Welcome to the Week 10 update for the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Auto’s. Not much to report as this grow is on cruise control until harvest. I will be finishing up with the bloom fertilizer and starting to flush as these lovely ladies finish out Week 10 and move into Week 11. Apple Fritter is growing good. I applied frest lst, and a defoliation. She is growing in a 5 gallon New Level Hydro bucket. Under a Spider Farmer SE5000 at 60 percent power right now. Has a nice root mass, and am looking forward to making a clone if space provides it in future. All the plants are beautiful but some are beautiful. This is the case of Red Hot Cookies, a young lady who stands out, stands out among the others and despite the 6.5 pot she is also growing and swelling well. But her strength is beauty for real, look at these flowers to believe. They are an intense red that goes towards purple which contrasts greatly with the truly wonderful white hairs. Also wonderful are the leaves that are tinged with the classic RHC color near the flower

Been feeding the nectar for the gods sample pack. Plus impello biologics inoculant. Experimenting with lst. Hasn't been topped or defoliated at all. Just tying down and tucking leaves. I cut my pot as well to allow more lower air circulation. There are 9 visible "tops" at the top of the canopy. And a couple more that are underneath. Day 32 and everything is looking good to me.

Late update (2days late) Awfull pics, but plant looks great and very healthy. It is very very big, 1.15m now I didnt measure lasy 2/weeks, but suddenly it looked so tall. Almost Halloweed Happy Halloweed

I topped this plant and did some LST. I accidentally broke a branch doing this but it shouldn’t have much effect on the plant at the end because it was done so early in veg. Shaping up to be a beauty

Harvest starts today on Day 56. 36 Hours of darkness begins now. Watered yesterday. Don't have time to upload/process photos, will do so later. For now just the one video of trichomes. You can also see an unwelcome guest at the beginning, although I'm not sure if it's a spider mite. Not taking any chances though, and the trichomes have begun to decay anyways, so harvest time it is. I'm kind of in shock about reaching this point in the grow 😨 Day 57 - Harvest early tomorrow :) Going to control the humidity to be about 55%. Day 58 - Harvest. And oh my god that smell. Is...Grape soda, which has been sweetened a little too much. It's overpowering when smelling it, but it doesn't get the room too smelly (also have decent ventilation though). I'll post harvest and effects later, after it has dried for a few days and then cured for a week or two. Yield won't be much I think, somewhere between 20-30 grams. Wet weight with stems is around 75.

Gorilla Jealousy F1 is doing good. She is finally going to her own spot in a few days. She will be switched to flowering, and get a solution change at that time. All the pest were eliminated in the grow room. She was on the other side of the room from where it started. I never seen signs on her, but had to treat to be sure nothing could hide in the room. She had some defoliation done today. She is looking ready to go. This thing is a monster for how young it is i can belive how it turned very happy with this company's first grow easy resistant smells good good tricome production with little to no feed just kept it simple no topping she's currently hanging in the grow room now 😊 gonna be a harvest week and thats it for this girl happy growing

Recovered well from the defoliation on day 21 of flower. Pretty much plain sailing from now on as stretch has stopped and only need a few heads and maybe remove the odd leaf.

Started some LST early in the week for the slightly older plant, then later in the week with the other two. I was going to let them go Christmas tree style, but I can tell already they will out stretch the others. Ended up just bending the top and tying with pant ties. This should promote some busier plants. Still figuring out the Correct Cronk Dosage, it’s pretty strong stuff, just trying to find the balance. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

58 days of flowering: I started cutting the most mature apicals 42/57. I will wait for the remaining 7-14 days. first 42: 370.5g

This was a brilliant week for plant growth, with some side branches over doubling their height. I added the ScrOG net at the beginning of the week and began some more intensive training. The LST only plants I pretty much just continued to bend. The topped & LST'd plants I removed some of the lower bud sites that were not getting any light. I also removed a few awkward fan leaves that could not be tucked away. The addition of the net has helped with this though, as keeping the canopy even is much easier with the support it gives. I also decided not to try any further cuts on the (half) mainlined auto's. My reasoning is that they have developed strong, independent colas already, so cutting for more would not see much gain. The plants had also begun to flower on the night I went to perform the second cut, and my growing experience tells me not to mess with flowering plants too much so here we are. I gave the plants one regular watering of 10L pH'd water, and a 20L nutrient mix using the ratios stated above. All volumes were split equally between the plants. The scrawny looking blue critical has perked up a heck of a lot, so the weakest looking plant is the LST only on GSC. ZThe strongest plants by far are the ones that have been topped and LST'd, closely followed by the mainlined ones. LST only is definitely great, but it is clearly lagging behind the other two techniques.
