After 14 days drying, 7 days hanging and another 7 days on cardboard boxes 📦 at a temp between 61 and 65 degrees F and a humidity between 52-55 % I trimmed all the buds and jar them with Boveda 62. After 2 days in jars ( 16 days from cutting the plant down) I weighed in everything. I got 434g of grade A buds and 685g of Grade B ( perfectly smokable ) buds plus a lot of trim that I didn’t weight. I’m very pleased with everything and I enjoyed every single step along the way. Probably next time I will lollipop/defoliate more aggressively so I can get more top bud and less grade b bud.

Buds seriously starting to fatten up, put out some serious trichomes and smell this week. Smell has intensified quite alot since last week soon as you open the tent the smell smacks you in the face. More trichomes by the day looking like a serious smoke. Upped the EC to 2 for this week to try and get a much out of these as possible. I won't be going any higher than a 2 EC so I don't fry my plants. Some orange hairs starting to appear on both the cereal milk and wedding cake.

This girl is officially on auto pilot! Which is always exciting to get to this point and all is well. So I predict we'll have a smooth next few weeks until we finish. She should finish in 7 weeks so I'll be monitoring the trichomes starting next week. Well, I nutrient burned her 3 times in a row from 1st time growers mistakes. And she didn't take it too well. She got stunted pretty bad. But I still managed to pull her thru. I did make a huge mistake and used florakleen for 2 days longer then directions say and when harvested buds and stems had a werid wet stickiness and had a werid smell. So I'm pretty sure I ruined them. They are drying now I haven't weighed them and to be honest I am probably not going to smoke it and just throw it away after weighting it. I'm super sensitive to off smells and taste, so I'll pass after smelling during harvest. But I did cut one branch off before adding florakleen, so I will have a bud or 2 to try... I'll check back in after a proper cure of the branch I cut off before running the whole damn plant... smh...

Everything looks fine. Stopped feeding them for 2-3 days because of the yellowlish leaf tips. I am thinking to make a defoliation since a week but i am not sure how i should do it. Would appreciate some advice ^^

This grow was so amazing!! The purple punch’s came out super sticky dense nugs, super frosty , an a huge smell of blueberry muffins! Super fun grow along with the Forbiddin Runtz definitely one of the sweetest berry smelling strains of ever grown, highly recommend everyone to try out the purple punch’s, you will be highly satisfied!! Day 42: Went on vacation for 3 weeks, asked a friend to take care of my plants and make pictures and videos. He gave them feedings, did some defoliation but it is hard from a distance to guide him how to train or to defoliate.

Week Harvest My journey of Runtz Automatic and her entrance in the Eternity Grow Cup 2025 began on January 7 when she popped her head above the soil. Runtz was an easy carefree plant to grow with no incidents of pests or disease. A few defoliations were all that was necessary to keep her in check. I kept her under a light schedule of 18/6 to maximize her light exposure. After topping her she grew only 24 inches tall. This small plant structure is suitable for growers with limited space. She was harvested on March 20, day 74 from germination. As part of the flushing process, I topped the pot with ice, then watered with ph 6.5-6.7 water for 3 days. Then I put Runtz Auto in the dark for 2 days still in her pot. March 20, she got the chop, Wet weight 314g and is hanging dry in a darkened room. As she dries, candy, sweet, fruity smells escape the room. Temps are 71-72and 43-48% humidity. I am sure she is as tasty as she smells and will not disappoint in effects. My sincere thanks to Patricia @Zamnesia for her support and encouragement throughout this grow. Big thanks and sincere appreciation to Plagron and Zamnesia for hosting this fun and exciting contest. Everyone entering the contest started with the same strain in either a feminized auto or photoperiod seed. Zamnesia generously provided 5 seeds to everyone and Plagron provided the Green Sensation flowering additive. During this contest I enjoyed visiting many contestants’ diaries and seeing beautiful gardens. Many, like me, are limited in space or number of plants they can grow but all are displaying fine specimens. Some Runtz phenotypes are very sativa dominant, with long thin leaf fingers, while others lean more indica. What will be most interesting will be the smoke reports on effects. My theory is that the more sativa leaning in structure, the more active, energetic and euphoric that plant will be and the indica leaning specimens will be more relaxing and uplifting. She’s taking her sweet time now! I found a nanner and pulled it off, but I have to keep an eye out. You can see from the trichome shots that she is not ready yet... thinking maybe 1-2 more weeks—-hoping for sooner. Going to start a flush because of the leaf yellowing. Otherwise, she’s moving along! ✌️🏻💚🌿💨

Flowering has beyond started, looks beautiful and healthy, smells fantastic lol. Hope these continue to bring me happiness. Just put the netting in, she is budding i believe hopefully i get some juicy nugs out of this

Did she start flowering ? Usually I see the same with pheno ants when I switch off the light for 36 hours to start flowering and after the top is light green. This is how flowering starts. I am not sure about her ? Weather is shit anyways....

Week 3 started off well. Gave my plants nutrients for the first time. Lowered the water dose compared to last week and noticed more growth so sticking to less is more until the flower stage. The temperature has been consistent. This week also allowed me to top my plants. And I have seen the new stems coming out the plant. I’ve added a co2 bag hoping to see some difference. I did add a second fan in to just keep the leaves wafting but it reduced the temp so I took it out
