🌸 Week 7 Flower – Crystals, Aromas & Monster Buds Welcome, friends, to the final pre-harvest chapter for our Mango Kush sisters. Week 7 Flower is where everything comes together: weight, density, aroma, and frost. And let me tell you — these girls are absolute monsters. ⸻ 🌱 The State of the Sisters • Pheno #1 – The trailblazer. Her colas are enormous, dense, and sparkling like snowy peaks under the lights. The macro shots reveal a glittering layer of trichomes, covering buds, sugar leaves, and even little fan leaves near the canopy. She’s showing phenomenal resin production, and her pistils are thick and curling. • Pheno #2 – The younger sister, but catching up fast. Her buds are dense and sticky, the frost is appearing more heavily, and every macro shot reveals the same dazzling crystal coverage. She’s slightly behind Pheno #1 in maturity, but don’t be fooled — she’s a true powerhouse in her own right. The smell in the room is so strong that if it weren’t for the carbon filters, we’d probably be calling the fire department thinking someone baked 100 mango pies at once! 😅 I mean the frost on these buds? Looks like Mother Nature had a snow day in the grow tent — pure white crystals everywhere, like the plants are wearing winter coats in July! ❄️ ⸻ 🔬 Trichome Watch – Macro Details Week 7 is all about trichomes. Here’s what we’re seeing and monitoring: • Clear trichomes: Still present, mainly on the lower bud sites, indicating some time left before peak potency. • Cloudy/milky trichomes: The majority of bud surfaces are now showing full milkiness, a sign of peak THC potential. • Amber trichomes: Small percentages on the tips of pistils — this is the first sign of cannabinol conversion, giving the slightly more sedative effect. 🌱 Educational takeaway: Trichome inspection is the golden key to deciding harvest timing. Macro photography helps us see nuances invisible to the naked eye. Grew great. My harvest information was in previous week. This plant looks like dense nugs of goodness. Sweet seeds has always been some great smoke. Working on final trim now. Thanks everyone and happy growing. I will be back soon with final weight.

Well think I'm going to start flush tmr ive had several problems with this run but still really happy with the outcome tho there is alot of room for improvement! I believe I will try soil next I had nothing but problems with ph in coco coir I will put up the outcome of the 3 plants it does look promising:)

Zkittlez - Growers Choice Day 52 - watered with 2L of RO tap water with defined above nutrients, mixed in order and pH'd to 6.3. She has started her stretching phase of flower and is rocketing up , she is also developing her bud sites - during this phase, I tend not to perform any training or defoliation as it will stress her and limit her growth. So for now, I'm just watering and observing her 🙏🏻

2/10: I watered today with about 3/4 gallon each, plus cal-mag, signal, bembe, armor si, a little open sesame, and their final dose of endoboost. The shorter one is budding up quickly now. 2/11: Wife home sick today....postponing construction project to raise the lights. 2/12: Today, I tackled the project to raise my ceiling another foot. In addition to that project, I installed and hooked up my new AC Infinity 6" intake fan. It's pulling in fresh air from the soffit vent on the eave of the attic, and currently feeding the garden with 46f fresh air. I'm able to easily maintain daytime temps in the lower 70f's now. I am able to drive the nighttime temps as low as I want. The only issue is that the outdoor RH varies quite a bit, so I ordered a 30-pint dehumidifier to put in the top of the closet. I sprayed everybody with boomboom spray to try and mitigate the light burn damage that is likely to ensue. 2/13: The taller one is still stretching a little bit, but the 2-footer is just budding up. 2/14: I fed them today with about 3/4 gallon each including grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom, cal-mag, signal, bembe, humic acid, and I switched over from Open Sesame to Beastie Bloomz. Raised the lights another couple of inches. I did some training on them and defo'd a little bit. 2/15: Installed the new dehumidifier and rigged the continuous drain on it...works great. 2/16: I rotated the edge plants and removed some old leaves. I added another 22w 3000k 4' bar light under the canopy. 2/17: I rearranged the garden and defoliated a little bit. That's it for week 8-

A-Day 88, B&C-Day 84 A-Nearing the finish line, she is in the middle of week 13. She has been getting nothing but water for the past 4 feeds now. She is fading fast. Lots of colours under loupe, I see pink’s and purples. Tricomes are almost all cloudy now and are close to about 5% amber. I’m going to ride her out as long as I can so I can get the other two closer to the finish line as well. Fat buds, some as thick as a pop can! 😎 B- Still getting full feeds of nutrients every other feed, on the off days, just a very lose dose of nutrients instead of just water. She is fattening up and stacking very nicely. Doesn’t have the same structure of A, but then again C, doesn’t look like A at all either. Same seed pack, same environment, slightly different training techniques, but what a difference in pheno expressions! C- Has slown down some in stacking, most likely due to the length of her buds and how long it takes to make a difference. Very decent at this point, I feel like she is almost 2 weeks behind A, and 1 week behind B in growth, but if she puts on some weight like I think she will in the last 2 weeks, she’ll have a good final weight 😎

Растение почти пришло в себя. 20.10 перевёл свет в режим 12/12 Начал применять LST технику на 19 дне и продалжаю применять её через день, а 18 августа добавил ДЕФОЛИЗАЦИЮ С 20.08 ДЕФОЛИЗАЦИЮ делаю каждые 3,4 дня С 20.08 LST технику делаю каждые 4.6 дней На сегодняшний день влажность 54% 5.09.2023 заметил высокий Ph 7.9 С 48 дня Ph не ниже 5.8 На сегодняшний день Ph 6.0 Начал кормить с 60 дня Canna Terra Vega PPM 770 Всем мира и добра! Pistils are slowly turning brown, trichomes cloudy and buds are ripening. Started flushing the soil this week for the next 7-14 days depending on the progress of the plants.

What am explosive week!! Trio is looking great!! Increased ppms on two and lowered by 2% on the last girl as she is very sensitive. All three have had incredible root growth, ill take pictures next week. I added cal-Mag to their line up and increased the light intensity to 50% will stay here for the week and increase 5% each week. The pH has not been fluctuating like the last run, these girls like to stay around 5.8-6.5. The tent VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) has been holding stable in the green for the last 4 weeks, I am going to shift the environment over the next two weeks to the next stage of growth which is the late veg/ early flower.

Weekly update for these girls. They got a defoliated and lollipopped this week. Also went full on into preflower showing pistols and flower sites everywhere. Over all they're growing like champs. Happy Growing

Not sure why the other seeds didn’t germinate. One of the other Bananacane’s started to but died off upon sprouting
