Day 74 (28/05/18) - 2 of the Girl scout cookies are looking very close to being finished and seeing all cloudy trichomes with a couple amber. I look for 80/20% ratio of cloudy/milky to amber trichomes for harvest as this gives the best medicinal effects from my experiences. Flushing the GSC and will be waiting for her to use up the remainder of her nutrients in the leaves before I chop, hopefully get a nice fade. One of the Stardawg girls isn't so far behind but being more sativa dominant, I expected that. May upload one picture of her and how she is getting on. The smell coming from the GSC is so potent and sweet. Hoping the smoke quality lives up to the smell. Not long to go now.

Happy New Year!!! Over the past week I did some HST bending. The branches are starting to recover and straighten out after the HST now. I still have some issues with pale leaves and a few spots here and there. I’m going to try adding some Dolomite Lime with the next watering and think that should help with the paleness. I’m also going to up the amount of CalMag and Mammoth P to see if that helps with the spotting. I’m not sure if I should see the spotted leaves recover or if the spots will remain. I suspect the spots will remain on the existing leaves regardless of what I do at this point, but hopefully no new spotting will develop. The lights went off before I was done taking pics, so some pics will look a little different. The pics with the lights on I had to color correct, they still look a little more on the yellow side than in reality, but much closer to reality than the pre-color corrected versions. Once the lights went off I turned the flash on for my camera, those pics did not need any color correction. You can see the differences in the pics of all plants, the first 2 are color corrected with the lights on, the last 2 are taken with a flash and no color correction. I read several books on cannabis over the past few days, some good, some not so much. One that I liked was “Marijuana Cultivation Reconsidered: The Science and Techniques For Huge Indoor Yields” by Read Spear. This book is available on Amzon’s Kindle Unlimited service, which costs $9.99/month, but they offer a free 30 day trial (which is what I’m using at the moment). Reed’s book is broken down into 3 sections, the first and third go fairly deep into the science behind growing, he does a pretty good job at breaking it down in easy to understand terms, but I had to read several sections 2 or 3 times to really get it (or just move on with as much understanding as I could digest). The second section is the nuts and bolts of growing. Most was a review but there were several topics he touched on I hadn’t thought of in a while. And again its well written. He also offers the section only in a separate book called “Small Spaces, Big Yields”. If you are not interested in going deeper into the science behind growing, “Small Spaces, Big Yields” is what I would recommend (if interested in reading books on cannabis). I took some notes while reading and I’m going to add some of these notes in my dairy updates over the next few weeks. This week I’m going to include a note on electrical, this should be a fairly basic concept, but it is super important IMO… “Electrical Items In a sealed grow room or in a tent, you will have water pooling on the floor from time to time. There is no avoiding this. Mop it up when you see it, and never put your electrical gear directly on the floor. Never. Not even for a moment. In fact, let me stress this point in bold capital letters. ALL ELECTRICAL GEAR MUST BE MOUNTED SECURELY ON A WALL OR TENT POLE.” -Read Spear I’ll add more did bits like this in my diaries over the upcoming weeks. If anyone has any good book recommendations please let me know in the comments. I’m looking for books that might not be as popular as the ones by Jorge Cervantes or Ed Rosenthal (I’ve read those). I did just order “True Living Organics” by The Rev which I’m looking forward to reading. But I’m looking for more. I really want to step it up and learn as much as possible. Welcome to week 4 of flower!!! I expect the ladies to slow right down in the stretch and start to focus on fattening up those flower sites. The plants have been going hard since day 1 of flower and I expect they will continue to go hard until the very end! Some of the plants are beginning to focus on thickening up their flower sites! Day#24F Ladies are still stretching it out , some are almost 4 feet tall now! Day#25F Banana Smoothie is throwing off the wildest Banana Cream terpenes, the other plants are starting to throw smell too but not as hard as Banana Smoothie. Day#26F Lots of the flower tops are starting to put on mass now. Day#27F Pictures N/A. Creamy Cereal is deff pumping milk and fruit terpenes now. Day#28F Ladies are just cruising along and mostly starting to focus on flowers now. MacMelonz will still stretch for a week or so. Day 77 i turned off the lights at 10 pm Friday and started my ice water flush and 48 hrs of darkness. i have not done ice water flush before, the theory is that the harsh cold forces the plant to build more trichomes to better prepare for pollination its an easy thing to do and takes no extra time so why not try it the water ppm is 435 and the first round run off was 1139 ppm second round of flush 789 ppm. the reason for 2 rounds of flush is in the first flush round the nute's latch onto the water and the second washes them away. i wait 15-20 min between flushes. that's it for today's update keep your stick on the ice Day 78 not much to say really water ppm is at 435 and runoff of round one for the day is 621 i will update with round 2 in an hr. UPDATE: ok so round 2 leaves it at 521 ppm Day 79 ok ppl this is the last day before harvest no water just ice ( i know it melts but its not much water lol ) oddly after over 48 hrs in the dark i have seen no change in the color of the plant it does not matter but i was hoping lol i took some pics for your viewing pleasure

Hello Diary, I'm starting a new round on my little Farm, the 18th since I started growing these beautiful plants. There are again three different Autoflowering strains at the Farm: Cherry Pie Auto, Purple Lemonade Auto and one of the legendary strains White Widow Auto. This journal will be dedicated to the Cherry Pie Automatic. To begin with, I will write a few words about Cherry Pie Auto itself. Cherry Pie Auto has an impressive family tree. As the autoflowering version of the terpene-packed Cherry Pie, this strain has close links to both Granddaddy Purple and Durban Poison. These ancestors occupy opposite ends of the indica-sativa spectrum, meaning Cherry Pie Auto features a balanced genetic profile. The zingy and cerebral qualities of Durban Poison—a pure South African sativa—and the fruity terpenes of Granddaddy Purple both shine through in their fast-growing successor. This time I decided on 11 lit. fabric pots, my dear friends at RQS sent me these nice pots and it's not like this is my first time using them. They are great to handle and prevent me from over watering the plants. For soil, I use BioBizz's Light Mix, mixed with Easy Boost organic nutrition in the form of pellets. I put 50g of pellets on the 11 liter pot. After that I put Seeaweed, 1g/lit and finally Mycorrhiza Mix which I put 5g/lit. After that, I mixed the soil in the pot well and soaked it with water. I put Seed Booster in the water, a new product from the rich range of organic nutrients from RQS. I made a hole in the middle of a few centimeters and put a seed inside. I did the same with the other two strains and after that I put them in the grow box. 20/07/2024 In the morning I sprinkled the surface of the soil with water, not too much, and by the end of the day all three plants had sprouted. 21/07/2024 I watered the plants, I gave each approximately 1 liter of water to which I added Seed Booster again. Before that, I photographed the plants. 23/07/2024 Watering. I repeated the same procedure as two days earlier. That's all from me for now, I'm looking forward to a new trip as always. See you soon.

Esa familia, de nuevo e vuelto para actualizar las candy caramelo, también trasplantamos a su maceta definitiva, amarillean las hojas de abajo porque ya pedían un trasplante, y hasta que se amolden al nuevo sustrato. Ph controlado temperatura 22/26 y humedad algo baja 60% aunque pronto cambiaremos el ciclo lumínico. Hasta ahora esto es lo que hay y mientras catamos la cosecha anterior, os iré actualizando demás diarios con sus respectivas cosechas fumetillas, un saludo y hasta la próxima semana.

I had bad luck, or beter I didn’t keep the rain out of the structure. So unfortunately the lady’s did get wet! We had a lot of rain after a great summer. I think if I didn’t had rotten flowering 800 gram per plant was normal yield! It is a great plant verry easy to grow and a big yield! I like the seeds of high-Seeds! Its a great supplier! This year a couple of diverent lady’s! Whit a new growhouse.

Starting to fill out abit

After 1 week of growing, the Blue Dream'Matic is doing well. I am going to slowly increase its nutrient solution strength and lower the lights to dial in some stronger growing conditions. It has been enjoying 1-2 times a day fertigation so I think the coco medium is draining well. I have included a time lapse of the first week of growth. I am working out the kinks of the setup, so the video is a bit messed up towards the end, but it shows potential that I am going to keep working on! Day 8: transplanted to a larger pot as a significant number of roots were growing out of the seedling bag. Day 9: It looks like there has been a cal-mag or root issue affecting the first set of leaves, which grew in while there was a lower nutrient EC. The new growth has not been showing the same issue, so hopefully the issue has been resolved. Thanks for reading, and happy growing!

I harvest this strain at my other grow this week so I'll have a preliminary smoke test super strong genetics super trainable fast growing and smelly they also boast a 27 percent thc content ( I normally consume 19 to 21 %) this gonna knock my socks off

We have unfortunately lost the Black Opium in this line up but the other three are doing well. We have some albinism throughout the White Widow and she looks lovely to say the least, Kabul is well on her way and doing great along with the Purple Opium. Hopefully we have a great week and these girls keep in their groove!

Day 15 - 21 She is looking fine and green. On day 14, one of the fan leaves' tips were slightly yellow, however it is vanished today. I do not know the reason.
