July 19: first night of force flowering last night. Moved into dark garage at 9:30 pm and out at 7:30 am for 10 h of darkness. Using 730 nm far red light at transition to dark which puts plant into dark mode two hours faster and is like getting a 26 h day with 12 of darkness. Rain day. July 22: Foliar spray of Epsom salts and potassium silicate this morning. The magnesium in the Epsom salts helped with the yellowing on the new growth. July 23: added another loose Scrog net layer. Tied to water bottles to open up the canopy to sunlight.

This week was the last time i have fertilized, and from next week onwards they will only be given a little Canna Cannazym. I think it will take them about 2 weeks to finish.

Day 1 Veg All 3 Fast Buds Afghan Kush Auto seeds popped and are looking good. I chose this strain because it’s fast, an 8 week autoflower. This will allow me to dry during the hottest part of the summer. I chose this strain because I think it’ll give me a good heavy indica in my availability. My wife loves it too. The Vipar Spectra XS2000 is set at 36” at 40% ish. I’ll be adjusting it as I see fit for the plants as they are indica dominant, they may need less light. This light preformed well with the GHS Super Lemon Haze Photos I did last round. Excited to see how they produce with an autoflower. Growing strong on beginning of week 5. Buds are turning more purple each day. Smell is weak but I’m sure it will pick up soon. Growing taller each day.started some LST this week. It was growing to straight up is why I started LST training. Starting to put off a pleasant smell.

She's changed a lot in the last week and flowers have opened right up! On 8/1 I got some spent hardwood substrate blocks from a local mushroom farmer and crumbled them around the base of each plant, including the autos. Hoping the mycelium can get in there to work their magic in the last few weeks this girl has, not to say she has anything "wrong" with her, just looking forward to a good harvest! Other than that, there's not much to report. She was fed & watered 2x this week since we've still been getting consistent rain and I don't want to overwater.
