Week 2 Flowering Pilot #1 continues its transition into the flowering cycle with remarkable vigor, entering week two of bloom with a clear and sustained stretch response. The plant has expanded significantly compared to the previous week, developing a wider canopy and increasing the number of active flowering sites across the entire structure. The training applied during vegetative growth is now showing its full effect. Branches remain well distributed, creating an open architecture that allows excellent light penetration throughout the canopy. Multiple tops are developing simultaneously, with strong lateral branching contributing to a balanced and highly productive structure. Flower formation is becoming increasingly visible, with pistil production intensifying at every primary and secondary flowering site. Internodal spacing remains favorable, providing enough room for future flower stacking while maintaining a compact and efficient canopy. The plant exhibits outstanding vigor and uniformity, with healthy foliage and continuous vegetative activity still present during the stretch phase. Stem strength is excellent, supporting the rapid growth of new flowering shoots and demonstrating a strong capacity to sustain future flower development. At this stage, Pilot #1 stands out for its efficient canopy management, extensive branching, and high number of developing bud sites. Its combination of structure, vigor, and floral initiation suggests excellent production potential as flowering progresses over the coming weeks. 🌱🔥 Seed: World Breeders Grower: Piperoots

Man weiß ja nie was da kommt 😜

What up family, weekly update on these girls. I raised the lights 6in this week to allow some stretch but still keeping 400-600ppfd at the canopy level. Over all they're progressing beautifully. I started adding 2.5ml/gal of Athenas Blended line Grow A & B. Haven't seen any burnt leaf tips so I think they'll be OK adding a little boost. All in all Happy Growing.

2 weeks since they went in the ground and have doubled in size. And wow, the 2 weeks they had. 2-2.5 inches of rain, 15 mph wind a few days and about 8 days of clouds. Check out the video from week 6 and this week to see the change. Or the pics of course.

Total days above ground: 63 Total flower nights: 24 Just beyond 3 weeks into flower and the plants are showing their potential. Even the 2 smaller Kush Mints have really come on strong in flower. Can barely tell they were under-sized at this point. Still have a little more compact structure, but spreading it out with some garden wire really allowed it to power its growth. Yield should be in line with the others. The KM3 had a strong minty smell last week, but that's mellowed out a bit since. All of the MSNL plants are robust and strong. Second grow with excellent results from this breeder. I did not pay for these seeds, but I am not a shill, either. If one of them grew all whacky like the mountaintop mint, I'd voice the same complaints. The clearly care about such traits in their selection process. Overall the canopy has filled in nicely. I have a couple spots where light is wasted and I'll make some adjustments to the process to fix that for future grows. Now that I've settled on plant size and number of plants, improvements can be made each cycle until it's clockwork. I like the 12-cola vs 8 cola experiement. I've got a fairly long list of edits to make to various sections of my "bible," which means I liked the outcomes of most of my incremental adjustments. Continual, systematic improvement in action... One other incremental change on the docket but not yet realized will be dropping nutrient concnetration once vegetative growth ends. Exact timing will be based on what I see in the foliage. I see some minor tip curl and its a bit darker than I want. So, it may come sooner than later. This'll be something I tweak over the next few grow cycles until I'm happy with the late-flower health. I'll drop fertilizer concentration 10-15% on next refill and see how that plays out. It'll take a couple refills of reservoir to near 100% transition without draining it. If necessary, I'll drain and do a full refill for more pressing needs. A rez scrub before final stretch is coming, regardless. Side note: The impacts of VPD can be enormous. Last year (2025-2 diary) I had a humidifier wick get fouled and RH dropped while VPD spiked for more than a few days, thinking I could power through or that the canopy would soon provide more moisture. Nope, growth stalled in a significant way. By comparing day 34-42-49 of 2025-2 and day 38-42-49 of this diary, I can see a huge difference in growth at same point above ground. The consitency with which i do things makes it fairly certain it's the extende period with extremely high VPDs that caused the difference. Also, interesting that it mostly catches back up by completion of third week of flower. The size difference is nearly undone by this point, though 2025-2 took 4 days longer vege phase to get there. Even so, I still think this grow is more than 4 days ahead of 2025-2 (the difference in vegetative phae duration). Time will tell if the development is ahead of the pace in 2025-2 or whether it's simply mostly an offset due to a less efficient vege phase for 2025-2.

4/7/24 added worm casting(finally) lol 4/8 took off lowest node 4/10 they may have slower growth. Worried about my humidity at night. 4/11 growing more wide now. Trying to tuck leaves to show more of the nodes but they aren’t quite tall enough 4/14 day 21 end of week 3. Both phenos are thick and fluffy. I’m impatient and curious and decided to top one of them. Ps. Early this week, they have shown pistils but it may just be showing sex

Used less than recommended manufacturers ML/EC/PPM on all products. My goal for now is to get the beneficial microbes and bacteria flowing and stable with minimal nutrients. This is a new setup and nutrient to me, trying to take it easy on the seedlings until I see their reaction. Placed small domes over seedlings to help shade the lights a bit until I see how they react. 48 hours later there is minor growth, will give them another 24-36 hours of monitoring and then remove the domes, LEDS are dimmed to 40% and 40” high currently. Installed Bluelab PH controller to maintain 5.8 PH, trying to work smarter, not harder. So far it’s a breeze and PH has been stable ever since. Interested to see how it performs once the plants are much larger. See you in a week 😀

Final week of Veg for my 2 Pinapple Express. These beautiful ladies have just started to show me their lady parts 😁 Everything going perfectly to plan thus far and FastBuds showing me the benefits of growing autoflowers. Lots of new growth appeared right before they start their stretch. I'd say theres over 30 bud sites on the biggest of the two plants and mabey 24 on the smaller one. Gives me plenty of space to spread them out under the net. After a week of stretching I'll be removing any growth that hasn't made it from under the net. Theres so much vegetation in the lower stalk area and i dont want any of that engery going to waste and making small popcorn buds. Feed wise they've suddenly become really thirsty. I was watering 6 litres every 3-4 days but this week they've urgently needed feeding after 48 hours. I'm going to keep a close eye and might even switch to everyday feed but slightly less at a time. Bloom nutrients from here on out. Check in mid week as I'll be updating pics as and when I get time or make any changes. Day 44 I've added a few extra photos of the full view in the tent. Canopy starting to fill out. These arent stretching too fast which I'm pretty happy about. Hopefully I'll be able to keep a nice even scrog.

Her final days have come to an end. She was harvested on flowering day 57. Almost all of the trichomes were milky, with only a few turning amber. About 4 to 5 days before the harvest, i stopped giving her water. During those last few days, the smell was very intense. She is now being hung to dry with her leaves still attached.
