Week 4 is in the books! I flushed this girl the other week and got her soil up from 5.2 to 6.0, but it looks like it's back down in the 5.5 range. I'm starting to notice some deficiencies pop up, so just waiting for my new water jug to come in the mail so I can give this girl a proper 3x flush (have only been able to flush with 3 gallons each time, which is definitely not helping my situation). Just want to get this girl under control so she can finish strong, and those buds can develop nicely. OH, and she's still been stretching, but as I finish up day 28 today, it looks like that may have stopped. I can only hope :)

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Week 4 of flower and the boys have finally spilled the pollen. It’s bloody everywhere in there so I expect that no bud has gone undefiled😎. The females have all witnessed a pretty significant nitro deficiency now that they’re trying to produce seed instead of flowers. We changed out the nute mix to 1/3 grow and 2/3 bloom and they immediately showed improvement. No slight against Druid at all - we moved to a different brand simply to conserve it for the flowering runs where it really matters👍. The lone separated spicy bitch female that entered flower early is looking really sexy. I very much doubt she’ll have escaped full pollination with this much in the air however. We won’t use any seed from this girl but if we’re lucky we might be able to pull out some sample bud. We’re taking down all the males today now that their job is done and we’ve also decided to harvest from the one specific cum dumpster male that has shown as the most vigorous. Doubt we’ll get around to using it before it’s shelf life expires but u never know. The details on that will be in the harvest entry coming up. Other than that - we’re through the fornication stage and it’s all just keeping the ladies alive until it’s time to extract some seeds👍😎👍. Our previous pollen picks didn’t pan out at all so we’re back to the drawing board with a new option from ExoticSeeds. This’ll be a 10 plant run with 5 regs and 6 strains for pollination including the strain itself. We’re running in a 2x4 MarsHydro grow tent all powered by a Mars Sp6500. That’s a little more than 600w packed into half the recommended footprint😳. Why? you ask - because we like our buds big and overcompensatory😂. Really, I’m just of the mind that we can pack more light into this space than recommended and get much better results. The math doesn’t lie. In addition, we’ve also moved to a new nutrient system - Druid Nutrients out of the Netherlands. They don’t really have a presence on GD yet but you’ll be hearing about them very soon I’m sure. Boogie Nights - total shot in the dark. Still haven’t even tried the strain myself yet but it was available at the right time and interesting enough to make a salad with. Big thanks to AMS who’ve been nothing short of an excellent seedbank to collaborate with. Expect similar growth characteristics to that of the Northern Lights. Better resilience however. Blueberry - this particular clone is from extremely strong stock. Spliff seeds broke the mold with this strain. She’s lower maintenance than the NL, more resilient than anything else we’ve got on the menu and the terp. Profile on this girl is out of this world. If we can bring any of these qualities to the cross, then it could be magic👌. White Widow - garrghh, I just can’t get away from this particular plant. Again, still haven’t even tested the buds yet and all I can say is that the growth characteristics are extremely vigorous and desirable. This plant is one of 3 unicorns that I have yet to tame due to a combo of extremely bad luck and circumstance. All told, it’s still the same story: a VERY experimental breeding project designed to shotgun a broad swath of genetics against a reliable and dependable Breeder who’s put out proven fire 🔥🤟😎👍.

She looks well the internodes are quite spaced. The stem is thickened each week that passes the leaves are emerald green with five fingers. She has received 100 ml of phd water. I’ll keep her under the leds see how she does!!!

******** Week 7 - January 20 to 26, 2020 (Days 43 to 49 from germination) She continuers to impress with her resilience as I have thrown a couple of curves at her.......but she continues to fatten and grow her buds😎 It was also not without learning though and thats what is so cool about growing this plant.......you always seem to leave a grow feeling like you could do even better next time and therefore challenging yourself to do better......and have dab while doing it😂 Not sure if I have a little different pheno but if I ran her again I would find a way to train her out wider. 5 gal pot diameter idea........maybe don’t fill with as much medium? Again, simply to keep light hitting all the lower sites. Where does the “XL” come into play as well I guess. Removed branches early on that were low. This grow, her narrow leaves have allowed a lot of light down below but it will be felt in a little less yield.....think the pH got a little high....or potassium excess......Terpinator too early? If left to a single cola she would be tall and have a huge cola I suspect......Gorilla Grow with the extension type of potential! She has loved the water feeds. Missed out bit by backing off of the CalMag a bit too much.....stems say deficiency that but leaves show toxicity? (Back to that you always feel you can do better thing😬) Got a little crazy with the PPM and saw tip burn in week 7. Gave a quick little flush with RO water and Sensyzime to clean up the roots of the salts. Didn’t get crazy though because it was just the top leaves burnt. Been building the medium up to this point so don’t want to wash it all away just yet. She didn’t claw down and over night appeared to still keep moving forward with bud growth. I did notice a small amount of hairs starting to turn red by weeks end......likely won’t be long before more are red and we go to flush👍 (Make it to end of week 8??) No rush though.......still lots of room to fatten up yet. In the week a head there will be the last push to get her medium in as good a shape as my skills will warrant. I want to get a good 10 + days of flush but her leaves are going to finish dark from what I can see. Run-off has been reasonable though so will keep fingers crossed 😄🤞 Little more detail.... Research and purchase or build a “grow room controller” - tent: temp, rh, light(?), co2(?) — rez: ph, ec, temp, water level - maybe more stuff like tie in the cameras, also basement temp and rh, fan and lights and pump contro. Nutrient dosing and ph control would be awesome but likely too pricey— but I’m a geek and this will be fun! I’d prefer a prebuilt system but I’m not totally opposed to building an Arduino/pi style solution (reliability and time to get it right are concerns tho - plus I have an arcade cabinet project I’d like to get to soon) — **ANY THOUGHTS OR ADVICE ANYONE??? To do list: I picked up some angle aluminum and I plan to finally make a single frame for the numerous LED lights Mount things to the wall (temp and humidity sensors, timers, utility light, etc) General cleanup and house keeping - wire management etc Install new portable air conditioner in the basement - this will be a bit of a project - casement windows and other issues Hopefully this week: install a utility sink in the basement and tie into the water lines and waste lines of the house (no more carrying water and waste upstairs!!)

Corto las 4 hojas afectadas. Amanece reforzada y sin rastro del hongo. Apliqué la solución para curarla a pesar de ver mejoría. Parece que crece bien pero sigue desarrollando una especie de manchas al final de las hojas grandes

Okay. Sorry for the slacking where I slacked here. But here we go. I have one photo when I transplanted to my 8 bucket system. They were very mistreated, left in a cloner with plain water for months. They looked haggard. But after a couple months of tlc. I vegged them back to perfect health and flipped to flower. Not going through the weeks of vegging because honestly it’s the auto pilot part of the grow. I selected this mozzarella out of 3 moms. Now for my first harvest replicated. I started day 0 flower Jan 19th of 23. They were about 12 weeks of veg and stretching to get these where I wanted for my scrog. Mozzarella stays very short. So turning my lights down and spacing far away was necessary to stretch. She is a heavy feeder and rewarded. tolerated ppms of 1400 in the past. No Co2 used. Yet. My lights draw 800w each 2 in a 5x10 tent.
