welcome everyone to my Strawberry Tent GrowOFF
I will be showcaseing 6 diffrent starberry autoflowers from 6 diffrent breeders, we will see what ones win the superfichal awards of: Best In Tent, Best Smell, Best Buds, Best Yeild, Best Taste, Best Form and Best High. 6 plants and 7 awards, I have a feeling some of the strains may take 2 or 3 of the awards and a few of them may not make it to fruition. The tests will be blind and then matched to a key at the end to find out who is who to avoid as much bias as I can given that I some of my firends will be the sole judges for most of these catagories.

I will be growing these in a coir/perlite medium with liquid hydrophonic nutrients.
The pot size will be 2 Gal each for 12Gal total medium in a 2x4 tent under a potentinla maxium of 480W via the 2x Medic Grow Mini Sun 2's LED Lights. Germination methyod will be the same, soaking seeds in water then into the final pots medium.
They will be getting a 18/6 light scheulde from start to finish and a PH of between 6.2-6.5 for the entire grow. I will be useing some root incolulents to help the plants form a strong and healty realnship with the medium. From what I can tell this should go smoothly without many issues. I have a few good friedns on here who only grow in hydro so if I run into any issues I am going to hit them up and learn some new things.
Good Luck to all the brands competeing. I will host a question poll to see who thinks what one will susceed the most. and Maybe open it to eveyone to help rate the best looking buds catgory.
One thing to note is I am mixing all my nutrients into a massive pail that is about 2Gal and I mix it till it hits a desired EC point, so the measurements of ml/l is a bit of a guesstimate. I know its in the ruff ball park area of what I added but it could be off by a bit.

I’ve been flushing the plants for a week now. The colas have definitely gotten fatter from last week. It’s looking like I’ll be harvesting in 1 more week. Pretty much all the trichomes are milky and I’m starting to get amber ones.

HIGH LEVEL From EVA SEEDS 6th Jan 2020
** Hi all I have done a couple of alterations since my last update , firstly I erected a greenhouse to cover all of my photo girls and I finally ended up transplanting plant number 2 . I ended up deciding to put her straight into the ground as I had nowhere else to put her to be honest. Since the transplant the new growth looks different than it was
prior to the move. It could be completely unrelated to the transplant but if you look at pics 3&4 you will see the new growth I'm referring to.
Plant 1 is really getting stinky even tho it's still in veg , just an accidental brush past her omits an incredible skunky smell which means she'll be very stinky during the actual flowering ( well that's what i reckon anyway) Plant 1 is a big girl and will almost certainly get much bigger once the flowering stretch begins next month.

Raised lights an inch and switched to FF Grow Big 10/ml/gal. Working on getting humidity up and temp down, such a conundrum. Added humidifier outside the tent next to the vent in. Plants look really good. The Pineapple Chunk is the biggest still but a little less dark green than the Presidential and Fruity Pebbles. Fruity Pebbles was the smallest but at the end of the week it seems to be almost as big as the Presidential.

Eight weeks into our cultivation journey, Epic Buzz has shown a resilience and robustness that exemplifies the best of indoor growing. The transition from vegetative to flowering is a critical time, and our plant is meeting it with a vitality that bodes well for the coming bloom. Here’s what’s happening:
The root system of Epic Buzz is nothing short of spectacular, having completely filled and begun to overflow the confines of the net pot. Such vigorous root growth is a sure sign of a healthy and thriving plant. Since being topped, the Epic Buzz has recovered admirably, pushing out a lush canopy of large fan leaves and new growth sites. This process is crucial for maximizing yield and ensuring even light distribution across future bud sites. The plant has been moved under the Sanlight Q4V2 and has had its light cycle switched to 12/12 to initiate flowering. This change marks the beginning of a new phase of growth, one that will see the plant mature and start to form buds. The plant has been diligently cared for with a feeding regime tailored for this stage of growth, with a high dosage of Orca and Canna Boost to fortify its vigor as it transitions into flowering. I would highly recommend using shortstuff seedbank imagine what they would have been like without problems or more light and not grown by a novice i was feeling the high and all pain going away with each toke just gutted about the yeild cuz of my expertise lol defo got a try gona do a jedi kush maybe or 1 of the other mix seeds i have its a must try for the stealth growers

***** Week 7 Veg - January 16/21 to 22/21 *****
Week 7 will be their last week being able to take them out of the tent😟 SCROG netting going in on the weekend ahead. Not really a lot to report this week as the girls are doing well and I am just wanting their side branches to grow longer to help filling in the canopy anyway. Performed more LST this week and bending over the branches daily. Didn’t do any HST this week, will once the net is in and I have a better visual of how the branches need to bend.
They have come a long ways over the last 2 weeks when you look back at pictures. They have filled out with more side branching and other than battling a little purple striping on the main stems they seem pretty happy. Leaf colour is good and should be in good shape for the flip soon. Will go through all of week 8 before flipping so hopefully week 9 will be transition week and week 10 the start of flower.......have to get through next week first though😀👍
Switching over to tap water again. I have been struggling with calcium and magnesium deficiencies on all grows for the last year. I can’t seem to get the right amount added back to the RO water I use in all feedings. So running with straight water again now. Ppm coming out is 325 so I will work with that. Going to explore my own RO system in the house rather than bottled water, a system that adds back calcium, magnesium, and iron. It’s been flowing okay for the first week and will continue on for now. Using RO water I have been feeding full strength on the nutrients and have been working on backing them down a bit to compensate for the starting point of 325 now.
They have continued to be fed once a week roughly and supplemented with calmag and microbes.
Little more detail.......
Jan 16/21, Day 43 Veg
- 3L each of full line at full strength in RO water
- 1150ppm and 5.8pH given to the girls
- didn’t add any other nutes other than IPP line.
Jan 17/21, Day 44 Veg
- dry out day
- pulled down all the girls again tonight to train them outwards.
- side branching doing very well on Candyland girls.
Jan 18/21, Day 45 Veg
- 3L for each girl today with tap water and CalMag @ 1ml, Microbes @ 2ml, Nature’s Candy @ 1.5ml
- 700ppm and 5.7pH is what that works out to.
- have to use a considerable amount of pH down to adjust the tap water, over 6ml in 16L
Jan 19/21, Day 46 Veg
- measured the girls today and Candyland1 is 14” tall and CL2 is 13” tall. They were topped already😀
- dry out day for the girls.
Jan 20/21, Day 47 Veg
- 2.5L each with plain tap water
- 295ppm and 5.8pH.
- all the girls are looking big and bushy today.......they are ready for flip soon.
Jan 21/21, Day 48 Veg
- dry out day for the girls.
Jan 22/21, Day 49 Veg
- pulled all the girls down again......repeating the same LST each day manually rather than tying down for now.
- this should be water day but leaving for today as I am going to lolipop the lower branches and a heavier leaf stripping tomorrow.
- will feed tomorrow as they will benefit more.
Very solid week ETS......the girls are taking off and expect to see lots of leaves popping out over the next couple of weeks😀👍 Work on reducing the small stresses they seem to be experiencing more next week.......continue tap water and give a feed with Epsom Salts new week.

The run continues nicely, we still had some temperatures of nutritive solution a little high with the heat of Danielle. It drops drastically in 2 days so I will finally finish this growth in the calm one and will be able to begin my bloom on September 24th.
I apply hydrogen peroxide at a rate of 0.5ML/L, twice a week as a treatment. The root Rot X is used every ten days when changing the nutritive solution.
I put less water in my system, in order to create a wet zone and a dry zone, I make sure that the roots are always immersed of course.
As soon as the temperature drops, I will switch to 800 ppfd for the end of growth and depending on the evolution of the plants I may add some sensi grow a and b to increase the ec a little.
If you are attentive, you will observe on the tips of the leaves or even on the leaves, spots of burns or deficiencies, it is simply the consequence of the pythium a few days earlier.
The last growth update will be around September 24/25.

Things are progressing nicely. Will put it in flower tent in next week or 2.
Second plant of perpetual grow ended up being a dud. A blackberry kush seed has recently been sowed.

Transitioned to week 3 nutes
Arranged autopots in tent (4 of 8 setup with aqua valves)...this will be setup for remainder grow
Setup two 50 litre reservoirs
Plan to turn on autopot system on Thursday or Friday of this week
Moved distance of lights from 30” to 25”
March 31st
Turned on reservoir for 4 auto pots hopefully received their last top watering this evening (all four drinking from bottom)
Setup aqua valves on other 4 auto pots, will turn on reservoir on Thursday or Friday (not all 4 drinking from bottom yet)
Stopped using rapid start with this watering
Put two seeds to crack.....Alaskan Purple (1 seed) Phantom OG (1 seed). Plan to use both as mother plants for next grow.
April 3rd
Captains log...tired of Covid 19! :)
Watered plants from top for last time on phlizon side...turned on second reservoir. If all goes according to plan will be last time I water from top and plants will drink from reservoir for rest of grow. Will top plants next week once they drI nk about half of reservoir.
Seeds have tails and been moved to soil and will be mothers for next grow

It was another good week for our ladies. Tote a or the biggest ones are almost done. There is a few amber heads on the trichomes. They smell pretty strong and are taking a gallon of water a day now. We are decreasing the nutes this week for these girls. I had over fed them a week ago so the discoloring was my fault but they look better this week and the leaves quit curling and dying. Tent a is under the mars hydro light. The girls got so top heavy I had to put a net up.
Tote b or the second tent is flowering a few weeks behind tent a. It’s under a viperspectre light. This tote is also getting co2. I just want to see if it will add weight or flavor to the girls. My second diary I did in dirt and this run is just clones of that run but in water. Gotta find out what works and what don’t. I haven’t flowered any under this light yet also , so this will be a chance to see what it can do. Tote b is 2 plants of white widow. The one on the left is tiny compared to the one on right but the buds on it are huge for the size. It’s so cute looking.
Tent 3 is also white widow. They are under a spiderfarmer light. We will flower them also under this light. So far it’s still vegging but the node spacing is super tight. Light is at 80% power. We are going to start training it and give her a hair cut this week before we flip it.
All in all a good week. I tried to make a video after watching kittens and colas video. Not good with the effects like her, but I tried. Yes We are stoopid heads! If you see a way to improve let us know or just say high! We are. Love growing. Love you all. Keep growing everybody!

Have to harvest in a few days.
One of them doesn't smell like Runtz, but rather like lemon herbs and gout yogurt...
I only know this from some Afghani landraces. Maybe it has something to do with the ruderalis part.
2nd and photoperis are runtzy🤤
