Week 2 starting with gsc putting out begging of pistils with others shortly behind I'm sure as it is day 10 since 12/12. on day 11 flower pistis are visable on blueberry and girlscout cookies. On day 13 OG Kush has pre flowers just waiting on blueberry muffin which were planted more recently than the others.

The temperatures, humidity, height, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil spread evenly across the top of the soil. Day 1 we had a high temperature of 93°F with sunny clear skies. I watered 4-5 gallons each pot twice, from the well. Day 2 we had a high temperature of 95°F with clear sunny skies. It was super hot today. I watered each pot 4-5 gallons twice. Day 3 we had a high temperature of 95°F. It felt like 97°F. We had super clear sunny skies. The girls are loving the sunshine and slightly less humidity. I watered twice @4-5 gallons per pot. Day 4 we had a high temperature of 90°F with super clear sunny skies. The temperature was more comfortable at 90° today because we had less humidity. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot from the well. Day 5 we had a high temperature of 81°F with partly cloudy skies. The girls are still thirsty. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot once. These girls roots have tapped through these pots and into the soil. Unless it's just super hot watering once is enough. Day 6 we had a high temperature of 83° with clear sunny skies. I watered 4-5 gallons once per pot. Day 7 we had a high temperature of 79°F with clear sunny skies. I watered once 4-5 gallons of well water per pot. The girls are thirsty but the heat isn't sucking the water out of the pots. The girls are in full vegative phase 2 and continue to gain height. This week was a great success. The girls really stretched. The middle height plant is at 100 inches. I'm on my ladder on my tip toes and I can't reach the very top with the tape. The tallest plant looks about 12" taller. The weather was very pleasant. We had a few hot days but mostly cool fall type weather. The defoliation and treatment of powdery mildew with Growers Ally fungicide ended that problem. These plants do have a high level of resistance but not immunity. I'll continue to treat once a week. Most growers don't talk about their fungal pathogens or treatment of them. Outdoors, if your plants aren't immune (many fastbuds I've grown from seed have been) then this is an issue you'll deal with if you have cool humid nights. There are many treatments and preventatives and some are scarey. My grows are all organic and I carefully chose Growers Ally fungicide as I smoke these plants and don't want anything scarey in(systemic) or on them. Thanks for stopping by and checking out my grow.

Hey fellow growers week 13 update of my sole survivor critical purple #1. This plant is now in week 8 of flower and will be removed any day now!!! She's only been Watered once this week with a ph of 6.3. So close to starting next grow so stay tuned!!! I also updated my pineapple auto harvest weights to include both plants. This is the whole flowering cyclus posted in one week.

Been doing a lot of tweaking with the new gear and multiple sets of plants. Been quite a busy week and probably behind a bit on keeping track of everything. I'm currently working on trying to get better charts made to keep track of things like light schedules, detailed feedings, height change per day, etc. My current setup is my oldest 1st set of plants (5plants) and my 3rd set (6 seedlings), in my new 4x4 Vivosun grow tent equipped with a Spider Farmer SF-1000. I have kept my 2nd set of plants (4plants) in my original 4x2 Vivosun equipped with 600W Vivosun LED. These plants had been extremely stressed due to not having soil or containers available with shipping constraints. They've been doing a lot better since then and I'm hoping they make a full recovery. Fingers crossed! Running 24hr light schedule. Both tents equipped with temp/hygro high and low ranging from about 71-81°F with an average of about 78°F. Watering by plant pot weight, according to GH FloraTrio + CalMag Schedule. Mild LST via tucking of leaves blocking developing sites. No more than 3 leaves removed per plant, per day to avoid stress. ______________________________________ Can't wait to start upgrading the quality of my journals and to hear you all's feedback! The first set of plant's nutrients was made to 4gal of water. The mix is a ratio of (Cal-Mag/GHMicro/GHGro/GHBloom) It's mixed (for the 4gal) in order; 10mL, 5mL, 10mL, 10mL. 440ppm @ 98.5°F 890EC @ 2.2°F us/cm This new nutrient mix was applied for the first time tonight and will run about a week. I'm running a bit behind according to the GH schedule I was following due to stunting the growth I felt like over a couple issues to where I have them an extra week of veg nutrients. As I have defoliated them and they have seemed to take it pretty well, I'm hoping the increase in bloom nutrients will kick the buds into overdrive for production and the plants will start to thicken up again. The second mix follows the same order as the first set in regards to nutrient usage. This mix is only mixed to one gallon. It as follows; 2.5mL, 2.5mL, 1.25mL, 2.5mL. 500ppm @ 98.6°F 992EC @ 0.4°F us/cm This is mostly following the same GH nutrient schedule as the first set only about 2 weeks behind. These plants suffered from being in too small of containers for too long and I believe this stunted their growth. I've had them in suitable new containers for a couple days now and hoping this new mix of increased nutrients will bring them back to life a bit and get them back in schedule. I'm honestly not too sure still about the ppm and EC numbers but a few bud-dies have mentioned that it plays important roles in plant health. So until I can better research good numbers and how to control it for my set up, I'm at the very least trying to keep track of the data. I apologise about this large chunk of text! I hope you enjoy the diary anyway in spite of the fact. I'm loving the look of the buds and everything seems to be going great. Only a few months to go! 😎

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. And the first week of flower begins! I started this week off by defoliating any and all large fan leaves blocking lower nodes. Also did a little supercropping on BL to get her to spread just a bit more. I raised the light up to 45cm and this will be the final height. They've been drinking really fast by this point. Definitely going to be very diligent with waterings/feedings until harvest. Cheers all! This is my most painless grow to date, praying for a nice and smooth wrap-up to this cycle as well.

La altura varia entre 10 y 18cm en todos los casos excepto la mas alta que esta en 25cm y sobresale sobre las demas. Durante esta semana tengo 2 esquejes que corresponden a otro indoor pero necesito mas vegetativo.

Week 1 went off perfectly, purples babies reaching WEEK 2! 😍 PRESENTATION OF THE LADIES 😍 ------------------------------------------ The four plants are the same genetic. But they already have a different look, and I would introduce them to you :) 1) The Ugly - She have terrible first leaves. But she isn't late compared to the other. So I still believe in my Ugly! 2) The fatties - 2 of them grew wide leaves. It's just about leaves shape for now. 3) The solar panel - This one grew less wide but longer leaves. Regarding the Ugly, I must say that for the 4 seeds, I had to manually remove the shell when they sprouted. They all had their shell on after sprouting, and I don't like that. Probably a bit old seeds? For now, they share the same needs, and seems all happy. But this might change. I may even not be abble to recognize them, except if I cheat on them by putting labels on their pots ^^ 💧 WATERING 💧 ------------------ Luckily, the weather is offering some rains, and I been abble to put the ladies out under the rain during day 7 and 8. Not that long, they still got watered on Day 8, some hours after the rain. With feeding for the first time! 🍗 FEEDING 🍗 ------------------ First feeding. Used Fish-mix at 0.8ml/L. I plan to have a second watering in the week, but without nutrients. That's why I written 0.4ml/L in diary settings. If you know me, you also know that I like Fish-mix, but that I'm also effraid of it ^^ As foliar later during veg, it's an awesome products, easy to see that plants love it. But it seems verry powerfull, and need to be used carefully when given to plant. My rule is to limit to 50% of recommended dose. For now. Anyway, Fishmix right after a rain must turn on every form of life in soil I believe 😀 Even life coming from rain. 🏡 GROWING CONDITIONS 🏡 ----------------------------------- Starting an indoor session on the end of summer seems a good choice for me: - Some rains that provide me better water - I can put the ladies out if verry sunny, to save electricity/money - Perfect temps in the grow room. My house is always windows open. ​The growroom lightup in the end of the afternoon, when the day get cooler - Plants will flowering indoor during winter. I need heat during winter, so thanks grow room :D And cold air mean verry dry air! So reaching low humidity on the end of flowering will be verry easy! Pests : Nothing to report for now. I'm expecting a visit of my good old friends the thrips in 2-3 weeks 😎 Grow tent & Light (XS2000 ViparSpectra) : Something I notice just now: I'm abble to close the grow tent without air-extraction. I never been abble to do that in the past. This light is waaaay more efficient, and produce way less heat, because I couldn't keep tent close with my previous Mars Hydro TSW2000.
