Harvested the first plant and let her dry. Now I'm trying to cure the buds (updates about taste and effects soon). I let the second plant still grow for another week and gave her 2 days of darkness update soon... I'm really happy about the result of the first plant. Never thought I get so much gramm out of the first plant. Buds are really dense at the top and look really good. The strain could have a little bit more trichomes. But I'm not complaining, because it was easy to grow and I recommend this strain for every beginner, who want a stealth and easy to grow plant. I need to say, that after 2 weeks in flowering the plant isn't that stealth anymore 😅 so watch out what you doing. Update: Plant 2 is now harvested. Got 45 gramm out of her. I had to hang her in another room, where the airhumidity is lower than my actual growing room, because on a view spots she was wet and rotten (I .threw the affected buds away). I trimmed her wet. I have noticed on one branch she got a view bananas., which I didn't see during the grow :(. So she also had a view seeds... But I'm happy about the result :D For everyone who trys this strain --> good luck and happy growing.

Day 22: First day of LST. Braced the stem down low first in the opposite direction to what it was being bent to protect the roots from being torn. Bending the main stem down is the only bit of LST I done today. I’ll give it a few days to find shape and fill in its own gaps before going at any of the branches. Day 23: Just gave the main stem another little pull today to bend it down a bit further. Day 24: Moved the hook on the garden tie up one node on the main stem and pulled down further again. Also started pulling the branches into place and pinning down. Clipped off a few lower leaves. Day 25: Another bit of LST today. Gaps are filling themselves in nicely already. I started pulling the top of the main stem off to one side to fill the gap shown in the photo. Watered today as well with nutrients(1ml G, 1ml SR). Clipped off one more lower leaf. Day 26: I didn’t want to remove anymore leaves until next week but there were a few that were either getting in the way or really blocking off light so I removed 3 lower leaves and the one biggest leaf from near the top of the plant. Done another small bit of pulling and pinning. There are 4 branches that I’m waiting to get a bit longer before I pull them into position. Day 27: Watered today with nutrients (1ml SR, 2ml CM, 3ml G). Pulled the last few branches into place. There will still need to be some more adjustments over the next few days but it has its main shape now. There’s loads of signs of pre-flower but I think I’ll stay on the veg nutrients for another few feeds. Day 28: We moved from the veg space to the main grow space today, it’s the most beautiful thing me and Babydoll have ever seen. The human helped us move obviously. Turned the lights down to 80% for the first 12 hrs. We found some yellow spots on two leaves. Removed both leaves and posted a help question to Growdiares.

This was the last week for the Cookies Gelato. They've turned purple. Weather is not that great anymore, and I want to avoid more budrot, so I had to chop them down 😛

Muy buena genética, me quedé con el pheno 1, ya que tenía más resina y un mejor terp para mi gusto. Buen híbrido no te deja superaplacado y ofrece un efecto cerebral eufórico.

Day 35 - All still growing very strong, both plants that aren’t being mainlined are very short & bushy but have a lot of bud sights! At the end of last week, finally flower indicators started to show and these week it went more. Day 32: I sprayed them with Rhizotonic this week. This will be the last week for sprays. I don't like to spray my plants while having buds on it even thought it is organic. Always make sure you spray from below the leafs. They will uptake it better and also spray some above. With the lights off. Did some defoliation again and removed some lower internodes which will be crappy buds anyways. Made a video of my feeding bucket as well, in case some of you wonder how I feed all those plants manually. It is a pump with an gardenhose attached. Thats it for this week, Until next week!

W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 17-6 After 10 days of drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 End result #1: 37 Grams of dried buds. 35.84 Grams of dried trim and very small buds, into the freezer. I would describe pheno 1 as normal frosty, almost stone like buds, smells chemical with hints of dish soap (i really like it!) I cant describe the taste but it was very tasty out of the box, before the cure, very sad i only had 37 grams of it haha. End result #2: Around 70 grams of dried buds. 43.23 Grams of dried trim and small buds, into the freezer for bubble hash. I would describe pheno 2 as very frosty buds, little bit fluffy, smells very gassy, with a nice sour taste after curing a couple of months. Very interesting strain, i will definitely grow it again! I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! Básicamente lo mismo, aunque está semana pilló bastante más horas de luz(tuve que irme fuera de casa dos findes seguidos, en los cuales la dejé con la luz encendida full 24/7 en la caja) Como experiencia utilicé café reposado 48h para "alimentarla" e intentar bajar el Ph de la tierra (coco ph6+hummus ph7+vermiculita ph8= ph total 7) El otro experimento fue cubrir la tierra con coco para que el tallo eche raíces y aprovechar su espigamento! Las horas de luz solía dejarla 8h en bombilla mientras duermo, y el día la pongo en la ventana a que tome el fresco, pero apenas tiene luz directa, me da la sensación que crece más rapido cuando vuelvo del finde, estoy replanteandome tenerla más tiempo en la caja con luz, porque la veo aún pequeña, y quizá ponerle un ventilador de pc o algo🤔..veremos, aún tengo el papel de aluminio al lado de la caja y ni se lo he puesto, con eso os lo digo todo☝️🎃

Sep 7: what a great plant. Totally love how it’s going. Flowers keep getting fatter and heavier and she’ll be done before the end of September. Sep 8: there a tree root sticking up a bit in my yard which means the plant can be tilted toward the late afternoon sun. This is helpful because the sun is getting really low to the horizon already and we’re down to 13 h of daylight. Plus now direct sun is done in my yard by about 6 pm. Indirect light is okay but you really want direct sun at all times. Videos shows use of 730 nm far red light at dusk. Just a few seconds is all it takes to set the plant into dark mode two hours faster. It’s a bloom booster because you get two bonus hours of darkness or a 26 h day. Very effective but don’t miss a night and you have to adjust the timing each night. When starting this on July 20 Civil Twilight, as listed on timeanddate.com for my location, was at 9:45 and today it was at 8:40 pm. The red light at dusk is a highly recommended trick if you have daily access to your outdoor plants. Also works indoors, of course, and on autos too. Also I think it helps ‘stabilize’ the plant by emphatically putting it into dark mode, and therefore less susceptible to stray light to cause a hermie. Have not had hermie problems in four seasons of using the red light so that is my only ‘proof’ but it is true so far, even with taking flash pics before using the red light. Sep 9: getting heavier and now more branches are weighed down and slumping against the scrog net. Nice problem to have, I know, and without the scrog net some of the branches would be breaking off now. She’s now officially too big and too top heavy to keep moving around the yard in pursuit of direct sun. Sun is much lower to horizon now and direct sun hours are dropping too. Sep 10: getting close to done and getting very top heavy. Awesome. Sep 12: raining today. Has been cool last few nights and some purple colour is just starting to show. I don’t want to overdo fertilizer near the end, but I decided she is showing K deficiency. I’m out of malted barley but I still have potassium silicate, so I used that and some cal-mag. I’m avoiding kelp and molasses or using more P at this late stage because that can make the dried bud hard to burn and that really sucks. So, potassium silicate and cal-mag it is. The potassium silicate raises the pH and it takes about the same volume of vinegar to get the pH down. A good does of acetate is likely good for the bugs in the soil too. Then a squirt of Dr Bronners soap as a surfactant and that also supplies some biodegradable carbon for the bugs in the soil. Seems to work overall and is cheap. Muy buenas amigos!!! Como veis, vamos a comenzar el seguimiento de la Gelato Auto de Fastbuds. Nunca hemos cultivado autos y esperemos que nuestra primera experiencia sea aceptable para realizar un buen testeo. Según lo que tengo entendido, este banco tiene una de las genéticas más potentes dentro del mundo de la auto. En nuestro caso hemos elegido Gelato porque es una variedad que nunca hemos probado y nos llama mucho la atención, además de ser una de las variedades más potentes de este banco. En primer lugar, hemos colocamos una servilleta de papel de cocina húmeda en un tupper y hemos puesto las semas encima, con sus respectivas etiquetas para identificarlas, centrándonos en la Gelato (el papel debe estar siempre húmedo pero no llegar a encharcarse). Luego ya podemos colocarle otra capa de papel húmedo por encima de las semas para que mantenga mejor la temperatura y la humedad. Cuando tenemos las semas recubiertas del papel y colocadas en el tupper podemos cerrar este y dejarlo en un sitio con una temperatura entre 20 y 26 grados y a oscuras. A los tres días han germinado todas las semas perfectamente y confirmamos la efectividad de este banco 6/6. Aunque nosotros nos vamos a centrar como habíamos dicho en la Gelato. Decir que solamente nos hemos encargado de mantener el papel húmedo pulverizando cuando era necesario, y de colocar el tupper en un sitio cálido en total oscuridad. De lo demás se ha encargado el método del papel que nunca falla y la calidad de la genética... El último paso de esta semana lo hemos finalizado con el trasplante de las semas a los jiffys. Hay que tener mucho cuidado a la hora de manipular las semas, intentad tocar lo menos posible la radícula o raíz, ya que estas son muy delicadas y pueden coger cualquier infección o ser dañadas. Una vez colocadas en los jiffys hemos regado un poquito y a esperar con paciencia que salga... Откалибровал PH-метр, оказывается я невольно кислил компот, а буфер возвращал показатели до нормального значения. 02/04 PH6,1 PPM858 Сделал дефолиацию. 03/04 PH6,0 PPM940 05/04 PH6,1 PPM744 За прошедшее время в моём гроубоксе появились: 3 маленьких горшочка - проращиваю чили-перцы, 2 больших кирпича - в случае необходимости готов опустить на них горшок, а это плюс 10см высоты.
