2 plants left after I harvested the first one that flowered earlier than these 2 - got 94g dry off that plant but the nugs are pretty loose. seeing some issues on the top-most leaves on plant 3, the bigger one. plant 1, the smaller one also has some nute issues but I'll stop feeding for a week or so and see if that helps. Buds seem to be fattening up tho. Also seeing some weird brown/rust spots on plant 3 at the top-most leaves on the buds, almost like they're drying from the inside out. Anyone help with that? is it Potassium Toxicity!

Transplant week, loving that bat mix!

Today is day 54 from planting, and I have a log of optimism that they will finish out strong! The girls continued to stretch until a couple or days ago. Then they seemed to slow down and start focusing on bud growth, which was a welcome site. I'm super happy with the lst on the right plant, the left was a learning experience. There are a handful of stalks that are 10-12 inches above the lower canopy, which is obviously and issue. The main stalks just got so stiff that I couldn't bend them without risking a snap, which I have had happen in both previous grows. They continue to be thirsty, drinking almost a gallon per day each. Unlike previous grows, I have been doing the full amount of nutes, as I've heard Green Crack is a particularly hungry strain. Not much else to report, should be close to the stage where I just try to maintain everything and hopefully watch the buds fatten up. Day 0. I left the soil to warm up and settle up a bit, plus microbes had time to start working. Always check the middle of pot for that bit of soil to be super fine and airy, roots don't need obstacles. First Gorilla showed up, beans are very small, we shall see how strong genetics is ... One more time proved myself, that germination is only for old beans if you are not sure with rate, otherwise its waste of time in my mind ... Day 4. Sprout rate - 100 %,but i still didn't liked like all 4 cookies started. We shall see... ;))) Day 6. All good, no big things yet, girls small, but grow, 3 out of 4 cookies didnt want to loose shell , so had to help them and they look lankier compared to gorilla girls. Every day i lower lamps a bit, would say today eve is final and quantum boards run on 50% dimer for now. Will increase it by 5 % every few days, at the end of week two ussually its full blast, sometimes i keep it till week 3. We shall see ... Still happy, moisture, moisture, moisture .... ;)

This is towards the end of last week. The BB crosses are doing excellent. They have all gone through some extreme temps with intense temp and RH fluctuations. I’ve concluded that the plants 1 week behind experienced too much heat on this one day when some things came up and I wasn’t around to get them out of the hot sun in time, and they were stunted by excessive heat over 90F. The others didn’t show much signs of stress at all. I’m not giving up on the little ones, but I am giving them a large amount of grace and understanding. They can just continue to grow and do their best. Maybe they will come back into full speed in a week or so. Maybe not. At least I will grow them out to learn what happens. From now on I will be extra careful with all stimuli my seedlings are receiving. Showing sone other plants of same age, some of which are photoperiods that began flowering about a month and a half early, with 15 hours of daylight! Why? My first guess is some form of extreme rodelization. I did notice on both A-Trains that they each had a node with two pollen sacks developing as well as the burst of female bracts. So I nicked off the pollen sacks right away, and I’ve been putting them under a light for the nights to hopefully reveg them. Either way, a fun anecdote for some new knowledge and experience! I’m sure they would bud out Fat! Seeing how much they did in 2-3 days! But maybe there’s other elements at play.

16 Jul 2021 I lost a day somehow, and I’m wondering how? For some reason I thought it was the 15th, but obviously it isn’t. Somehow, I have allowed 4 days to go by between feeding her. I’m so surprised she’s still doing as well as she is because my care for her and her tent mate has been sorry! It just speaks to their resilience, and not my skills as a grower, but I hope to do better. Today I’m sticking to the ripening feed stage that I started on the 12th. Today she got a gallon of water chilled to 50F, with CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 2.8ml, FloraBloom 4.5ml, Floralicious Plus 1ml, and Dry KoolBloom .5 tsp. The initial pH was 6.2, and normally would be great, but her runoff pH would be very low, so I added pH UP 2ml which adjusted the pH to 6.4. The difference between pH UP and DOWN is ridiculous! The same amount of the other would have lowered the amount by about 2 full points, but the UP only adjusted .2 😳. Anyway, the final pH was 6.4, and TDS going in was 784 ppm. Runoff pH was still low at 5.5, and TDS runoff was 2513 ppm. We’re still in a heat wave right now, so the tent temperature was 84F, and humidity was 60%. I hope to keep this feeding stage up for a couple of weeks, then I’m going to start flushing her to prepare for harvest. I’m thinking harvest should be in about a month. 18 Jul 2021 Feeding time again! I’m continuing with the ripening feed stage today, and will be till the flush in a couple of weeks. Her buds are fattening up quite nicely, but I have sad news to report. It looks as though one of the branches we broke a while ago and taped up isn’t going to make it. Some of it is looking ok, but the leaves at the top of the cola are dying, and others around it are looking poor as well. Luckily, the buds below the break still look well. I was running out of time for the lights tonight to prune it off. I’ll do it tomorrow and go ahead and harvest what is already there. It’s closer to being ready than not. Today she received a gallon of chilled water (57.4F) with CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 2.8ml, FloraBloom 4.5ml, Floralicious Plus 1ml, and Dry KoolBloom .5 tsp. The initial pH was 6.2, but I wanted it a little higher. So I added 1ml of pH UP, which adjusted it to pH 6.5. The TDS going in was 839 ppm. The runoff pH was 5.8, and the TDS runoff was 2307 ppm. The tent was still warm at 84F, and humidity was 47%. My Blue Ox is looking wonderful, and I’m hoping she continues to do well. 20 Jul 2021 Today ends week 14 of this plants life. According to Rare Dankness Seeds, the Blue Ox has a 60-70 day flowering time. So, according to them, the people who produced the seeds for this lovely plant, she should be ready for harvest on or about July 24th, which is her 60 day mark, or August 3rd, the 70 day mark. So that is either next week or the week after. I’m going to go ahead and start flushing her out from the next feeding on till she’s ready for harvest. Her buds are nice and fat, and she smells lovely! Today I finished this week with the ripening phase on the feed chart and gave her the following: CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 2.8ml, FloraBloom 4.5ml, Floralicious Plus 1ml, and Dry KoolBloom .5 tsp all mixed into a gallon of water chilled to 58.7F. The initial pH was 6.6 and was not adjusted. The TDS going in was 771 ppm. Runoff pH was 5.9, and TDS runoff was 2364 ppm. Our heat wave is still raging, so the temperature in the tent was 88F, and humidity was 49%.

Stackin’ Up & Frostin’ Over ❄️🔥 Time for another Red Hot Cookies update—and things are getting thick out here! 💥 We’ve officially entered Week 3 of flowering, and the buds are swelling up beautifully. They're starting to frost over with trichomes too, which makes every morning check-in feel like unwrapping a tiny gift. 🎁✨ She’s been looking vibrant and strong, with no signs of stress despite the intense heat lately. We had several days pushing over 34°C, so I’ve been watering daily to keep her happy and hydrated. Pleased with how this plant is doing. Lots of stretch this week and looks like she's still got more in her. Still been training the tops where i want them but the branches are getting stiff now so that's nearly it. The cooling fan on my grow light is really noisy and the loudest thing of my setup by far. So i have changed it for a much higher quality one and it's amazing! Night and day difference for noise and performance too! See before and after videos. I have a feeling i might run out of space in the middle with the 4 buds. Also that the outside ones are too close but we will see. Any comments welcome or suggestions. As i keep saying, all a learning process to get better each time. I am already planning my next grow which will either be do si dos auto or gorilla zkittlez auto both from Barney's Farm. Have a possible weeks fishing trip on 7th Aug. So has it not finished by then I will buy a water pump and set it on a timer. Well the first 2 weeks of flowering was all about the stretch and at 69cm high she is a bit stretchy . Only tester number 13 is taller at 73cm. I fed her a third of a cup of Mr B's Green Trees Bloom mix aswell as a qtr tspoon of Great white Mycorhizae. Moved the girls to a make shift greenhouse. The smells are coming in…so are the stink bugs lol
