01-11-2021: Good afternoon everyone... here we are again. My Bruce Banger will be ready in a week so I thought... I can probably germinate some seeds. I still have a lot of them (thanks to zamnesia) Every now and then I also post a report on Growdiaries and since you can only enter a competition there by using only one Strain I decided to put a round of Wedding Cake. I wanted to grow this variety when I still got my seeds from seedstockers, but found it too expensive at the time. Now I had two fish vouchers from zamnesia, each one good for 5 Wedding Cake Auto seeds. I didn't really like AFs per se (although I enjoy the result every day) so I called them and asked if I couldn't get Photos instead of Autoflowers... That was no problem at all, so I now have 10 have seeds. I have not yet found a method of germination on Hydro that works well for me, so we're going to do it in the most reliable way for me... old-fashioned in Cocos plugs. I let it fill itself with acidified (PH5.9) water and then provided each plug with a seed. I now put this under a 60W purple LED lamp that I still had from my very first cultivation attempt. Once they are up (I'm guessing/hope with a week) these will go into my budget system to grow there under 480W LM301H panels for a few weeks but with only 12 hours of light. The idea is to move these to the large closet as soon as they are about 4 weeks old, but that is not necessarily a requirement because you can also remove the lamps from that loft and move them to this room. That depends a bit on the size. What I'm going to test this round is how good/bad 12/12 from seed is doing in Hydro. Since most feeding schedules with hydro assume that you only pre-grow 1 week, I thought I might as well rule out that one week. In addition, from the moment the roots emerge from under the net pots, I want to increase the EC to 1.5 fairly quickly. I like small stocky plants without having to scrog. Maybe I'll top and maybe even mainline, but that depends entirely on the development of the ladies. In any case, there will be no feeding computer for the first few weeks (a bluelab Guardian) and as growth food they are given Hy-Pro Hydro A/B with Calmag (4-4-1 ratio). I expect very low temperatures in space so it won't be a banger. I have the impression that a correct root temperature compensates to some extent. I'm still looking for a way to transport the ladies in the right way (or I have to find a way to be able to use the same net pots in both systems). But that is of later concern. Since I only have 1 pre-growth room and 1 flowering room, I will put these ladies in a kitchen cupboard for the next week. The Bruce Banger goes on Sunday and then I can put them in there. The idea is to continue breeding on 12/12 from now on. After six weeks, new seeds will always germinate and no more than 5 at a time. I now make a round with originally 15 ladies, 3 of them were left behind in such a way that I took them out (to prevent rot) with the probable cause of too little light. 5 Planting will probably yield a little less, but hey, I can't finish it otherwise. And now my friends are very happy with my clearing days but of course that is not what I grow for. In addition, it also hurts a bit to give away 3-4 ounces after so many months of work. Hello to my grower family, friends and visitors 👋 This week only minor work was performed on the Blue Cheese becouse i was busy defoliating and chopping the Killer Kush girls and any free time was spent there. On 22.IX. i added another layer of clay pebbles under the cheese grater, the reason was ( you can see it on one of the photos) the roots started to come out of my makeshift pot. I was thinking maybe to do some hydro pot out of the cheese grater but time didn't allow me to do any more innovations to it. As you can see on the pictures and Video my Blue Cheese plant is a weird one. I never before had a plant like that it's a shame because of the Tiny Pot competition, but i heard from you my friends that plants like that happen to grow and flower nicely...If you had an experience with some similar plant like mine please share in comments. The super useful TS 1000 hanges at 28 cm. from the plants, with the power usage set on 70 Watts. And i can see the girls love it they both (this one and Amnesia) grown a lot this week. Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. The cal-mag issue has been handled and is growing strong. They are definitely producing some buds I hit them with a nasty defoliation trying to get humidity down and expose as much light to the nugs as possible. This will be the last time I hit them like this but will be still removing large fan leaves if they get in the way of bud sights. Hopefully lord willing everything will continue to go smoothly and we can get a good harvest.!! Happy growing and god bless.

Non mi aspettavo così tanti tricomi già da ora sinceramente, e neanche dei colori così belli! Una pianta veramente molto carina che mette l'acqualina in bocca solo a vederla, l'odore e di frutti di bosco con note molto molto dolci! Anche come struttura sembra molto salda, anche se a me piacciono molto gli internodi più distanziati ma comunque lei si comporta molto molto bene! Mi piace veramente tanto! Consiglio a tutti di coltivarla almeno una volta. Ringrazio tutti per essere passati da qui e per avermi strappato un mi piace!🌱🌈🍒💪🏼

its growing very well not much nutrients so far. there is another thing that i couldnt mention last week. its not legal to grow in my country. there was a police operation that aims people who buy growing equipment. i was lucky but i decided to move my tent to somewhere else and everything related to it. found an old guy who gave me a spare room to grow and i visit him everyday. its going nice.

I gave them a good wash slowly slowly took about 1 hour to give them 25 l each now u just give water and wait to flower fatten up

This tester strain from Mephisto is by far the sweetest smelling plant that I’ve ever grown. Honestly, I didn’t know marijuana could smell this way. I don’t think she’s going to yield much, but that is also because she wasn’t trained exactly how I wanted. I have two more seeds and will definitely pop another one my next round.
