day 0 - gave this seed a dark place in my room to germinate and also used a little Ph down to get from 7,5 down to 6. 230PPM after about 17 hours of soaking in the glass i gave the seed into a jiffy. day 1 - because i had still 2 more of those seeds i think its better to just use them now and germinate them all together and then choose the strongest for myself. thats why we are at day 1. i just need one of them to germinate right now and the seeds are already 3 years old. i think one or maybe even 2 might not germinate because i just stored them in room temperature. we will see! day 5 - the seed wich has beed touching water 22 hours early has now shown his first sings of life above the soil, so i am trusting into the other 2 that they might also still follow so i can share a plant :) day 6 - she has a sister! she has grown 2cm+ and the seed has been stuck in the jiffy so everything perfect for the first one. day 7 - the seedling on the right is now also not growing only inside the soil anymore. the third seed was sadly a fail but i am happy with 2/3 after wrong storage.

Today is day 38 of vege and I’m gonna let them another 1 more week and then they will go to Flowering stage. In three of these, 91 Octane is massive and the second is Banana Daddy but Sugar Cane is also growing healthy and happy cuz she make more branches.

This week has been a good one! Not too much more stretch just simply filling up both the spaces with foliage and swollen buds! I’m now watering 6L every 3 days and she’s soaking it all up! Will feed strong for one more week then 2 weeks of flush :) Dehumidifier turned on and set at 40%, ambient air temp dropped to 23/24 day time and 18 with lights off, air flow changed up daily to really help her. Por supuesto el ph se mide en cada riego y se mantiene en 6.2 y riego en intervalos de 48h. La temperatura está entorno al 22/24 grados y la humedad anda sobre el 50%. Las plantas en si ya están bien sanas, tutore la rama principal para que no se fuese de madre, y así controlaré la altura. Yo creo que en 1 o 2 semanas podré darles machetazo, pero ya vamos viendo estas semanas. D40 (31/12/2020): Second week of flower and everything is good! They are still stretching a lot. I'm not continuing LST with ties but just by tucking and banding stems and leaves. I will continue to slowly remove leaves and small bud site under canopy that will never receive enough light. The higher buds receive around 520 and 600 PPFD (40 000 to 46 000 lux) for a DLI (for 20 hours of continuous light) around 37,44 and 43,2 moles of photons which is perfect. This Glue Gelato phenotype is weird as it grows weird leaf structure since a couple of weeks. Probably since I discovers a nutrient lock in the soil with too much nutrients. Banana Kush is super healthy and look amazing! 😎 - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 56% D41 (01/01/2021): They are stretching like crazy so it's a sign of good health! I fed with nutrients 3/4 of the recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I did remove leaves today but no bending. I want to let them grow in height. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 820 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.7, 1150PPM for BK ; PH6.8, 1120 PPM for GG - RH: 54% D42 (02/01/2021): Nothing special today. I try to turn the plant 180 degree each day to make sure fan is blowing air on every side of the pot and plant and to make sure light is distributed evenly. I also swap the two plants every 2-3 days to make sure again that the plants receive light equally. I continue removing leaves and small buds site under canopy. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 54% D43 (03/01/2021): The lights are now at 16 inch from the top buds and just 12h later I saw a big difference. They are now ready to receive intense light 😎. They receive approx. 650 to 780 PPFD and even 900 PPFD for the top buds (50 000 to 60 000 lux, and even 70 000 lux). I will check closely in the next days to make sure the buds and leaves are not burning. I fed only Max Minerals full recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I placed a round stake in each pot for when the buds will be heavy. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 460 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.8, 1550PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 1480 PPM for GG - RH: 55% D44 (04/01/2021): Nothing new today. *** UPDATE ON BUGS: I did not see any more larvae since last week. It's the 3rd week since adding nematodes and after adding 2 pouch per plant, doing 2 insecticidal soap treatment and removing 1 inch of soil, I feel like I did control the infestation. I still see some mature fungus gnats on sticky traps but nothing alarming. Increasing air flow and reducing RH also helped a lot for those bugs. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 55% D45 (05/01/2021): Nothing special today. I let them grow without new LST. I did not removed leaves since a couple of days. They are growing in height and that's what I want. I might do a defoliation in beginning of week 7 (or week 3 of flowering). I want to reduce RH in the tent under 50%. When the lamps are off, I have a lot of difficulties to maintain a proper RH for flowering stage. During night, it is around 57% with the 4 inch AC Infinity inline fan blowing full speed. RH in the room where the tent is is around 35%-40%. With 5 plants in the tent (2 cannabis, 2 tomatoes and 1 mint) it will be more difficult to control RH in the next week with flower and fruit growing bigger. I ordered a small dehumidifier on Amazon to help me reduce the RH. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 53% D46 (06/01/2021): I fed today half of the recommended dose for transition week. The PPM of the run off from last fed was high so I want to cut a bit on nutrients. The run off of both plant is down under 900PPM which is what I wanted 👍 -temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 480 PPM, approx. 3.5L each plant - run off: PH6.9, 860PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 766PPM for GG -RH: 52%

7 weeks! from what sweet seeds says now I should just wait another week or two and then I could cut it easily, but I don't know. If anyone can advise me on automatic plants I would be grateful! in summary the question is: with automatics only 5/6 weeks of flowering are needed? 🌱

Until today they survive at any mistake i did, temperature and humidity fluctuation, no too much air circulation, maybe some over watering, the soil i premix ecc. ecc. ecc. Beginning of week.. So I went ahead and did a late defoliation.. humidity is sitting too high in the tent.. its been around 50 - 55 % RH but it does sometimes get up to 60% RH.. removing some of these leaves should help lower the RH AND lower the chances of getting mold.. these are gonna be some fat colas.. and those are the ones mold can creep up on.. doing my best.. dehumidifier just cant keep up.. but I also dont run it inside the tent due to the heat that thing and it's transformer give off when it runs for over 24 hours or so.. but she shouldn't mold.. I've got 3 fans inside just moving air.. but of course, sometimes that isn't enough.. but we will see how this goes.. may even add another fan.. keep it on the floor of the tent an point it up.. we shall see! But damn she smells so amazing.. i can smell alot of similarities from the Mandarin Cookies in here.. which also has Mandarin Sunset as a mother.. just as this one does.. but you can smell the skunk along with it.. but not as powerful as the citrus.. aw man the citrus.. love that shit.. I even chewed on a trichome covered fan leaf.. very delicious! So glad I have 9 more of this strain and a few others from ETHOS.. next run may be some Aura Genetix.. I've gotta see what fast versions are all about.. I bougt some of the Peach Bellini.. should be pretty epic.. keep an eye out for that diary after this one! Mid week.. Lower branches are getting plenty of light after the defoliation. The smell is getting intense. My carbon filter has began to smell like shit lol. Not literally.. but it stinks.. maybe like rotten skunk or something.. I've ordered a new one but I took that smelly one off for now.. so the whole block smells like member berries right now till the new filter comes in.. tomorrow. I couldn't figure out what the smell was untill i accidentally got my face into the exhaust fan wind.. smelled like rotten skunky shit.. lol. I guess I forgot things need to be changed out every so often.. just figured "air" running thru it wouldn't make it crap out so fast. Been maybe 8 - 12 months.. something like that. Never used one before this.. but running some ETHOS, it is a must! So citrusy! Purples are slowly coming in. She really reminds me of the Mandarin Cookies I grew.. but I also think the Mandarin Cookies was heavier on the Mandarin Sunset phenotype side.. and this one is pretty similar. Scent, growth, stretch.. but I know I cant say for sure that's what it is.. this is just what I believe is going on. But wow.. such a beautiful plant.. I've had to run a a few twist ties to other branches in order to keep them from flopping over, leaning on eachother and the sides of the tent.. should have scrogged I guess lol.. live and learn tho.. but so far its not too bad.. but this early on shows me what I might have to be dealing with in the next couple of weeks cuz they are beginning to get STACKED!
