i switched to a worm casting and kelp extract from Fox Farm big bloom and took out the Morbloom. I was getting enough from the open sesame that didnt require it. I would find that I didnt even need the open sesame and ran a flush half way into the week. The plants didnt show signs of burn but I checked the soil and it was getting salty. I ran a flush with sledgehammer about 5 gallons per plant. run off turned 6.8 and the ppm turned back to 300 like in early to mid veg. I then went back to a tea about 4 days after letting the soil dry out again. Keep an eye on the soil at this point. I will be flushing everyt plant like this before flower from here on out unless KNF decides to be the way to go. I defoliated and lollipopped the plants this week too. The flush and the stretch bushed these suckers out. Still in the HPS tent but now they are under the LED again and doing pretty well as the roots are filling the pots out they are eating faster. Did a couple foliar feeds with the Growzyme at less than 1 ML/Gal which they seem to like. Hoping to get a little more vertical growth before they kick into flower. Also been doing some bottom feeding which I have been experimenting with a little bit. It seems to increase rate of growth and the plants seem a little happier when I do a few feeds like that in a row. Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. Acapulco, gold has gone absolutely crazy, and we have so many branches. I have lollipoped her this week, too. She is still stretching, hopefully that's going end real soon, because we have no room left in the tent, and we're getting light burn. I have been moving the plant around to maximise the light exposure and minimise the light stress and heat damage, she has been drinking heavily. However, I have not watered too much as I have a lot of fungus gnats in some of the other soil that I used so I'm going to be letting it dry out a little bit before I water again. I'm just trying to get the fungus gnat population under control with some sticky traps. 💫The week went great. After the first stress, growth seemed to slow down, but it worked out, the plant began to expand. I water it every 3 days. I continue to bend the stem along the axis of the pot. I bend the branch that will pass through the fastest. 💚I started giving supplements late. Only on the 33rd day I gave him fish and everything else. 🍀 Week showed good growth, but it could have been better, let's see what happens with the additives. I continue to twist the stem in a circle (I don't know where to twist it). And I also cut off the leaves a little bit, about once a week, as they block the light (a friend says not to overdo it with defoliation, let's see what happens).🍀

I am loving how strong this sativa strain is. I keep defoliating her to expose as many bud sites as possible. At the same time, I am trimming those side branches with low chances of making it to the top. 🌱🌱👍🏻👍🏻

I'm lil a bit late with update. Yesterday was begining of the week 6 so i in few days i will added new photos. The thing is that i have some problem with hps power supply and i cant switch off lights because if i will do it its chance that they doesnt work anymore and then i will stay without lights. Sooo im in very very big sh... 🤪 Thats why i'm sorry sisters and brothers for the quality of the photos but with those power supply my phone camera go craaazy. We are ROARING into week 4. It's time for our first feed, and I can't wait yo see how this plant comes along. This will be the last week of veg and this coming Friday will be the start of flower! So far we haven't done much feed besides the soil itself and now its time to give her a boost. It's also time for a name so that is gonna be nice too 😁. For the time being though, we are gonna do a feed with Dr. Earth, monitor development and then move on over to the flower tent. This is the first week of flowering. I've changed the nutes from veg to flowering. The plants look incredible! I had to raise the LEDs to 100 centimetres from the plant again, because I've noticed that they get too much light. This week I have a new family member, her name is Sarracenia. She will help me to get rid of gnats. This will be an experiment, I'll add some more carnivorous plants in the future updates!
