick around because if need be I will add more pictures throughout the week .. thank you Zamnesia Seeds and Plagron for the opportunity to grow this beauty 😍.. Day 63 — All progressing well. The Sensi bloom fertilizer has fixed all issues and the buds are really coming on now. I still have no explanation why one LB is tall and lanky and the other is stocky and thick. Only difference was I topped them a week apart. I switched to 12/12 schedule today. Read somewhere that resin production increases on that schedule. I am also just running bloom lighting for the past week. Seems to benefit them so will continue. I figure another 2-3 weeks and it will be time to harvest. Cheers!
