Defoliated a few leaves but nothing major . The smell is starting to get strong funky and like orange juice (very different smelling from other orange smelling strains ive grown , trichomes are forming and the plant is sticky to touch ! One plant has very few stigmas a trait I've only seen one before after crossing kalimist x super lemon haze . Anyone know why it happens ? I can't find much online regarding it . Anyway I'm into week 5 now see you at the end of it

Day 70 ..... lookin good.... she stable in flower now... neuts good, and stable... got her into a beautiful rutinue for the rest of the flower..... really happy with how it's going, she has a long flower 65-70 days i think.... thats 8-10 weeks in flower, so maybe 4-6weeks to go (6-20 dec) ........ she's going to be alot of work but will be well worth it, tasted her alittle, just the trim that had to come off, was enough to taste..... (dried the trim, curin in jar, try to add pic if i remember, lol) was a new experience goin thru the difficulties of transition to flower in dwc iws system ....... listed general nuets that i am using, however the 1-2 lt mix i put in every day or 2 is mixed up at the time, and is specific every time to ensure the tank remains at 5.8-6.4 ph-1-2k ppm.... i've stopped using the ppm meter for accuracy and use it only to get a general reading... in fact the ph meter and ec/ppm meters are not really workin properly any more, lol the blood bone and all the different stuff that i'm using puts alot of the readings as false/wrong ..... i can see where a nido system would be handy, maybe if i had the cash.... i gotta do all this the old fashioned way... elbow grease, hard work... haha this is some crazy news... random unknown mazar in that iws dwc pot... it's female as of the 2 hairs i saw this morning.... haha... so i'm thinkin, i may be able to put the mazar and ssh in main tent with all resources used.... that would put both mazar and ssh in iws dwc perfect pots in perfect conditions with max light and resources..... might do that, it would increase both flowering plants to 280 W leds... .... the reason mentioned this is because i can see she needs more light, the coloured light panels are poor quality cheapo..... gotta get my home made kick azz lights back in there.... lol 👍😎👊

Day 21 of flowerig going great. Gelato strain was too much bushy, so we had to defoliate it. Now all the works are done, only have to wait buds to get fat 😁.

Busy week behind the microscope. The tricomes look clear to me. She ain't ready as yet. Struggling with keeping tent cool due to heatwave and lack of a/c. Nutes solution reduced. Only had base and 4 additives. Later on in the week had another watering at .7 E.C . Flush started on day 50. Final runoff was in mid 500ppm. She's smelling lovely, absolutely lovely. She spent 48hrs in the dark and then chop day. A really lovely plant to grow. Absolutely no worries at all.

D16 - I think I had the light a little to close, I see some yellow tips forming on the new set of leaves. I raised it a couple of inches. D17 - Girls are coming along great, I'm thinking of using bonsai wire to train. D18 - Saw some brown spots on #2. D19 - Brown spots on #2 got a bit worse with slight yellowing leaves. D20 - Figured out the brown spots has to be calcium deficiency. Added some NPK cal/mag to #2. Also, I am having a lot of fun using the bonsai wire to LST.

The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

Auch für die Pfadfinder eröffnet sich die nächste Woche. Beide Ladys machen einen Hervorragenden Fortschritt sowohl die Abstände der "Nioden?" als auch das Wachstum und die Farbe der Ladys gefällt mir sehr gut. Bei einer Lady habe ich etwas nach geholfen die zukünftigen Triebe durch die Fächerblätter zu fummeln damit diese schon frühzeitig licht bekommen und ggf. auch auf einer höhe weiter wachsen so wie sie es bisher tun. Bei der anderen Lady experimentieren ich etwas herum wie es sich auf die Ernte auslegt wenn ich einige Triebe nach unten "Binde" um einen Größeren Lichteinfluss zu generieren was aber bei der Lady nicht so einfach ist da sie ein verdammt wildes Wachstum hat was für mich als Newbie nicht klar erkennbar ist dank ihrer Mutation. The last week I kept the girls in the shade a bit during the day. We´ve had temperatures close to 40 degrees C. I didn´t want to expose them to too much heat.

Just potted... Plants are a bit in shock. curled down leaves on some. After Day 1 new growth is praying. Removed Damaged Leaves 😀 9/18/2020 had a problem that looked like Cal-Mag issues & overwatering... Was using the tank labels for water marks to tell how much water was in the tank. Discovered that the marks from the factory are wrong. Measured back in exactly 100 Gallons of water and re-nuted the tank. It didn't solve my issue. So I changed the water flood schedule to see if I was overwatering or underwatering. no response from the plants except it was getting worse. After trying things for two days, I "Phoned a friend"... and they suggested to turn the lights down to 25%. BAM! after 20 min or so, there was a positive response and lifting of the leaves... Moral of the story is to start your clones at a lower light setting and gradually bring them up over time. Pics included...

Almost tried everything by now but the roots wont take any nutrients, so i started using Ripen from ghe and i will prob start using R/o water with just calmag after this water. Gonne run this prob for 10/11 weeks since i slowed them down badly. trichomes are mostly clear but gotta see how long she can survive haha They are sticky as fuck and the aroma's are the best i ever had,so i will be starting a new round this week!! Let’s Go Day 52 of 🌺!! At 101 days old , these girls are looking an smelling oh so amazing! 2 of the Pre 98 Bubbas and both Dirtyblondes started getting flush on Saturday, so they will continue flush the rest of the time for 12 days an they will be ready for 48 hrs of darkness. While the 2 other Pr 98 Bubbas will remain on same feeding through rest of this week a most likely start getting flush by next week!! My tiny potter is doing pretty good. It is a hard grow with the plant this size. The window for ph error is very small since it dries the potter out in a few hours. It is very root bound, and drainage is very slow. I been feeding 2 to 3 times a day if I get the chance. I got a little nute burn when I increased nutrition a little too early. The twin tops might of gotten too close to the light as it stretched. Regardless it's looking pretty good for a tiny potter. She is bulking now, still under the Mars Hydro FC4800 light. nothing much else to report.
