Amazing old school strain. Cakes to the stem and oily to the touch. All buds are rock hard and freakin hand size. Taste is of harsh lemon while some are more haze. Both pheno tastes are great imo. This turned out great and would grow again in the future. If only trimming were easier with this one.

Well another week gone and buds fattening up some issues with humidity but sorted now ✌️🏻 See ya next week

Buenas noches familia, de nuevo actualizamos el diario, y acabamos la cuarta semana de floración, vaya brazos laterales que están tirando, se van a poner hermosas, se las ve sanas y vigorosas, nota mucho la forma sativa de sus hojas así que veremos lo que tardan en florecer. Ph controlado a 6,5 y humedad por debajo de 45% not bad las condiciones temperaturas mínimas de 20 y maximas de 27,5 Grados. Al atar las puntas los brazos tendieron a ir a la luz y gracias a eso la planta está tomando la forma de la esquina.

Veg44, defoliación grande, y ajuste de amarras. Siempre digo que será la última defoliación y termino defoliando más, ahora a qué crezcan un poco más antes del cambio 12/12 Veg46, las plantas están ya recuperadas y creciendo a buen ritmo. Veg48, riego con solo Sensizym y Sensi CalMag, con pH 6.3 y EC 0.8, drenaje de EC 1.9 y pH 6.1(ok). Debido al crecimiento de debe ajustar amarras y quitar una que otra hoja.

Hey guys! Another update! 💪 I bought a Cal-Max from Grotek 👌 From the photos I shared it seems Matcha and Pistachio are suffering from some Magnesium deficiency (I hope that's the issue 😰) and this should help with the issue. I foliar spayed both of my babies and then I added the recommended dosage to all the waterings I made during the week. Gladly the first changes were clear after 48 hours of spraying them and I'll probably see the rest of the changes next week (or the week after) 😱 Besides that Matcha is still super small compared to Pistachio and I wonder what might be the issue. Maybe I'm watering her a bit too much or the heat is too high and it's not letting her take the proper nutrients? Maybe her roots are still small (for some reason I think this might be the main issue) or the damage she suffered from the lack of magnesium was way too severe and can't be fixed? No idea but she seems to be recovering so I'll let her continue that way for a bit more (and let her grow some more roots) before switching into flower. Oh! And I switched places between her and Pistachio, in case the lights were a bit too strong for my baby! As for Pistachio, she's growing strong so I suspect she'll be a huge plant during the stretch phase 😃(you can only dream). She's also showing some chlorosis but absolutely nothing compared to Matcha. I also defoliated both of my plants, they were getting bushy and I want all the "new" colas to receive as much light as poooooosible! Anyway, that's all for now. I started using fertilizer. I use biobizz grow, fish-mix and alg-a-mic. I water it 2 or 3 times a week, adding the amount of fertilizer I specified in 1 liter of water each time. Huge difference for last week. I think I'm progressing well

The harvest was super sticky. I mean fr it was frustrating but we got though it lol. It’s took a week to harvest all the plants with some help too. They all started drying at the same time but each one got cut at different days. Overall they all stink to high hell. I mean super stinky like damn what is that funk at stink. Lol they taste just as they smell and curing will only make them better. I also found some nanners on one of my plants smh ONLY DOWN SIDE

Extremely satisfied, yes!! Ive daydreamed about this for 25 + years, germinated hundreds of seeds over the years for fun- but never had the equipment to keep it going Im sooo excited! Seems to be going well so far..

Added yellow sticky fly traps to all cubes as a preventative measure to avoid infestation of fungus gnats. So far none have been spotted. Defoliated and did a little more LST to all the plants to open up the center and give more light to lower shoots. Blue Dream 3 and Chemdawg 3 started showing some discoloration on the leaves (yellowing around the veins) and also the leaf tips curling down. Did some research and came up with this... Possible diagnosis: - Yellowing around leaf veins could be a sign of Magnesium or Iron deficiency - Leaf tip curling down could be a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. - Both could be caused by improper ph balance in water Possible solutions: - Applied Botanicare CalMag+ as a foliar feed and added some to the reservoir. CalMag+ contains Calcium, Magnesium and Iron. - Diluted nutrients in reservoir to lower amount of nitrogen being fed to plants. Was feeding them at 1300ppm, lowered it to 1050ppm - Tested runoff and saw it was coming out at 5.4pH so I increased the pH in the reservoir to 6.0. Now the runnoff is testing at 5.7pH, meaning that my rootzone is in the optimal range of 5.5-5.8 Well wait and see how the plants react to these slight tweaks. Hopefully we start to see a nice healthy even green again.

5/30 update: both plants have been jarred for curing! A little disappointed with the over all yield but a lot to learn from this first grow! Expert seeds gg#4 comin next 👌0

Hey everyone :-) This week it smells more and more sweet and fruity in the whole room 😍. There is actually not much to report, everyone is now under 12/12 :-). Starting week 6 , going full force with the nutrient dosages for the next 2 weeks and getting them ready after for their final flush week Problems i had to deal with but i didnt was clearly the defoliation as i got a bit lazy start dealing with that twice, i ll just leave them as they are and see how their final development is

Aquí actualizamos la última semana de floración de esta variedad y es que la verdad me a encantado cultivarla han cogido unos tonos muy bonitos y están muy tricomadas así que a ver cuando estén secas como están de sabor y colocon. Ya os iré actualizando en la cosecha pero pronto cojo tijera y trabajo pa alabte. Esta semana estuvieron evidentemene solo agua y los 2 últimos días las dejé a oscuras , para que terminen del todo. I'm happy with how these OG's are growing after I topped them last week. I've just turnt to 12/12 and super cropped the main heads that were getting abit tall. I'm working against height on this grow so I need to keep them low to allow for the stretch!
