This week has been awesome as far a new growth . The girls are coming along fine . I’m seeing some yellowing on the leaf tips so for the next few watering I’m going to use straight water and no nutrients. Overall both plant are healthy. I have some defoliating to do on both plants . I started low stress training but I stopped because with my work schedule ,it turned out to be a lot of work . So I plan on ordering a Scrog net to keep the girls evened out. Also every week or so I rotate the plants about a 1/4 turn to distribute sunlight and I’ve been tucking some of the bigger fan leaves 🍁 to get more light at the bottom.

Hi guys! Here we are again, closing report for week 12, or 8 of flowering, as you prefer. This was a great week! I'm super happy in first place, to be home again, and that gives me much more time to look after the plants, the conditions, and really take great care of the grow. All the 5 plants had great development in their bud production and amounts. The grow tent looks small for this 5 girls and now they're struggling a little with the space. About the feedings: I started flushing already. Might be early for many, but I don't see the need for more nutrients when the plants are looking so nice, and I'm also satisfied with it, so now just water until the end. Curiously, the 2 shortest ones are showing signs og being ready very soon as you can see in the close up shots and video. I might give it another week and will chop them both around december 13/14 The remaining 3 ones... they're still work in progress, growing enormously big for my expectations, and filling up the empty spaces with sweet, fruity and tropical aromas in the room. Damn it smells nice when you open that grow room. So yeah, basically now she's just finishing up, drinking water at 6.3 to 6.5PH max, 28 to 38ppm, the temps are good, 18 with lights off, 27 lights on... The only 'issue' this week it turning the plants a bit because they're bending with the weight. Besides that, all good. This happy grower is done for this week, let's see what week 13 will bring us. Sorry all its been busy on my end,getting my first outdoor grow in over 20 years going, and it's a whopper of a harvest if all goes well. Now back to the Dos si Dos, she's getting so frosty and really fattening up nicely. These two clones are the last of my monster cropper's I have. It's hard to imagine that these two lovely specimens were clones taken at week 5 of flower and reverted back to veg. I do know now that if I would've waited another couple weeks before flowering these two monster clones I would have ended up with substantially more bud sites. I have heard that monster cropping produces plants that are far more bushier and are perfect candidate's for the S.C.R.O.G technique of plant training. I do have to say that this genetic from Barney's Farm has earned a spot in my lineup indefinitely do to it stability and he's a growing, super fast flowering I'm just an exquisite taste.

All right here we are guys Midway through week 3 of flower and she should have more production but due to the extreme training and the amount of Bud sites there's a lot of energy being distributed between so many areas that I don't think I'm going to be left with many huge buds but as I mentioned before many thumb size which is fine by me as long as the nugs are tight and smoke as good as I can hope for.. strawberry cough has been one of those elusive strains for me for one I never thought I'd ever even be able to grow cannabis let alone grow the strain that I've been wanting to grow since I was 14 and I'm 38 now going on 39... Long story short this has been a long time coming and so now I'm only a month and a half or so away from it becoming a reality is really awesome... **** Week 13 growth - February 27 to March 5, 2021 - Week 4 Flower ***** These girls are looking a little more different as we get further in flower. Pheno 1 is starting to swell more this week and here leaves are a nice rich green colour. Pheno 2 on the other hand has lighter leaf colour but is reacting less favourable to the amount of nitrogen and clawing down at the end of the week. It could be that she is also reacting worse to the increased light intensity this week. The frost production on Pheno 1 is also coming out more now. These two girls seems a little more reactionary to nutrient levels. Light intensity increased this week. Pushed up to 525 watts and then to 550 watts at the end of the week. This got the a little hot by the end of the week though. Working with a new light and finding the sweet spots takes a run or two. Learning how the girls grow anyway so the whole run is a lot of learning......its all good😀 Nutrients were pushed a little at the end of last week and the start of this week so backing off a bit more again. Given that they were pushed with light intensity they started showing some signs of nutrient issues. It’s good though as there is reaction time and back off to plain water feed for a couple of days at the end of the week and into week 5. Week 5 is going to be the start of the last stage of flower feed and work with that for two weeks, then stop feeding at the end of week 6........the plan so far anyway. Little more detail....... Feb 27/21 - Day 22 - big feed day - all IPP line plus silica @ 1ml, CalMag @ 1ml, Rezin @ 1.5ml, enzymes @ 1.5ml - 1650ppm and 6.1pH - 4L Feb 28/21 - Day23 - Microbe day but also added some CalMag - Natures Candy @ 1.5ml, Recharge @ 1/2 tsp/gal, Magnifical @ 1.5ml, Micro @ 1ml, Bloom 1.5ml, Terpinator @ 2ml - 950 ppm and 6.0pH - 3L - leaf colour almost looks light today. Mar 1/21 - Day 24 - dry out day. Mar 2/21 - Day 25 - plain water - 300ppm and 6.1 ph - 4L - light power pushed up to 550 watts today. - (too much from 16” to 20”........note!!) Mar 3/21 - Day 26 - plain water with two suppliiments - Terpinator @ 3ml, Rezin @ 2ml. - 525ppm & 6.0pH - 4L - stripped some leaves today......sticky in the middle😃😃👍👍 Mar 4/21 - Day 27 - no water added today - light power reduced today 450 watts. - been going too hard with intensity. Seeing leaf curl on other girls in the tent. - joys of diagnosing cannabis😂 - starting with backing off light and reduce ppm going in but not the ml👍 Mar 5/21 - Day 28 - hit with microbes again to help with stresses. - recharge @ 1 tsp/gal, Nature’s Candy @ 1.5ml - 375ppm and 6.0pH - 3L Moving right along we are through 4 weeks now and moving past the middle of flower.

This week i need to change the reservoir again, the plants drink solution just as I add fresh water the EC stays at 2.7 and i need to add PK and Calmag so that's why. The weather outside is very cold this whole week around -18 degree Celsius at night...this made my reservoir water go under 15 degree Celsius. Has been a very big week in the Rando clone tent . Massive amounts of growth going on here and already getting trichomeson all the leaves . This is the same strain as my gifted plant diary. I am doing things a bit different and so far it's working . Lots of size increase on the buds and this plant is finally getting a bit of smell to it . These 4 plants I believe are way healthier that my big plant ever was and its already showing in the flower development. I dropped the nutrients to a 1/3 of the charts and haven't got any nutrient burns on the upper bud leaves . I think I hit this plants sweet spot and that's 750 to 800 ppm . Anyways they tripled in size this week so I am expecting some big things from this tent . Keep watching its just going to get better lol.

I thought my seed was done for after the casing fell off, but I observed and noticed the leafs came out first then the root. Was told when this happens its fine, just place immediately into growing choice for next stage. I love plants, I'm enjoying the process already.

🌱 Day 57 - Start of the Second-to-Last Flowering Week 🌱 Hello, Grow Friends! Today marks the start of the second-to-last flowering week—Week 9 overall, and Week 5 of flowering. 🌿 I’m getting more and more excited as my first grow nears its end. As I approach harvest, I’ve decided, based on my research, to stop feeding nutrients and stick to just pH-adjusted water for the final two weeks. 💧⚖️ Watering Routine: I’ll keep the same watering schedule—1 liter every two days, which is about 10% of the pot volume. 🌱💧 This should be enough to flush out the remaining nutrients, ensuring a clean finish for the plant. Temperature & Humidity: The temperature remains stable between 19-23°C, which I believe is ideal for this stage of the grow. 🌡️🍂 No more high temperatures to worry about! The humidity is fluctuating between 45-58%, and I’m keeping a close eye on it to stay below 60%. 💧🔍 Everything seems on track for now. 🌿 Plant Health & Growth: The plant still looks very healthy overall. 🌱💪 However, I’ve noticed that in the past three days, there haven’t been any visible changes in the size of the buds. 🤔 It could just be that I’m not seeing the growth clearly, but the only noticeable change is the daily opening of new flower calyxes. 🌸 Harvest Preparation: I’m already getting my equipment ready for drying after harvest. 🛠️ Once it’s time to cut, I’ll be hanging the plant to dry for the first 10 days. 🌿✂️ I want to make sure everything is set for a smooth drying process. Due to the trichome pictures I took on Day 61—which you can check out too—I’ve made an unexpected decision to harvest my plant a bit earlier than planned and make some changes. 🌿 Watering and Flushing: The last time I watered was on Day 61, using all the usual nutrients at the doses I mentioned before. But after seeing the trichome pictures, I decided to start a light flush today. I gave the plant 4 liters of plain water to begin flushing and will now only water lightly on Day 64. After that, no more water until harvest on Day 67. 🌑 Dark Period: From Day 66 to Day 67, I plan to keep the plant in darkness. I’m not entirely sure if this will make a difference, but I’m curious to try it out. ✂️ Defoliation: The plant is doing well, and I’ve done a thorough defoliation. I removed all leaves that aren’t sugar leaves or directly attached to the buds to improve air circulation and reduce the risk of mold as I approach the end of the grow. 💭 Trimming Decisions: I’m still undecided about whether to do a wet trim or a dry trim. Based on what I’ve read, especially regarding the yield from trim, I’m leaning towards dry trimming, as it might give me more usable trim material. I can feel the plant entering its final phase, and I’m getting really excited about the results and what the next few days will bring. Remember, I post a video update every day.
