Really good looking plant, I'd say she's definitely a sativa by the shape of her leaves and the distance between internodes as well, I think this lady is ideal to be trained, I guess she'll be a big bush full of nice colas, let's see what we can do! Week 6 in veg done and dusted! She grew 12cm! Day 42 - I clipped off about 6 huge fan leaves to allow light to hit her lower branches. This is her last day of 20/4 lighting. It will be 12/12 from now on. 💪

Grow Diaries Report: Flower Week 1 – Stretch Madness & Heavy Grooming 🌿🚀 Week 9 – Flower Week 1 Update The flowering phase has officially kicked off, and wow, this plant is on a mission to touch the sky! The stretch this week has been intense, with the plant shooting up significantly. To manage her vigor and focus her energy on bud production, I’ve had to step in with defoliation and additional lollipopping. This Week’s Highlights Massive Stretch: The plant stretched dramatically this week, filling up the vertical space in the tent. Defoliation: I removed a significant amount of fan leaves to improve light penetration to the lower branches. Lollipopping Redux: Further cleaned up the lower parts of the plant, focusing her resources on the top colas. What I Did Lollipopping: Removed more of the lower branches and leaves that were unlikely to contribute to bud production. Defoliation: Took off some large fan leaves to improve airflow and light exposure throughout the canopy. Nutrients: Continued with the bloom feeding schedule, ensuring a balance of phosphorus and potassium for flower development. Environment Management: Adjusted the light height to prevent light burn and tweaked the fan placement to improve airflow in the now more open canopy. Observations The plant’s stretch has been both impressive and challenging, but the defoliation and lollipopping seem to be working. The top canopy looks well-lit and primed for flower development. No signs of stress from the grooming, which is always a relief during such an aggressive stretch. Challenges The rapid vertical growth is pushing the limits of the grow tent. I’ll need to monitor her closely to prevent overcrowding or light burn. Next Steps Keep monitoring the stretch over the next week—potential supercropping if necessary to control height. Fine-tune the nutrient schedule to ensure the plant has everything it needs as bud sites develop. Maintain low humidity to reduce the risk of mold or mildew during early flowering. Conclusion The first week of flowering has been an explosive start! Things are moving fast! 🚀 Two out of three plants started showing their first signs of flowering early in the week, while the one that got “auto-LST’d” by the fan took 2–3 days longer to catch up but she’s finally there too!🌱 All three are now starting to stretch, and I’ve gently tied down a few branches with soft wire to keep the structure nice and open. Nutrients were adjusted just in time, and everything continues to run super smoothly. Can’t wait to see how these berry babes develop over the next weeks!🍓🌱

NOTES: Keeping the pH between 5,8-6,0 and EC at around 1,4-1,6 depending on system. EC at 1,5 seems to be optimal and my measurements are staying pretty steady at that level. Humidity is lowered to around 50% if I can. The tops are now at around 45-60cm height from the soil. Continuing the last heavier defoliation/pruning process that I started yesterday at the end of 2nd flowering week. I saw no signs of mold or any other issues as I went through the plants. After this week I'm going to change the nutrient solutions on the tanks and fill them with fresh nutrients with minor changes: Dropping the amount of Grow from 1,5ml to 0,5ml and increasing the amount of Bloom from 1,5ml to 2,5ml. After the change I'm only going to refill the tanks without adding any Grow and will instead increase the amount of Bloom to 3ml. Propably a one more change of fresh nutrients until flushing with Final Solution prior harvesting. Day64 (19.12.) Some more defoliation focusing on the upper growth revealing bud sites below them and keeping off the moisture. Already got a trash bag almost full of leaves since they've been pretty bushy plants on average. Day65 (20.12.) Continuing the last defoliation process. Day66 (21.12.) Continuing the last defoliation process, pretty satisfied with the results so far. Light penetration and airflow have increased greatly so I don't have to worry that much about humidity or possible mold any longer. Each strain has started flowering, all plants are females and buds have started to develop. Defoliating didn't seem to stress the plants as much as I thought it would. Day67 (22.12.) Day68 (23.12.) Refilled and added some nutrients with a stronger Bloom/Grow -ratio (~4:1) and left my girls to enjoy the Christmas Holidays as I did. I'll be gone for around three days, after that I'll change to new fresh nutrients as I mentioned before. One Ayahuasca Purple seems to be ahead of others, and a few other ones have clearly started to develop some buds too, rest of the plants are following closely behind. Each strain has some truly astonishing individuals, and I think Ayahuasca's have shown most variety between different plants. Overall everything looks pretty good I think. Hopefully can say the same after a couple of days as I come back. Happy holidays everyone! Day69 (24.12.) Day70 (25.12.) I added another Led light to my tent just before the lights turned off. Really enjoyed growing this plant. The smells and colors are incredible. The size of these nugs are huge! I'm so proud of myself but I also know the genetics were key. Atlas Seeds - WOWZA!
