Finally have the gnats under control!!! Using a combination of beneficial bacteria, neem oil, and organic pesticides. They’re still there but only a couple so I will continue use. Skywalker og is still double the size of all the others and drinks double the water so that is crazy idk how to deal with that I might just start watering it in between watering the other ones idk it’s crazy. Also don’t know how long we’re gonna go with this veg I want to do a pound which is ambitious for a second grow with a 300w light in a 2 x 4 but that would be cool. Looking good tho next grow I’m only gonna do 3 strains instead of 4 or even 2 but we’ll see. Went a little too heavy on the nitrogen I think i dialed it back a bit but plants are healthy and strong I think the silica helps a lot.

She is getting fat! What a great plant she is - again, little to no deficiencies, other than some light burn but I could not complain to have such strong genetics for my first ever grow! Trichomes are not too cloudy, so still a while to go but what an AUTO!

To start the week i'm seeing the buds start to swell, i've also had to give a peroxide foliar spray to be sure i'm not going to be ingesting mites... shall see how it goes. ---- sprayed some dilute 3% peroxide mixed 2-1 with water. misted the shit out of it with distilled to get the humidity up afterwards the ladybugs were having a field day on all the water fleeing spider mites. see video

The plants are on the final stretch in flower. I’m still working on getting the calmag up to make the ladies look nicer. Overall I’m happy with these aircubes. The ladies grow extremely fast in them.

Day 98 Day 63 Flower 30/05/24 Thursday Finally the time has come!! The fox tails aren't a issue for me as it's Percy smoke, and to be fair, there decent fox tails 😍😂. The plant is huge for a auto. I have wet trimmed, Removed all excess stem. Week 7 successful, now only water 💧

Just started this one off... Not much to say so far. This is a coco grow. I started off with an amended Coco using Gaia Green 4-4-4 and power bloom 2-8-4.

23cm vertical growth this week. Over doubled her height and got a lot more bushy too. I think she's going to be a fab plant!

04/09 - Started minor defoliation. Shes getting too bushy and blocking bud sites and causing moisture spots. Will remove a couple of leaves every other day for the next week. 05/09 - Full res change. Realised I mucked up the ratio. Went 35ml Micro, 25ml grow, (Shouldve been the other way around, so added an extra 10ml grow), 15ml Bloom and 15ml Silica. EC 1.4, PH 5.7. Will keep an eye on her and add some additional grow if she does alright. 06/09 - Minor defoliation. Removed about 12 leaves total so far. LST to spread the canopy a little more. PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.4, Water level dropping. Seems to be stretching and pistils have begun to form! Responding well to the uptick in nutes from the res change. 07/09 - Leaf tucking, LST and took a leaf or two. Shes getting her stretch on for sure. PH stable at 5.8, EC stable at 1.4. Water level still dropping. 09/09 - After much deliberation, I ended up going for a fairly heavy defoliation session and am now going to leave her the hell alone until at least mid flower. I removed a large chunk of shaded leaves and bud sites and effectively ended up lollipopping her. I also removed all the old LST, and added a couple to pull leaves out of the way. The canopy remains largely unchanged, but shes much more airy now, and Im seeing far fewer damp spots where leaf perspiration has occured. Now to see if I can keep my hands off for a few weeks!

Lemonade Haze grew great under the Spider Farmer SE3000 light. I did have a flowering delay due to wore out timer. So grow went a little long. The plant grew to the light within a few inches. So top foxtailing was inevitable. She smell like a sweet Lemonade. Super sticky. After germinating the seeds are transplanted into small pots with soil (see tutorial in VIDEO above). The soil is prepared with water mixed with a little bit of BIO NOVA Roots (0,5 ml/l), which aids the development of the seedling. Transplanting is very easy now, because they have grown a STRAIGHT tap-root while hanging during the SERIOUS' WAY of germination. This straight root allows for easy potting of the seeds. Simply make a little hole in the center of the soil with your pinky finger and carefully place the germinated seed with the white root pointing DOWNWARDS into the hole. Best is to lay it onto one side-wall of the hole with the seed shell right at the surface. Then I push the other side inwards and enclose the whole root with soil. At the end only the top of the seed-shell peeks out of the soil. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to plant the seeds NOT TO DEEP into the soil. The seedling only needs extra strength to work itself upwards thru the soil and you run the risk of the soil drying out and the seed dying off. When you PLANT THE SEED VERY SHALLOW into the soil (=with the top of the seed-shell still peeking out) your seedling can grow out right away and you have a small plant already 24 hours after putting the seed into the soil. The small seedling sometimes still has the seed-shell on its 'head', it normally falls off by itself, but sometimes you have to carefully help and take it off with your finger nails. Be careful to NOT clip of the seedling accidentally when you do this! The seed-shall has an inner lining, which feeds the small seedling when it germinates. This inner lining sometimes gets tangled around the stem of the small seedling after the shell has fallen off. This little skin MUST be taken off the stem right away! Once it dries up, it gets hard and can strangulate the seedling around the stem. In order to avoid this, the skin must be taken off as soon as possible! I show it in the pics above and also made a video about taking off the inner lining of the seed.

End of Week 14 (7th week of flower) Cruise control still on. Smooth sailing till the end. Because this is a fully organic grow there is no need for a leaching flush, all I'm doing is giving the ladies PH correct water from now until harvest to naturally deplete the soil from nutrients and flush out the soil slowly this will help bring out some colours as the ladies use up the remaining nutrients stored in their leaves as they reach the end of their life cycle. I have been keeping a cooler average temperature - and also keeping the relative humidity lower. Pest Report: None
