Welcome to my Gorilla cookies fem diary from pure instinto. Was an okay week. Uppotted this lady. Some of my fems took a little of an unwanted stretch as I had my light too far away as I I had taller plants cooking and well, they wanted more light. So they took to a bit of unwanted growing upwards. So, while still young I got her down a little deeper. And hopefully she'll put in a good week of growth and we'll be off. Veg Days 8-14. She's growing super. Was slow out the gate put is starting to take off. She has a lovely shape. And really nice color. Been going slow on the nutrient feed. Once every 3 days with a low 250ppm.grow feed + 110ppm ambient tap =360 ppm total..uppoted her has seemed to help her a lot. So glad I got this one done. Hopefully will be able to get the rest done after I have my autos done Thanks to my sponsors from pure instinto. For the moment I'm just using my p1000 as my SP3000 is working hard at 100% for my flowering girls. She'll be moved up as and when she needs the extra light.

Welcome to my Gorilla Cookies from this new breeder. Pure Instinto. Veg Days 15:21 Had a good week. Am going to take a look at how the nodes are doing any this week. She's been vegging for 3 weeks. So if I don't see good growth on the nodes. I'll take to it with defoliation and a possible top, (not done within the same day, with the space of a week.) Topped above the 5th node. Doing well. She's doing really well though. Has a lovely shape. Can't wait to get her sisters out of them 1.7 pots. They can't breath and grow. I've just no room and I'm juggling 4 plants in and out of tents and into rooms as it is at different times. As they fems so, I've learned they need more so to be on a regular lights on/off programme as otherwise it can cause issues down the road. (Like nanners and so on) there's other stuff also. But I haven't read about it yet. This I already new, but the things that you can do. To really improve grow guys its a must read. I'll veg this for about 6 weeks. Then I'll be using my far red (IR/UV45) from mars hydro to induce them to sleep quicker. So they can have 13.5hrs on and 10.40 + .10mins of just the far red on to change the photochrome to make your plants sleep from 2hrs to 5 mins This is a far Red and explains it. But get the mars hydro IR/UV45 as you'll have the benefit of the UV light for enhanced resin. You can use them both together during lights on or separately, the far red can also help you stretch out a bushy plant if that's what you want. The bars from mars hydro can easily do a 5x5 if placed well enough. It doesn't take a lot guys to change the photochrome (time in which it takes a plant to sleep from 2hrs to 5 mins increasing your flowering time and makes the flip at least 2/3rds quicker. Welcome to my Gorilla Cookies Diary, sponsored by Pure Instinto. Veg Days 22-28 She's plodding along nicely. Really healthy happy. Few more weeks of this and she be put to the flip. Topped her last week. And removed a few big fan leafs this week. She's still under my P1000, as my SP 3000 is running full tilt. When I'm ready to flip. I'll be moving all my fems that should be very to flip in 3-5 weeks. Thinking I'll pull out my FC 3000 as it'll be much easier to cover the 100cm2 coverage. Aswel as my UV lights I'll be applying my IR to induce my fems to sleep quicker and will allow to give them a 13.5hr flowering window and 10.2 off. Aswel applying new techniques I've learnt about defoliation I'm hoping for nice fat long colas as opposed to fat buds. Thanks to my sponsors from Pure Instinto, (rep) who I dealt with. Welcome to my Gorilla Cookies Diary from Pure Instinto. Weeks 5&6 Days 29-42. Didn't have a flying start. She was the 1st I popped in. The others are a few days to a week off from they were put in. As I've all my plants aimed to be done 1 by 1. Maybe 2 at a time. As they all smoke. That, and I can only flower so many plants at a time. So, when 1 gets pult I've room to flip 2. And this 1 and mataro blue have gone into flip. At the end of Wk 5 she got lst'ed and then hard defol. Left what leafs needed to be left. So they could grow the shoots out some. Gave her Artios Touch for any possible stress from her hard defoliation. Wk 6 let them shoots grow to a point where the nodes could have enough leafs so they could take all the energy the fan leaf would of taken, so done another light defoliation. She's in the flip tent now. On day 39 she was given. 5-1 L of water for the last 3 days to get her prepped for bloom nutrients. Weeks 0-6 This lady didn't really have any issues at all. Bit of slow growth at the start. But, she picked up. And has a lovely shape. Done some nice LST work. So, should get some nice shape to her. As most of my grows went without any LST. Or generally I do it in pre flower. And then defoloate. But, this 1 had light hitting on the right leafs. Has made for a very nice shaped plant. She'll be going under my Mars Hydro SP 3000 + UV/IR 45. That will enable me to flip her using a 13.4 hr light with 10.25 hrs of darkness. The IR gets turned on after lights out for 10m and then dark rest for 10hrs25mins. And then she gets 13hrs20mins off light. Which goes up to 14hrs flowering for the flowering stage. Days 43-47 Threw her into my 100cm2 under my SP 3000 + by using my IR/UV45 im able to flip my girls with 13.5hrs of lights on and 10.20hrs of darkness, making for a quicker flip. Done some late defoliation, just as she was pushing her last veg prepping herself for the flip. Flip days 0-4... she's flipping fast. Loving the IR 730-745nm.. Just coming into pre F, another day or so. Thanks to my sponsors from Pure instinto and Mars Hydro led lights/tents. The IR/UV45 is a must buy. If you grow fems. You all know any extra DLI you can give and the flipping time is 50% faster.. the IR 730nm puts your fems to sleep in 5m instead of 2hrs therefore giving you extra flowering time. As all your plant needs is 10hrs of sleep, and normally it takes 2hrs for pfr to go to pr thats phoyochrome. There sleep process needed for flipping. Very versatile. I'm using it with my SP 3000. You need 1.08m of W.

Welcome to my Gorilla Cookies Diary sponsored by Pure Instinto. Pre Flower Days 0-6. Days 49-56 Plant has responded well to my UV/IR 45 from mars hydro. Been able to increase the DLI. "By using my IR 730nm "Far Red" to increase my flowering time to 13.5 hrs in pre flower and that'll be then pushed to 14hrs for fattening. And then coming back to an 11-13 for ripening phase. Last 2 weeks. Only took her a wk to flip. Colas are not as tight as I'd of liked. But, hey. It's still a whole new technique. And it's hard to regulate my temp during winter. So, all in all. Its working okay. Happy with overall health. Have applied a light 3-400ppm of Short Flowering from GHF started late into last wk. As I was letting her finish the feed from last wk and got her through her pre flower waiting period. Maybe I'll start to apply something from Terra Power to help with the process. I'm still up in the air about it as they've clashed with my other plant really bad, GHF & TP. Don't play together well. So tbd. Nice and healthy. Have been trying a new method i read up about on here. Pushing the plant to dip into its own resources and pushes it to stretch it buds. Have left it a bit too much at times. Welcome to my Gorilla Cookies Diary sponsored by Pure Instinto & Mars-Hydro. Flower Days 25-37 Days 71-83 wks 11-12 Plant is getting nice and fat. Buds are started to swell real nice. Still a about a week to go before she enters Ripening. Trichomes are 60-40 cloudy/clear. Ambers about 15%. Has been nice watching her develop into a lovely little plant. She is little, at just 53cm, she grew very little in her stretch, as did all of my fems. 1 grew 5cm in her whole pre flower, a dom sativa too. But, back to this girl. She has a lovely structure with a sweet smell, her buds pop with bright orange pistils, she still has a good bit of stumble, so, I reckon she's got about a week left in putting on mass. Diet/Defoliation She was on a healthy but low dose of feed never exceeding 650ppm with both Short Flowering and PK booster powder from Green House Feeding. I've decided to drop their booster for 3 of Atamis finishers with a touch of Plagron Zym & Silic Rock the Finishers ppm falls inthe range of 350-430ppm and then I add short flowering to give a boost for N, which brings the ppm up to 550-600 & PHs of 5.9-6.2, I've ordered Raw NPK & Micro nutrients to have more control over my feeds. For terpine/taste profile I went with the best product on the market, Terpinator "The OG" feeds off this are very high I feel, 380-410ppm PH 6.1. Very light defoliation has been done, as she really had already a low leaf-calyx ratio. So, I'm happy overall with her progress, all a little slow, but, she's getting there. I reckon 9 weeks total in Flowering but, as soon as I see 90-95% cloudy she'll be harvested. I won't be waiting for her to turn mostly amber. (As the weed degradation kicks in) I've been learning bit and extras with every grow, and they just keep getting better and better, the quality of her look already speaks to my improvements. Still a long way to go. But, I feel I for sure can reach beyond Dispen weed you get from a store, or local dealer. Lights: SP 3000 & IR/UV45 are been used to great affect this round, they're doing 8 plants in a 50x100cm2 space as opposed to the 11 I did in a space of 100cm2. Can already see much improvement in the bud. Glad I decided to retry this light in its more desirable coverage conditions. The IR/UV45 has stepped up my game so much, I really can't praise this product enough. (IF YOU'RE GROWING FEMS, AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF DLI, and don't implement this "1-2hrs extra flowering for all fems, without risk of reveg" then, well you really are behind in the times. And, its not as if its a new concept, Far Reds have been used by knowledgeable growers for decades to increase the flowering time and therefore your DLI. The UV-A is a really nice addition also. My bud as at least gotten 50-70% more resin, and on the Trich front, just look for yourself at my last harvests. Thanks to both my sponsors from MarsHydro & Pure Instinto. Then vaped, smoked and put back in the jar for 4-8 more weeks. (SADLY, I DELETED THE PICS LAST NIGHT. AFTER UPLOADING TO A NEW 3 WK, WK, AND PAUSED IT. CAME BACK LATR AND STARTED UPDATE ON ANOTHER, WIPING AWAY 3 WKS OF PICS...GRRRRRR Roughly 105-110 days. 55-60 Days in flower. WEEKS 13-14-15 Days was harvested. Noticed a lot of dead leafs in-between the buds. Pult it back to start pulling it out. And was covered in fuzz. The Pure Zym had started degrading the dead leafs that she threw off last wk when she turned yellow. And, the smell she look of rot. So, had to go thru everything. In total 3 of the biggest buds had to be stripped, opened and cut out the rot. (Thankfully I know what to look for) so, 98-99% of it was fine. Just 3 big ass buds,,(semi colas) so so dense. And yeah. I was running her in co2 with 70+ RH with temps pushing 30c but, even in her last week of fattening she took to co2 so a bat outta hell. HARVESTED METHODS Pult and was checking her trichomes. 90-95% cloudy. And was pulling dead leafs and noticed fuzz. Harvested ASAP. She was already on water for a wk. So I stripped, checked, cleaned out the dead leaves, and de-stemed and hung on my 8 tier net Drier. Was amazed when going through her bud, removing dead leaf after dead leaf from within the buds,( BTW, was very satisfying. Was like I was 15 again in wood class pulling wood glue from my hand while the teacher driveled on. 'Memories) anyways, I digress. So, she's hung, far from ideal temperature. 21.5-19c. So, she'll dry fast. Thankfully she was heavily fed on water all week. I did flush the soil to check the ppm was 290 bit higher than I'd like. Its why I soft flush for 10-14 days. But, I panicked. And stripped her. Delighted I lost very little. Video above to what I cut out, and some of the buds. So dense Lights SP/FC 3000 SP 3000 was used from start to 2/3rds thru fattening phase. Had fun growing this girl was a blast. Real user friendly. Top strain for anyone that gives very potent bud. Was a real pleasure. Out of my 40 or so strains I've harvested. This is up there in my top 5. Possibly will even go up after a cure. The drying Period was well out of desired levels. 21.5-19c (had to keep my RH at 65 in drying to try prolong). Also didn't help I had to crack the big ass buds to check for rot, sped the process up to 4.5 days drying. Usually my bud takes 10-17 days to dry. Smoke Review without cure Really lovely bud, very sweet with hints of chocolate. Been told it takes like chocolate cookies. 3-5 could taste chocolate. I can just get a musky/earthy smell/taste but I've been told it's there. Hints of pineapples and melon that is very sweet and dank. Tastes very smooth very stoney. And uplifting that quickly turns into a strong head high that sticks you to your sofa. Defo worth the 110 or so Days it took to grow. EDIT 2 Days curing & a lemony citrus hint is starting to roll in. Still not getting any choc, to me it's more of an earthy woody musk. Also still there is the other scent, more smelling like a BG on the grind.
