Hello Diary. New diary, in the fifth farm I have three new residents, one Fat Banana and two Haze Berry. Both sides are from the Royal Queen Seeds. And this diary is dedicated only to Fat Banana. I would like to thank the team from the Royal Queen Seeds who have recognized my efforts in keeping a diary and greatly support me in what I love. I always try to make a balance between sativa and indica, since I do creative work, I am a big fan of sativa, although in the evening, when my obligations are over, I like to relax with indica. So this time I planted two Haze Berry Auto that are predominantly sativa and one Fat Banana which is more indica. WHY FAT BANANA? Fat Banana Automatic stinks of tropical fruits and produces large, chubby flowers. The strain is the autoflowering version of Fat Banana, an aromatic classic. The original made her mark on the cannabis world with her insane scent, massive THC level, and rewarding yield. Fat Banana Automatic inherited indica-dominant genetics from the original strain. Much like her predecessor, she provokes a body-slamming high par excellence. Her effects take hold immediately, plunging users into a euphoric state of relaxation. Fat Banana Automatic’s potency also gives her medicinal viability. Her calming nature is effective at reducing stress, and the physical aspect of her high may help to relieve aches and pains. LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan x2 Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix Pot - 11L AirPot Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - BioBizz and RQS Organic nutrition LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/09/2020 Planting. I prepared everything I needed for planting, cleaned the farm and changed the filter. I put Primaklima filter - PK 100/125. This time I decidet for AirPots, I also used them in the first two farms, BioBizz-Light Mix is ​​already standard on my farm and Easy Boost and Easy Roots Mycorrhiza Mix from RQS as organic nutrition. Since the first farm I use only organic fertilizers and for now I have used BioBizz and RQS organic nutrition. After I put the soil in the pot, I added 50g of Easy Boost Organic nutrition and mixed it well with the soil, after that I added 5g of Easy Roots Mycorrhiza Mix and also mixed everything once more. I prepared 7 liters of water in which I regulated p.H with Plagron’s Lemon Kick, and soaked the soil well before making a hole in which I put the seed. Otherwise, the water would have pushed the seed much deeper into the ground. After the planting is completed, they enter their new home. The temperature in the Box at that time was 26 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 60%. I set the lights 35cm from the pots as Migro recommends. 14 - 17/09/2020 I sprayed the surface of the soil with water a couple of times to keep the soil moisture at the surface. Also the humidity dropped so I put on a humidifier for a couple of days. 18/09/2020 Fat Banana sprouted, a day later from her first roommate Haze Berry. 19/09/2020 Watering. I watered with about a liter of water with regulated p.H. 23/09/2020 Watering. Regulated by p.H. at 6.4 and gave her approximately 1 liter of water. I think Grow Diaries made a great decision to put this germination week as an option, yet that germination process is just as important and it’s great to have room to write more and show how each of us does it. Coming along! Few more weeks for the autos, been a long veg for the purple cookie kush

This week I transplanted them into their final homes, 2 liter mountain dew bottles. I cut tiny holes 2" up from the bottom to create a reservoir. My plan is to fill a 2x2 tent with these 2liters. Next week I flip to 12/12. Plants are barely 6-7".

Zoap by premium cultivars is growing fast even with the fact I flipped her into flower a few weeks earlier than I like too. can’t wait to see that frost 😁 Going to trim some of the satellite leaves that are ruff looking. Other than that can’t wait to see you all next time ☮️ 08/13/23

Not much to do now but watch the pH and PPM and wait. It looks beautiful. The growing structure of the buds is really interesting, it has like four calyxes with pistils coming out of the top of a lot of buds in a really distinctive way. It's super, super frosty too. The GG#4 genetics are already showing. Interesting smell, hard to describe. Still relatively mild, at least in the grow tent with the filter running. There's some burning on the leaves, yellowing at the edges. I think I got a bit complacent about checking on it this week since it's been so easy. I also think I should have pruned some of the smaller branches, even just for my own enjoyment of the aesthetics on top of the benefits for airflow and nutrient use. I'll probably do that this week. Then 2 weeks to harvest! I'm impressed with this strain so far, as well as very impressed with the DWC method VS soil or coco but still have a soft spot for organic soil. If I can find a veganic hydroponic nutrient mix I'll be stoked.

Se le ha aplicado un tratamiento insecticida con agua + tierra de diatomeas ( 1 cucharadita por litro de agua), también se le aplica un tratamiento fungicida con una infusión de cola de caballo para evitar futuro moho. A partir de ahora se riega manualmente con las dosis recomendadas por el fabricante.

Week 9 of flower, the buds are still showing white hairs and 50/50 clear/cloudy trichomes. Buds getting too heavy to hold themselves up! Tried out using a single scrog, I would definitely use two nets going forward.

Nach 55 Vegetationstage wird nun endlich die blüte eingeleitet. Habe heute am 01.03.2026 das licht auf 12/12 umgestellt und somit hat der 1. Blütetag begonnen. Habe ihr 1,5 wochen ruhe gegeben um gelassen in die blüte zu starten. Sie hat in den 10 tagen ca 10cm zugelegt auf allen 16 trieben. Die untersten hab ich bereits an Vegetationstag 49 entfernt. Jetzt heißt es erstmal beobachten und schauen was wird. Wir hören uns nächste woche gemeinde 🍀🍀

April 4th 2021 is Day 55 in Flower, Niagara's Own Seed says their Wedding Cake takes 50 -55 Days. These seeds are great 5 beans for $35 or $40 Canadian. Can't beat the quality and the price! Wish some seed company on here would offer such great prices! Trichomes are mostly milky viewed with a 60X loop. Plants are sticky and smelly. Buds are dense not an airy fluffy bud in sight😍. This is the frostiest bud I've grown to date I think. Some pistils are still white and sticking up straight while others look they are curling in. Since I didn't put up netting or bamboo stakes the branches aren't holding the bud weight so supporting with rope from ceiling hook works OK.

This is my second time around. Out of nostalgia, I opted for Golden Sands by Humboldt Seeds. Twenty years ago, that strain got the whole housing estate high. For a while, it looked like only one of the five seeds would sprout. In the end, a second one decided to fight for life, too. At least they’ll have more room to themselves.

They've started to grow their first sets of leaves and although temperature was a little higher than I'd liked they're coming along nicely. You can see the difference from just three days growth and then 3 days afer that! Adding a small amount of bio canna vega and molasses.

So she started to show signs of pre flower :D :D now Im going to be starting up the flowering regiment of nutrients getting her ready for her road home ! The temperatures in my city finally dropped so my plants are responding way better to the lower temps. I began with a little LST at the end off the week because this Strawberry Pie Auto grows compact with little node spacing, so I did some LST to open her up and get more light onto the little baby budsites :)

This week was fun, had nutrient lockout on the one plant some signs on others. Decided to flush from the top with two plants which is a terrible idea with autopots; the minerals build up in the soil and all I did was wash them down. The plant that was looking the worse had some lower branches die after this so I cut them out. Reached out to autopot and they were a huge help, flushed from the Rez and then brought my nutrients way down. I only just got an ec meter but I was at 3200 ppm when I started the flush and 150 by the time I added nutrients back in. The two plants that I flushed from the top aren’t in great shape but they’re still alive, only 2 more weeks to go so hopefully this didn’t have too much of an impact on quality!
