So this week the little gelatocake is on week 8 and is really starting to eat herself now, full of trichomes and smells like tutti fruity chewie sweets. Last week of nutes for her then mollases only. Week 7 for the othere gelatocake and shes starting to fatten up now as well as fade also. Babys have got big since re potting I will.bend them over later. 5/30 update: both plants have been jarred for curing! A little disappointed with the over all yield but a lot to learn from this first grow! Expert seeds gg#4 comin next 👌0

04/09/24. Time to start week 7. Not much to say other than about the girls themselves. I haven’t changed anything other than I think I’ve given them the last feed yesterday. I’m thinking they’ll be done within 2 weeks and I’ve read that it’s best to give water the last 2 weeks. Hope this is the right thing to do. The buds are thickening up and the pistols are getting pretty dark and starting to recede.. well.. on two of the girls that seem the most similar to each other. The middle plants much frostier, smellier, and skinnier buds- with lighter pistols. All are becoming colorful. It’s smelling very spicy with like rotting fruit or something currently. The smells very strong through the house. I don’t think these will be the biggest buds, but they are definitely dense af and lovely and smelly.. oh and sooo sticky wew Guess that’s it until the start of week 8 flower. We’re gettin close! They're all very healthy looking, one has some slight yellowing which should disappear soon with our change but all plants are extremely small for their size.. we've been letting these dry out completely between watering so I'm convinced there's a genetic component to this. We've had a few other strains start extra slow for us in the past and one in particular that started slow and then took off like wildfire around week 5 so I'm not too concerned ..they're each using 3gal square (plastic) pots willed with fresh Promix-HP..they're getting a little bit of Big Bloom with smaller amounts of Grow Big with every other watering now and this has corrected the odd hue we noticed around wk3.. Just brought my girls home. A good friend started the grow in his tent, (I’m in Michigan and getting ready to plant in ground outside.

Had loads of buds appear this week. I think the stretch is pretty much done now so it’s all focused on the weight!

Added a second scrog net for the taller plants last Friday. Constantly defoliating to increase light penetration but not trying to stress the plants. (Selective leaf picking) Plants loved the tea I have them last week. Visual improvements in every plant 2 days later. Top dressing later this week on 9/29: 5 tablespoons Gaia green 444 5 tablespoons Gaia Green 284 15 tablespoon Wiggle Worm Earth Worm Castings *hard to get good pictures of this plant* Light increased to 75%

During this whole grow I would say she was my favorite. She has the fruit funk flora nose and just beautiful bag appeal. Her coals were a lot smaller than the other girls but she was bigger and yeild was similar. I got about 3 zips off of her. I would definitely recommend her

It’s so warm today! Of course I pulled all my plants out to spray with spinosad and feed/water. ********* I use a Hudson 2L sprayer. My partner used to work in the film industry and they found this brand of sprayer gets the most thorough even coverage for makeup or whatever movie magic they use sprayers to create. It’s great. ********* The larger gorilla glue has come around but I lost a few nodes. I’m seeing a little PMD, but I’ve been knocking it back when baking soda and water. I’ve been taking scalps, defoliating the big one gently and the little ones need almost daily lollipopping. I’m watching my ph and using more cal mag. I definitely feel like they are two different phenotypes.I have them on individual diets. ********** Some fungal gnats come with the humidity so I topdressed with gnat nix. I don’t believe I overwater so I hope that’s the solution! I think I may wait another week or two and get things more stable before moving to flower.
