Growing like a weed. Light burn mid veg, due to ph meter broken. Quickly recovered after flush. No issues since. Day 14, lowering nitrogen tomorrow. Slowly raising her ph a wee bit, she doesn’t seem to mind. 7 out of 8 seem to be on the same pace, one is a little slower. All plants, aside from color, look the same genetically. Rare to have a bag of seeds with the exact same plants. Good job Grower’s Choice. Still no pollen sacs on sprayed branches.

The 7th week started. Based on the Breeder's description it is supposed to be the final week for The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe so it should be ready to harvest. It is my first grow but I can say it needs a minimum of 2 weeks to be ready. I think 10 weeks at least. I have checked another diary with the same strain and it took 10-12 weeks to be finished. I placed the Purple Punch 38 hours Darkness so from now I will give 14 hours darkness and 10 hours light schedule to start flowering. They are in the same tent so I take out in the morning to be in darkness, and put back at night. I did reset the timers. Water: 125 ml 2x daily each plant so altogether 250ml a day for 2 plants. I raise up every week with 50 ml a week per plant. Fertilization the same amount of water the same acacia honey around 2 big spoons and bat guano 1 teaspoon per 1-liter water and I fertilize it 3 times a week every second day on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, plus one-half day like on Saturday once. So from today (Thursday), I started forcing the feminized strain Purple Punch to flower also after 45 days from germination. This week not too much things to say. The Gelato Cookie D'ohpe stopped growing just added an extra 5 cm to its height. Hopefully it focuses on the bigger buds creation. Purple Punch grew an extra 2 cm. End of the week Purple Punch is 37 cm, Gelato Cookie D'ohpe is 70cm.

Starting to sugar up a bit 😁, very slight tip burn so calmag'd with 10ml in 6L each, then gave it a good water and this is the day after next fert. They got 10ml of big bud, bud candy, and bud factor x each.

2018-03-13 Week 11 Day 1 As I mentioned last week, the girls are growing like crazy since I changed to 600W HPS,and even though they haven't grown so much higher, they are definetly wider because of LST. My growroom is only about 1.8m2, so now the girls are so wide that there's not enough space for them to get wider, so now I will let them stretch. Nr 1 is 43 cm Nr 2 is 44 cm 2018-03-14 Day 2 I LST'd the girls one last time and also defoliated them mildly so all the tops get as much light as possible, hopefully increasing the yield in the end. I also turn the girls 1/4 lap every day to ensure that all sides of them get as much exposure to light as possible, it would've been great to have some kind of turntable that turns the girls 1 lap in 12 hours,, but until I find out a device that does just that,I'll keep on doing it manually. Added some videos for you to enjoy. 2018-03-18 Day 6 Watering the girls with 2l of plain water (pH 5.8), the soil were dry after 3 days since they got water and nutes. I want to release the remaining dry nutes buried in the soil. Some of the girls got burnt leaves but not from nutes, but from the hps-lamp, they've stretched so much so I raised the lamp about 10 cm, but now I'll keep an eye on the distance between the lamp and canopy, don't want them to get burnt again. My Rainbow Melon plant is still one of the biggest in the tent, and it's definitely the smelliest so far. The only thing I'm not crazy about is how big the leaves are getting. It's been a challenging week with the constant rain and ridiculously high humidity. Keeping things dry indoors has been a real struggle. Despite the weather, I managed to flip all my feminized photoperiod plants to flower this week. I'm hoping the switch will go smoothly, but with this humidity, it's going to be tough.
