While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Stopped feeding this week. I'm pretty sure they should be ready to chop in a week or 2. I hate looking at them with my microscope so I've gotten pretty good a judging when they are finished. I love ILGM. They always come thru with solid genetics!!

March 12, Day 71 my Sea Of Green is now a Sea Of Buds 😄 Tomorrow I will collect the three plants closest to the poster that seem to be mature. Next week I will collect the last two gorillas (excluding the two plants with a photoperiod predominance) because they seem to need a little more time. March 13, Day 72: I wanted to make a video or a video to show you the defoliated plants ready to be cut, but when I removed them from the SOG they no longer had the support of the nearby plants and the branches could not support the weight of buds. I'm not complaining, in fact I didn't think I would get such a big harvest. For the same reason I only cut and put to dry two plants, I don't have enough space in my dryer that is only 50x50x120 Centimeters. However, I made a video with Harvest and a video with the new layout of the plants in my SOG. Now in my sea of buds there are three gorillas left, two cheese in advanced bloom and two photoperiodic gorillas and the margin there is a Cheese that has just started to bloom. I realized that I can make only one harvest page for each variety, I thought it was possible to create one for each plant, so I will edit the diary for the final harvest, when I will also collect the last three gorillas in my secret garden. 91 days!!! This week, I gave the girl 2 waterings with biobizz nutrients, it also rains and receives rainwater:) I don't know how it will be with this project, according to the plan there should have been a harvest already, because it is an auto strain, I am going on vacation in August for 3 weeks so I don't know if she will survive, the other project participant has already given a harvest and this one doesn't even bloom, and the planting day is the same:) !!!.

Day 27 from seed: These ladies have not disappointed this week at all. Even poorly girl #2 has got busy and began growing again. I have switched nutes to Mega Crop and they have all been getting a feed of 1g per L and calmag and silica to keep the npk in balance. This stuff is great to work with and its results are brilliant . seeing some of the grows done with it and the low cost of too. This is made for us. The Los girl is doing good with the Mc so far and as it is a mineral nute, the ph is not such an issue to worry over. #3 is still the most advanced and has been topped and her limbs are staked for her lst. Love the results of the silica when training plants. An absolute must !. No signs of any pistils.yet so some growth still to go before the stretch starts and becomes a monster crop.lol I have seen some great Fast Bud autos yield amazing.

These two did great even through a lil stress they still came out on top. I almost want to run it back but I think it's time for something fruity maybe, maybe having a terpene profile that helps initiate a more stone heavy affect and be indica heavy.

Graduated, and am off from work for a few weeks, so went overboard on photos. Plant is doing well, leaves are starting to turn yellow (strain trait). Can't wait for the harvest and being able legally gift my xmas ornaments to my cousins during our "cousins walk" at our family xmas party.

Hello again :) it’s day 58 for my girls. I get rid of scrog net yesterday, I was taking every single one out and then I cut some leaves to make more space in grow box :) I spend around 6h with them last night but in my opinion is well done :) bag of leaves gone. I planning harvest around day 85 but we will see what time shown :) take care guys and see you soon :)

This is my growdiary for the Royal Gorilla seeds. They are growing together with NL from RQS. I planted 3 of them and all are growing happily.
