Hey guys today the 30th day. Plant is over the hill after my dog has treated himself with relish. 🍓😅... I showered her directly after the assassination with a load of valerian + amino acidos and a few pick-me-ups (oligosaccharides).. it looked much worse at the beginning of the week. lost by the leaf, she got eagle claws directly. It has become insanely bright. think due to the heavy rain the ph has changed. I'll check that tomorrow, if so, there is a correction, if no it gets a load of calcium, either eggshell, dissolved in apple vinegar and EM and some mussel shell powder... Give her a week of recovery time. Lighting remains for the time being, it rains at least half the day, every day and there is a massive lack of light... also to compensate for the missing leaves a bit... wish her a lot of life force, I don't give her up,😇 maybe there's still a doi and two or three seeds😆💚💚💚💩 I also planted three strawberries to match the plant. they will catch the excess nutrients and root the rest of the pot. think after the incident, it won't get too big now... and so I definitely have something to snack on in the end, no matter what else happens🍓😆😎

Weekly update on these big girls. I decided to take out some of the lower branches, giving more airflow at the top of the pot level. Overall they've exploded with growth this week. I'd say they're getting close to 4ft tall. I sprayed some BT spray for ipm this week since I don't want catapillers showing up unannounced. All in all Happy Growing.

This week went well for the Durban Nights. Not much to report, she hit day 14 today and is working on her 3rd node, I will transplant her in 48 hours, then hopefully top her in about a week or less. I will wait for her to grow at least 7 nodes so I am sure her roots are solid before the topping, but she will absolutely explode after transplanted into coco coir so that shouldnt be a problem. I will also complete the first two sets of toppings at the 3rd node, so that should shave a little time off as well as I previously completed the 2nd and 3rd toppings at the 5th and 3rd node to further spread out the plant. Super excited for this strain as it is a cross of Durban Thai and Jack Herer which are two of my favorite Sative Strains. I hope everyone has a safe weekend. This week the photoperiods showed clear progress in vegetative growth, with bigger leaves spreading out and new nodes stacking in nicely. Their color has stayed healthy and consistent, confirming they’re settling well into their 1-gallon pots. On August 26, beneficial nematodes were applied during a watering to boost pest prevention and protect the soil long-term. Humidity and temperature have been monitored closely, with minor adjustments made to keep the VPD in a safe range. By midweek, the canopy began to fill out more evenly, and the plants are looking strong and balanced. Overall, Week 3 has been about steady development, root expansion, and keeping the environment stable. They’re now building a solid foundation for future training and shaping as veg continues.
