Hello everyone 😊😊😊 This week bring the problems with humidity, I started to add to much steam and some small scorching and discoloration occur. However I remove humidifier and everything back to normal. Girls grow up like nothing happened, tomorrow I will proceed small defoliation like I'm doing it in every grow. Beginning of week.. These girls are not looking too bad.. I believe the leaves are not spreading much of those issues anymore.. The medium is still spittin out acidic runoff tho.. The only thing I can think of is the roots from previous runs weren't completely removed.. The decomposing roots inside the medium may make the medium acidic af... But I still don't know 100%.. I read that in 1 forum but again.. Idk 100%.. *sigh.. I really hope I can complete this run with no major issues or hurting yields too much. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will somehow just fix itself lol.. Ugh.. But I am not giving up! I WILL fill this 2x4 tent with MASSIVE ETHOS COLAS! Gonna be topping soon.. As soon as the main stem is long enough to cut and still be able to leave some stem so that the top 2 branches don't spit. These 2 plants have very different branch sizes.. I believe its because of the light not being able to penetrate as much of the branches on the ETHOS Cookies due to the fan leaves being on such short stems. The Mandarin Cookies may take over more than half of the tent.. But that shouldn't be a major issue.. As long as both are getting great light penetration, I'll be happy.. Still not sure if I am gonna LST and ScrOG or just LST.. I really wanna ScrOG and try ir out. I just hope I do it right.. I think I may have it figured out.. Need a little more research! But the girls are doing good.. Temps are getting kinda high here and there.. But they don't seem to mind too much. I will be upping the FloraGro and keeping the Hydroguard in the mix, also.. If it can help with root issues in hydro, maybe it can help my issue too... It says it can turn decaying matter into food for the plants.. So I guess we shall see!... Later that night... So I fed late today and checked the runoff, as I always do.. It had been 3 days since I last watered/fed (flushed actually.. Then added 1L of nutes so she wouldn't be hungry)... *going in (each): - 3L @ 1000 PPM 6.4 pH *runoff: - Mandarin Cookies: 150 PPM 6.0 pH - ETHOS Cookies: 200 PPM 6.0 pH ... So the pH is possibly starting to balance back out! The runoff still did not contain this feeding or the last feeding when it comes to TDS in the runoff.. Unless these girls are drinking/eating it up like that! The roots at the drain holes are looking massive and healthy as can be! I can't imagine they are doing bad in there.. And they are growing quite well.. But I can't wait to get these girls going!!!.. Oh yeah.. I went ahead and topped them both.. Both have 6 nodes.. That is all.. Going to let these girls just start branching out and going to try and not mess with them much (if anything just tie some bramches down to help them all kinda even out.. A.k.a... LST lol) till it is time to lollipop and get ready for flower! Just feeding/watering and tucking leaves when I can so the new colas can start doing their magic! So excited!!! Next day... I found some Coca-Cola crates.. I'm gonna use them to raise the pot and saucers off the ground.. The saucer has been holding moisture underneath and creating a bit of a mildew-ey smell.. So now, I make sure I rinse the entire saucer.. Top and bottom.. With all the airflow in the tent, theybwill dry in 60 seconds no problem!.. But now the tops are 12 inches from the light.. The power is still at 25%.. And now the girls are getting around 300 - 350 μmols/m2/s or whatever it is lol.. Mid week.. Went ahead and fed her again today. I added the Kushie Kush (bloom booster) because it contains the most Potassium.. That is what most of these marks on the leaves are from, I believe.. The runoff pH came out at 5.8 and 5.7 today.. *sigh... I really need this to clear up.. Hmm.. Maybe FloraKleen??? I guess that's all I have left to try.. Flushing multiple gallons every day for 3 or 4 days wasn't enough.. It helped.. But damn, I think I need to pull out ths big guns to clear this up.. Gonna see what happens next watering (2 or 3 days) and see what the runoff is then.. May set it to go in at 6.5 or something.. Idk... Ugh.. I really wanna just try hydro lol.. I bet one plant in a 5 gallon bucket would do awesome in this tent with a ScrOG! Hmmmmm.. Lol... End of week.. Went ahead and lollipopped a little. Both plants.. Also tied some of the longer branches down some.. Once the higher up branches are a little longer, I can then get them all tied down and begin figuring out if I should ScroG.. All depends how this ETHOS Cookies does in the next week or so.. On to the next!...

ZigkGrow is back in the game😎 Hello to everyone guys. I hope everyone has been growing epic buds since the day I finished my first diary. My first diary went pretty cool. I enjoyed a lot but knowing myself I knew that I had to learn more about growing cannabis to achieve higher levels and be okay with myself. So Zigk after many hours of researching, smoking and having fun came up to this day with this diary. Hope everything goes well and what I've learned will bear fruit in this grow (literally😅) Let's talk a little bit about my setup and the flashy "Automatic-Watering System" to shed some light in the tunnel. I bought a tent 0.40x0.40x1.40cm so we are pretty tight here but I am hoping for a "one and good" plant. I am going to use for lighting the led panel from Spiderfarmer SF-1000, big upgrade compared to the 250w CFL I had back then. I will be using coco coir in a 6lt airpot with high fertigation and a RTW/DTW hydroponic system. I've also got some pretty good meters. HM Digital PH-200 for pH and HM Digital COM-100 for EC. There is also a humidifier and a carbon filter from Airontek with a VKO 105m3/h exhaust fan. So how does the Automatic-Watering System works and how do I achieve high fertigation with that : There is a reservoir (blue box in my case) out of the tent where I keep my nutes mixed with water. Inside the reservoir is an airstone that provides oxygen and a submersible water pump connected to the pipe. The water pump plug is connected to a timer which I set when to run and for how much time. When the pump is on is sending nutes to my plant and I can control the flow of it with a valve. Practically I dont have to water by hand and I can achieve high fertigation which means watering with nutes many times a day. My plan is to water 5 times a day. Now is the time for the big question. Will this work and give me higher and better yields? I am not going to explain the science behind this theory because I want to keep the diary clean and talking about this would need many rows of words. You can search it on internet tho and find many articles. I am not capable of answering with confidence now and we will only be sure by watching the results. So let the time show us and have fun!😄

I have harvested this planet but there was a problem one of my six inch fans stopped working so two bud stems had two small peach fuzz spot of white mould. So I chopped half the planet off with garden secateurs and disposed of straight away, and after inspecting the over half of the plant finding no evidence of mould I washed with warm water. It is now in quarantine drying in my shed. That was the reason I haven't taken pictures in case my shed gets broken into 😂 so until next time ✌️ out my fellow Growmies and all going well I should have a very small amount of weed for dry weight and smoke review

Esta semana aplique la tecnica lst. Hubiera preferido hacerlo antes pero estaba esperando por que antes queria trasplantarlas. Pero no he podido comprar macetas, ni el medio de cultivo. Entonces decidi hacerlo en las macetas actuales para comenzar a guiar la planta, ya que va creciendo muy rapido. Junto con la tecnica lst tambien hice defoliacion a todas las plantas. Comence a regar con fertilizante en polvo Green House para la etapa de vegetacion. Uso 0.5g / 1L . Ocupo unos 2L para regar cada planta.

Its day 25 since sproud and the plants are looking good so far. The jslow stress training with the clips works as expected and the branches are getting thicker and more robust. Defoliation on day 34. I collected leave mold from the surrounding woods. a lot of white fungy hopefully usefull mycoriza.

Bud wet weight : 168,1g of trimmed medium to big sized buds 25,4g of tiny tiny buds/larfs = 193.5 grams of trimmed wet buds. Details on genetics and smoke report above. This, as my first grow, is way more than I ever expected it to be. I haven´t had that much fun and enthusiasm in a very very long time. I can´t even explain the feeling it is to harvest your own cannabis, but I know most of you know what I´m talking about haha. It was really nice to practice LST, even tho it was SO HARD, ´cause I didn´t had barely any space to work since I used a hard pot and did not fill nearly half the size of it and the walls of the pot were really high. It was even difficult to water without dropping water on the lower buds. I haven´t learnt much about defoliation tho, I feel I need to study a little more about the phases you should or should not do it. Also, I discovered thrips are a pain in the ass. I had 2 tough weeks dealing with thrips, but in the end it was alright. I don´t have any humidity control device, which I intend to buy for the next grows. Growdiaries was really helpful for me, it kept me motivated everyday (not that I wouldn´t have had it anyways), the Grow Questions are REALLY useful and all the community is awesome. Thanks to all people that helped me here on GD during this first grow! To conclude it: I am really happy and satisfied with how the grow turned out. They look incredible, it almost feels like I can´t believe it still. Peace. UPDATES: 07/10 : The buds are now dry and already in curing jars, one of them with a Boveda 58% humidity pack. The total grams of the dry buds are: 41.4g (medium to big sized buds) 4.1g (tiny buds) = 45.5 grams! I´m really happy with the results, I thought it would be around 30g so yeah, that´s a really good surprise! In 2 weeks I´ll be back to update the smoke report. Thanks so much for reading! Peace. 09/10 : I managed to fit everything in the same container with some space between them, so now every bud is with the Boveda pack. 14/10: It´s been a week and the smell improved, it still smells a little like hay/plant ( even tho it´s not too dry neither too wet ). 21/10: Now it´s been two weeks and even tho the smell isn´t anymore hay, it´s a lot herbal. I really think the aroma can get better, but the taste is already good enough for me. The smoke report has been done and in case I have something to add, I´ll report here. Servus all.. ✌️ Halfway through flowering within this week, although the Cuts will finish a week earlier. Progress is super nice, the whole room stinks like heavy berry cream with a bit spice. Buds are swelling beautifully and Iam looking forward to a decent and pretty smelly outcome. See ya🤘 Oim.

The yellow lid make for some really bad pictures. Playing around with things, as usual I gave in and added a filter pump to my reservoir as the water temp can peak near 23c during the day. I dont have my ambient chiller inline this time. The filter also oxygenates the water so this wouldnt be a pure fog run, oh well. Half fog, half dwc🤷‍♂️

Wow! Look at these amazing two plants. They both turned a bit purple. The smell is insane. Belive me or not but my entire room smells like a sweet ice cream restaurant. 😍 I had given this week only PH adjusted water and darkness for two days before harvest. Going to dry for like 7-10 days and then curing for another month or so. I will upload more pictures of the dried buds when the time comes
