Week 5 Veg Report: SCROG Netting, Massive Leafs & Precise Data Mastery! 🌱 Girls Growing Stronger Than Ever! 🌱 This week has been truly epic in the grow room—so much so that it’s time to bring in the SCROG net! With the canopy expanding and the younger ones still working to catch up, the SCROG net will help me achieve that perfect, even canopy. A well-placed SCROG not only ensures better light penetration but also gives the smaller plants a chance to spread out and thrive alongside their bigger sisters. Now, let’s dive deep into the SCROG method. The Screen of Green (SCROG) technique is a grower’s secret weapon for maximizing space, light efficiency, and yields. The concept is simple but powerful—train the plants to grow horizontally along the net, forcing them to expose multiple budding sites instead of just a single cola. This way, the canopy spreads evenly, improving light distribution and air circulation throughout the tent. As the plants grow, I’ll gently weave their branches through the screen, ensuring they fill every square inch of space. The end goal? A sea of buds all basking in equal light! 💪 Huge Leafs Everywhere! 🌿 One thing that’s really catching my eye this week is the size of the leaves—they’re HUGE! Honestly, they’re so big I couldn’t resist a little fun, so I made myself some fashion accessories: leaf earrings and a cap from the Super Sativa Seed Club Green Papaya! 😂 And, of course, I captured the moment. Exactly what we want! 💧 Precision Feeding with Aptus Nutrients 💧 This week, I took a deep dive into my Aptus nutrient lineup and shared a video explaining how each product affects the water’s pH and TDS. Using the AMP-3 Precision Meter, I’m getting real-time water readings and keeping everything dialed in perfectly. Let’s break it down: • pH: 5.83 • TDS in solution: 445 ppm • Water temperature: 25.2°C The Aptus products are incredible for balancing nutrients without throwing off the pH or TDS too much. I’m fine-tuning my feedings based on these readings to make sure the girls are getting exactly what they need. Too high or too low, and we’re asking for trouble, but this sensor ensures I’m always in that perfect range. The PPH-2, on the other hand, is all about maintaining the perfect pH balance. A fluctuating pH can mean nutrient lockout or deficiencies, but thanks to this sensor, I get a constant read on my pH levels, so the plants are always in their sweet spot for optimal nutrient absorption. Sunday, 28-08-2022 Looking and getting frosty. Upward growth seems to be slowing down. Top-dressed midweek with 60 ml Humic Acid flakes. Foliar sprayed yesterday with The Amazing Doctor Zymes Eliminator(TADZE). Plants continue to seem pest free since starting to use TADZE. Only one midweek feed due to pots being saturated with rain on previous weekend. Supplemented feed today with Beneficial Booster comprised of 50 ml molasses, 125 ml EMAS and 15+ ml~ Recharge in 12 litres stored rain water with the molasses diluted in 950 ml filtered tap water, rain water EC=0~, final EC 1.7.

Last week of flower already flush 1 week ago now just 2 more days in dark and is time to harvest she is looking good ,good sized buds and good smells..

They are really stretching this week. I’m having concerns over some of them not drinking and yellow leaf tips. Not sure what can be causing stress. Ah maybe cold floors as I remove the insulation Half way through this 3rd week of training they are looking good and thriving

Combined the very last week and harvest into one entry. Plants did ok other then the yellow plant or plant #3 gong hemi and pollinating the tent. I would try out their genetics again as they look descent, if I hit another hemri though I think that would be it for them. I reach out to them and asked if this was normal and got no reply. I will check the tent once its clean and free of stuff for light leaks aorund where plant #3 was to confirm it was not my environment. Plant #1 Red took it the worst. it had issues from mid flower but did not finish strong and was hurting a bit. Nice smell over all. Will be transforming all this into bubble hash with a machine I got and some bubble bags. Don't know when I'll do this but that's the plan. God about 10oz of buds 293.5g/10.48oz It was not 100% dry yet but popped it into the freezer to keep it fresh. The new developing growth is green so everything seems to be going well. I’m gonna give it another week and then I’ll defoliate. So far so good. having a little trouble reversing the wrath rock, candy icy cuts. but I’m not worried. I have backups of the mothers and I have backups of those backups so I’ll definitely still be able to take another shot after seeing the results from this grow ….

Hey now, so this week went very well, I started feeding her ripening nutes today....So I am going with silica, cal mag, maxi bloom, and then dry bloom, ph, then a little hydrogen peroxide. Terra Bloom seems to make a great job (first time using organic & mineral nutrients together). The Smell of N13 is truly wonderful (tasty candy), DBK smells spicy and earthy. The "big flowering" is on a good way. I will start UVB light next week.

The buds look very good, not the most dense but it's to be expected with this strain, they have the classic foxtail structure Looking forward to tasting in a few weeks

You can find tbe first week of all girls on my profile, second week is missing coz its just boring and now i start week 3 so its day 15 today from placing seeds to germination. Uploaded a video of their habitat, i still wont name each one indifidually coz i still didnt choose winners / keepers. Unfortunatelly i have a bit low RH for this stage of growth but they obviously dont mind, i spray them twice a day, no burns from spraying with lights on, no electroshocks caused by spraying so all good now. I tried it all enough to be able to say i cant be assed anymore :D Since @growdiaries are not keen on resolving a problem with uploading each pic individually on androids, i will keep one diary for all girls, dont even mind not being able to compete in dom.
