The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. Very happy with how this lady has performed, amazing quality buds, very sticky and dense flower with a concrete smell that I love so much, which is that kind of fruity sweet flavor that this lady is able to produce, it's been a beautiful journey, I'm gonna enjoy a lot this flowers. Very recomended guys!

Monday 29th!!! So this diary is again late and only allowed too add a few images which are mix match, How upsetting 👎 annoying at the least... I've been trying since repotting these girls on monday too upload yet constantly saying resizing photo no matter which folder I upload from so I appolagize. You see her stretch? You see her reaching for sun? Damn she is already beautiful...All four of them. Not 1 is lacking in growth or showing signs of struggle. Maybe I'm not doing it right. June 29: looking good at the start of a new week. Hot again and risk of thunderstorms so the plants are up against the house tonight. Plant has reached lowest of three rungs on the tomato cage and I’m trying to get a few colas to go around on the outside. July 1: Happy Canada Day. Warm again today with a risk of thunderstorms. July 2: cool today (about 12 C high) so watered with 27 C water in morning to help keep things growing. Also topped fourth time to make the 16 cola manifold. This is the best way to shape photoperiod plants…all the work is up front and it produces nice uniform buds that are easy to process during harvest. Two stems on the piece that broke are healthy but smaller than the others. Should even out with time. Watered with full nutrient mix. July 5: looks good. I was gone for a couple of days after the last round of topping and just noticed today that I had done seven and had missed one which has now been dealt with.

Again, a week has passed. I repotted the plants into their final 15L/4 gallons shoes with Plagron All-Mix. Plants are looking fine, not perfect, but okay. It feels like they are a bit overwatered and/or very slightly overfed because of the All-Mix. For now, I reduce the watering by 50%. Furthermore, I did a FIM on another Jack Herer (#3). The first FIM I did on JH#1 is looking to work out perfectly, as I can see the development of four new stems (check out the pictures). Great! The SP 3000's intensity was increased to full power, it's very bright. I am happy with the quality of the light. It does what it was built for and does it very well. Temperature and humidity stats are looking perfectly so far. I hope it stays like that, the days are getting warmer as summer comes our way. But my ventilation is currently running on intensity level 1/5, so we still have some room for maneuver. In addition, I will get a second oscillating clipfan soon. Next week I plan to FIM plants that have not been FIMed yet and let them recover. By then, most of the stress for the plants should be over and I can let them grow in peace. Stay tuned!

Bulking up

Day 63 : These girls are continuing their quest for glory and still popping pistils. #1 In her organic soil looks the most potent up close and her main stem is so fat now. I tried to reposition it a little and lost the battle as it could arm wrestle a Gorilla !!. I amended her pot today with some charge(200ml/10L) in her water along with the other LOS girls and a top dress with "life cycle" (30ml) . I think another week at least for her so she could use the boosts. #2 Is also looking potent and smells amazing like her sister up close. she is a very thirsty girl and uses all her nutes within a day to a lighter pot slightly every feed. She has been fed with just the shogun sumo boost (20ml) , dragon force (40ml) to 10L water to compare with her MC fed sister. her height is held down with lst but if I grew this strain again , I would not train it flat but manage it as natural as possible. #3 is the reason I say this. As she had looked a little different in size and colour , I allowed her to grow untrained. She is still completely different to the others but from talking to a member here , there are about 9 different ones. wow. She smells identical but her buds look so different to her sisters from different Misters. She is being fed with Mc (10g) , sumo boost (10ml), pk warrior (6ml) , calmag(10ml) and silica (10ml) to 10L water. She is loving life and packing her weight on now. i think she may finish a bit after her step-sisters but I expect a few more weeks possibly. Keep it green Growmies

the strain is really strong , low temperatures resist , 3 weeks around 12/16º graus and steell growing wel nice new colos between week 4/6 in flowering. really good strain to manipulate! 5 stars * * * * *

Still no sign of flowering. Transplanted Novarine plant 2 into a 50-liters container. The spot is under a big shorea plant. Shorea is a South East Asian medicinal tree. This is minimum light spot in my yard. Hope she would flower. I choose plant 2 because I think plant 1 will stretch even further. Plant 1 was also moved to a shaded spot under an tree jasmin. This Millingtonia, Indian cork tree. I have sweet flowers all year round. People told me that dried tree jasmine flower mixed well with weed and is good for people with ashma and sinus. Kind of useless since why would asthmatic people even smoke? Plant 3 is my back up until I come up with a way to put her into flowers. Clone are doing nicely. And I am growing 3 clones from plant 1 and only one clone from plant 2. I’ll be donating the rest to friends with weight and blood sugar issues. By year end, I probable keep only one or two clones. One clone from bigger branch is growing just fine without any benefit form lighted grow box. Feeding plants with mid-level dose of cow manure tea and earth worm casting tea to keep leaves healthy. They should have been given a light dose of fertilizer. However, the flowering purslane are also eating and feeding soil microbes. Got my paws on triancontanol and brassinolide. Perhaps these will jolt Novarine THCV into flowering. Triacontanol won't dissolve in neither water nor alcohol. And it is emulsified with polysobate. Mixing of Triacontanol Triacontanol does not dissolve in polysorbate. It is rather emulsified. Means that it need to be melt and there need to be water added. My steps, 1) heated 70 grams of polysorbate in a big heat resistance glass cup. I used a beaker. Mix in 5 grams of triacontanol. And it does not melt. 2) Put in 100 cc of water and put in microwave. After the mix is boiled, triacontanol melt. There is foam. So a bigger cup and a spillage plate would prevent problem with my better half. 3) After heated, the mix is better. Then I added hot water from to make total 250 CC of solution. Then, the mix is clear. 4) Label the dose with pencil. This works better than labeling with ink. I use 5 cc at a time for my entire garden. 250 CC would last me 50 doses. No need to buy so much. This is cheap. Let’s see next week how effective they are.

These girls seem to love abuse.. on a side note, one plant is throwing dense little nugs on fan leaves (video). Loving the smell in the tent😁

Enough with bushes would be title of this week. As 3x I went with LST and defol. The plants are now pretty strong so the lst goes well. Just have to be carefull as it could snap. The perfect method I think would be scrog however. Because they are so bushy and I dont have enough space to tie them down properly. Still cant get clear with how much nutes I need to give. 2 of ny plants just go wild with the leafs . The dots in video happened overnight. Since I cut off the lowest leafes which were half yellow brown dotted. Buds are starting to form pretty good. I suppose 🤷‍♂️🏻😄 as this is the first time I have no idea. Main worrie is that I dont get a bunch of popcorn nugs . So will see. Next week looks pretty much the same. Maybe will figure out something about the net though.

Plants reacted well to LST saw some awesome growth. They are branching out well, expecting flowering to start in the next 2 weeks. Haven’t defoliated yet trying to let em grow as much is they can without stressing her out too much

D60. I'm back again after being out of town for six days. The tent was packed when I opened it! The girls had stretched more, and a couple of leaves were even touching the lights and had gotten burnt. They are now 125 cm tall. That's five times the height they were when I flipped to flower. Five times!!! I have never had a strain stretch this much, and I hope they are done now since there's no more room in the tent. I removed the fan and carbon filer and placed them outside the tent. It looks a bit stupid and is far from stealthy, but what to do? I moved up the lights as far as possible, but I will probably switch the lights with the one I have in my autotent. That light has a much lower profile, so raising it even further is possible. Should that not be enough, I will have to cut off some tops, but I hope it doesn't come to that. The first girl already has dark purple flowers, while the second looks more green with some purple. ------------------------------ D61. I opened the tent today, only to find that the second girl had stretched another 2 cm overnight! This is getting ridiculous, and I hope they stop soon. I super-cropped the tallest top, hoping it would slow down the stretch. A few hours later, she had already recovered. These genetics are nuts! In other news, my girlfriend found spider mites on her papaya plants that are in the same room as my tents. We immediately removed the plants from the room, and I started to scout my plants for an infestation. The good news is that I didn't find any spider mites. However, the bad news is that I found thrips on the lower leaves of the second girl. Ugh! I had thrips last grow season, and I guess some survived. The thrips were only on the lower part of the plant, so I defoliated the girls by removing a bunch of leaves and tiny branches down low and immediately threw them out of the apartment. Thrips don't like it humid, and since the buds are still tiny, I don't need to worry about botrytis yet, so I cranked up the humidity into the high 70s to low 80s. Finally, I ordered a bunch of lacewing larvae that will get here next week. They should eat the thrips and any spider mites that I might not have been able to find. ------------------------------ D63. The girls have slowed their stretch, BUT they are still stretching somewhat. I freaked out when I opened the tent today and saw they were taller, so I attacked them immediately and super-cropped the highest tops. I will switch out the lights next week, gaining me another few centimeters, which I hope will be enough. The VPD in the tent is way off, but I'm more interested in figuring out the light and getting rid of the thrips. Finally, I watered each girl with 2.5 liters of water L pH 6.1, with 10 ml humic acid and 5 ml Fermented Fruit Juice I made a few months ago. ------------------------------

Both plants are producing an abundance of tricome, they are also starting to swell. Nose is very pungent, not strains you want to grow if you are looking to be low key.
