Flowers coming along well, with frost now developing. Nutrient strength increased now they're gonna be eating more, with Remo grow reduced slightly now they're slowing their growth, but Bloom and AstroFlower have been increased to favour PK. Day 28 will be the last day feeding Growth Tech Liquid Silicone as it takes the longest to completely flush out of the plant. I never feed silicone later than this in flower otherwise you risk hard, black ash with a horrible burn in the end.. More leaves have been stripped here and there, but not too much. Just enough to allow the light to penetrate deeper and to uncover flower sites. Leaf stripping is also a great technique to stunt the growth of selected branches, allowing the others around to catch up and meet the top of the canopy more evenly. 🦊

Buds are very dense and hairs start to go brown it smells amazing I lowered the nutrients strength a bit i aim for a 800ppm runoff

I started germination of 1 orange sherbert bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get this lady situated into her home. Cant wait! Some Background information on history with Orange Sherbert. I have grown orange sherbert out 3 times and all times had the same result. A shorter extremely branchy robust plant. That dominated the room. Loves training and really ups yeilds doing so. She produces an amazing canopy... just a sea of daggers. Her huge chunky colas pack and amazing orange tangy aroma and just taste like heavenly candy! Barneys Farm hit the nail on the head with this variety! She tends to have a little higher demand for potassium mid flower than most varieties. So a bit heavier on the pk booster and she will be mighty happy! Just a fabulous strain to work with.

Another week for the sour Tangie Dawgs😁 so far so good, only 2 and half weeks left, we gave some candy and for the rest only water! Hopefully things continue to go good! Great strain at the moment, nice citrus 🍋🍊 smells and nice and sticky buds!

Day 42 She is in Flower stage , lets wait whats going on

Hey all! Sorry for the delay! And this is it, the last week! Pistachio was cut a little earlier than Matcha because I wanted to give her a little more extra time to allow her to mature a little more, but sadly I couldn't give her too much time since most of her trichomes were already starting to oxidise (which might sound appealing to some, but not so much for me). Still, I think the time given was enough! Thanks to semi-flush I gave to my girls I also managed to see what was happening to Matcha! The poor girl was suffering for so long! Anyway, my next update will contain the harvest information regarding my ladies! Thanks!

What a crazy few weeks ! Got all settled in with the current madness going on in the world. The plants are flowering big time and have a really nice smell. @MarsHydro really put together a good light with the SP250 model and the plants have loved them the whole grow. No trimming this week, just a little foliar feeding when I get to pop by and check them. Feeding is still basically the suggest on the general hydroponic charts. 4/20 Still having trouble getting seeds to grow! 4 out of 6 seeds from the initial pop have died, so I've popped one more Chemdogging and one more Sour Diesel. Placed the popped seeds directly in the pot they'll stay in for the whole grow per suggestions. Built a 30"x36" trellis out of 3/4" PVC pipe, will install a double trellis netting on it once I set up the Blumat watering system. Also added in a smart power strip that now has built-in timers I can control from my phone. Organized all my extra grow equipment and cleaned up the room! The little pots in the photos are some random seeds I'm starting off in here to give to some friends to grow outdoors. 4/25 - sour diesel popped up today! 5/2 Still no luck getting the Chemdogging to sprout, currently waiting on C-dog and a Blackberry auto to sprout in my other two pots. Set up some random plants from seeds I found in a bag of Black Lime and Cookies, put them in a separate room to flower so I can find out if they're female.

Start of day 14 of flower. Still stretching and plants are happy. Next week will be doing major defoliation and taking cuts. Picked up spider farmer GlowR 80, these are at 40 watts each at 650nm red light . I remember reading about side and under lighting way back in the early 90s in Ed Rosenthal's grow book but never attempted it. These are very bright and torched my bare eyes when I glanced at them. Don't have room on the sides in this tent so I'll put them under the canopy once I give the plants haircuts in a few days, hopefully that will add a little bump to the popcorn.

It's week four of flowering, and Blue is doing her thing, slowly developing her buds. Outside, the temperatures are slowly rising to around 17°C during the day. This means that during the dark phase, the temperature in the tent no longer falls below 19°C, so the Calmag can be transported more easily. Keep it IZI 💚

Do-si-dos received a heavy defoliation, there were a ton of small inner branches starved for light, so they got cut. LSD, Green Crack and Mandarin dreams all received a light defo, yellowing leaves were removed. Lighting provided by Mars-Hydro TSW2000. The flowering stage lasted a total of 66 days, ending with harvest on April 11, 2024. Throughout this phase, we followed the most complete high nutrients program, ensuring consistent support for the plants. While most strains responded well, an old Red Sour and one Shogun showed signs of overfertilization, likely due to their sensitivity. In contrast, the Monster Seeds genetics stood out, performing excellently from the beginning of flowering to harvest — healthy, stable, and vigorous until the end.

Had a bad humidity (spots on leave are wet spots that got handled ASAP) scare last week so got a dehumidifier up in there comfortably. Still smooth sailing.

This weather's been crazy! We've been stuck in this deep freeze for over a week now. The temperature hasn't climbed above freezing for like 10 days – it's brutal out there. And to make things worse, with all this cold, the humidity's been acting weird. It's really hard on the plants, especially without the sun to help them dry out a Little. Even though they're a little behind the others, those permanent marker plants are looking good. Being so close to the light must be helping them stack up those buds, so hopefully it's just a matter of time before they really start to shine.
