Time for the stretch! Lots of flowering growth happening now. I can see where the bud spots will be so I’m going to have to stop moving the branching around in the Scrog, also the branches are getting thick and less pliable.

This week I added CO2 to the garden. My pH in the DWC dipped to 4.6 which was scary. I knew something was wrong bc usually I'm adding water every 36 hours and it was still alot left. I adjusted it to 6.1 and hopefully she recovers...I must say the dwc is so sensitive compared to soil..good grief. During week 4 they only got hit with nutes once then water throughout the rest of week. Update: I decided to drain the dwc and just put in 1gal of water at 5.8 pH. I'm being extra cautious since it's up in the air if the issue is light burn or nutrient deficiencies. Update: Two days before the end of week 5. The purple punch is doing great so far..glad I took cuts. Ice cream cake is absorbing nutrients but the pH is still dipping to the 4s almost every 6 to 8 hrs. I'm just going to keep adjusting the pH and keep her rolling.

Well this is actually where i started. I had already germinated the Green Tea (Forbidden Fruit x Gelato) seed. Now i think i am caught up. I will try to post as many videos as possible. I suck at typing and with the dictation it takes longer to fix the f_ck ups than to just type what I wanted. I can just explain what I'm doing or what I've done for the week. This is my first ever grow journal so it may be all over the place....we will see..... I have multiple grows happening at the same time....sometimes I get carried away...lol....and might have a few more than I expected to have. I will do my best to keep things up to date and current. I definitely want to start running right out of the gate and make a pretty decent journal.

This was a sad little plant, if only the fucking birds did not eat the original plant. They are so bloody annoying. Over all plant did ok, just the runt size is a massive let down. Will just dry this and give it to a friend to smoke. At day 20 I switched to flowering and sent my light schedule to 12/12 hours of light/darkness, therefore this is the first week of flowering now. I know that these plants from seeds are still to immature to switch to flowering directly, but they will grow slower with 12/12 until they are old enough to flower. This should happen when they are appr. 4 weeks old from germination, then they will be mature enough to be able to flower. I do this, because the Growfor.Life-Closet is limited in its heigth and I want compact and short plants at the end, so i can keep a minimum distance to the LED-lights from SANlight, which are built into the closet. The minimum distance should be appr. 25 cm from the canopy. At Day 25 the biggest three plants (=Double Dutch from Serious Seeds and OG-Kush from Humboldt-Seeds) have grown so many leaves that they start to touch each other and condensed water is building up between them, the plants seem to sweat. This means I have to defoliate the plants again in order to get a better airflow and also to let the light penetrate deeper into the canopy. You can see a video-tutorial for defoliation I made on Day 25. The scissors I use in the video came WITH the closet, they have a special anti-sticky coating and work like a TREAT! During the defoliation I recognize that one sidebranch of a Double Dutch plant is TRIFOLIATE (see in pics!), this means each node grows three instead of two leaves and sidebranches out of it. That is a rare occurrence in cannabis and can be seen like finding a 4-leafed clover. Although this should mean good luck, I also realize more and more fungus gnats flying around and put some sticky yellow strips (=sticky traps for insects) inside the closet. The plants also seem to get a little bit lighter in their green color in general, therefore I decide to start adding nutrients (=PLAGRON-TERRA-BLOOM) to my waterings now. All in all the plants grow like hell (the biggest one is appr. 30 cm tall at the end of week4) and develop excellently...I LOVE THE EXPERIENCE WITH MY GROWFOR.LIFE-CLOSET until now!

Our plant's stature is as sturdy as ever, a testament not only to her robust genetics but also to the exceptional nutrient lineup we've been using. It's a sight of true resilience and a reflection of the care we've invested. First week under big light, and in big pots. The light is at 50% giving me an average 550umol at 2ft. The ec fans are running about 50%. Total power consumption is around 600w so costing about 0.10 per hour to run.
