Flowering day 77 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. Day 101, been cutting off fan leaves on lower nodes, adding ice cubes and spraying cold water on buds. Expecting about 5 more weeks till harvest but I don’t know just guessing Also I don’t know how to change the question so I’m gonna put it here, has anyone tried to defoliate some smaller colas then tie them together will that be beneficial for bigger bud(promote one another) or is it better to leave oxygen to pass through, thanks

I’m still away on vacation, but my friend stopped by last night to check on the plants, and will come back today to tuck some of the new growth into the scrog. Will try and update again later this week, happy holidays! F11 update: Got some pics from my friend, plants are doing great and were just tucked into the scrog. Both of us were amazed at how much that back right branch grew overnight, at least 4 inches, the flowering stretch is real! Only a few more days of weaving the plants into the scrog and then it'll all upward growth from there. Thanks to Seedsman for the idea of a 420 grow-off and the chance to try some of the latest and greatest. Anyway, started some Blueberry Pie F1 Fast seeds from Seedsman today. Very promising sounding genetics, and I’m very keen to see how she goes. Hopefully we won’t get as much wildfire smoke as we did last year. The plan for this plant is a 16 cola manifold with force flowering (12 h darkness) starting in late July for a couple of weeks. Starting in a glass of water on a heat mat at 25 C. Kept in dark using foil. I’ve decided to avoid plastic for the seed starting. Also, based on a science paper I saw this winter, I’m leaving a ripe apple in the dark with the seeds. Apparently the ethylene gas helps, but only in the dark before light is applied. Tried it with tomato and pepper plants and seems to work. First time trying with my cannabis seeds. Will add the reference to the paper some day. Apr 22: moved into soil. Starting three seeds but I only have room for one plant. Will adopt out the other two. Apr 25: removed foil cover (and apple) and set the plants beside the light that is going for tomatoes and peppers. The seedlings need minimal light at this stage so taking it easy. Oh cindy.... be mine ! They're all doing great , pushing out these typical sativa plant leafs, thin, long, real nice. this plant is squat but it got flipped a few days ago so lets see how it does with the stretch. Smell is getting serious by now, i dont know how that's going to work when i'm in the full flower probably i'll need a third extractor and a third carbon filter... the noise on these fans is insane though at 150W each it's not easy to stay in the room with the buzzing sound .... Did some training on these, two defoliations that "s a total of three so far. Funniest thing happened : i mixed my specialised micro (cal mag + "rare micro" like boron, mobi, etc) which is green powder with the Biotabs Orgatrex which is brown liquid and my feed ended up blue lol i still watered with it, so pray for my plants lol Veg is finally over ! Now it gets interesting ! 🚀

These ladies are in full flower and progressing like a dream. The colas on them are chunky to all get out. And to think they've barely begun the flower period is mind blowing to me. I'll go in this week and do a good cleaning taking out some of the crispy leafs on the under canopy. Over all though Happy Growing.

We have Week 9 and the Final Week starts for the Ladys. We are coming closely to the last 7-10 Days and everything looks nice and smells delicious.

Second week of flower and I defoliated again. There are small bud sites starting to form at the end of week two flower. The apple fritter has fascination which is making the stems grow interestingly with lots of bud sites.
