Decided to start dark period(24-48hrs) day 85 mostly milky not much amber maybe some amber on the sugar leaves. I wanted to go 90+days with this auto but I needed the space in the tent for my photos and she looks almost ready, would’ve liked to see a little more amber but nevertheless I haven’t grown much at all so don’t have too much preference yet on trichomes. I’ll chop in a day or two and dry in my smaller tent and hopefully it goes well, my first harvest I dried too fast in low humidity and wasn’t that pleased with the end result. This time I’m planning on lowering exhaust speed and to not be so scared of 50+humidity in drying area and raise it to around 60humidity after a few days. Can’t think of anything else to write, but I’ll update after the chop and dry and 🙏 hopefully all goes well.

Day 136.... buds are swelling and looking nice, don’t really do much beside chill in my closet with my other plants but all in all it’s great smell and destroys all my chances of smell control, which is very little to a point of non existent

Gave her a heavy defoliation! She's growing very strong, and needed a little thinning out! The defoliation promotes the lower buds growth, by allowing more light penetration! The defoliation also ensures that airflow throughout the plant is strong!

Woop happy with how the grow is coming along had fun trimming the girls down shitting myself at the same time though😝 still on an 18/6 schedule as I didn’t want to over stress the plants following defoliation and scrog . Scrog setting up wasn’t too bad hope I done it right 😅 the screen is slowly becoming very green haha .. I’ll keep looking around on the web to widen my knowledge but for now it seems all is good my plan is to switch to 12/12 starting week 6 and around this time I should look into adding bloom to feed the autos as I’m sure they’re in pre flower stage right now but if ever in doubt I shall ask Some cool photos to look at as well Happy growing ☠️

Documenting the progress after another week. Here's Week 3. Starting to show secondary leaves now coming in. "Acapulco Gold" and "Something Good" seem to be showing the most growth so far (more leaves, sticks in cups). Once they all get to be about as tall as the cups they're growing in, it will probably be time to transplant them into their bigger pots. These solo cups have a small hole for water to drain out as we've been manually feeding them and facing them where there's the most sun. During the day, it is sometimes warm enough to leave them outside. Lately, the air temperature has still been a bit too chilly. Once the air warms up some, we'll be putting about half of these plants in 3.5 gallon fiber pots and the other half in normal plastic pots. Hoping to see lots of bud densing this coming week. The smell of the terps this morning was crazy. A bit over 3 more weeks, I can't wait. Day 44 update: Leaf yellowing has definitely been slowed, and senescence of lower yellowed leaves has also seemed to stop. Some leaves that continue to be of concern are particularly those accumulating anthocyanins, likely due to my low night time temps. I think they are doing very well, with some very minor problems. This cycle is in the winter for me, so the humidity and temps has been low, but I am happy to not have had to deal with pests or mold like in previous cycles. Day 45 update: broke out the loop today to inspect the trichs, still looking very immature, as expected given there is still a few weeks left until the planned harvest date. Today I watered in a 1/4dose of Buildabloom, some quillaja, pineapple fpj, and some rootwise enzyme elixer.

I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.

Hey guys :-) Today a new diary starts with a strain from Amsterdam Genetics that I'm really looking forward to ☺️. I put 2 seeds to germinate. The more beautiful phenotype is kept in this diary, the other one is of course also preserved and is grown to the end 👍 . Of course everyone will be on instagram. (Maybe I will spontaneously start an extra diary with each phenotype, depending on whether time permits. Since I still have 3 seeds left, they will also come in the course of time 😃. The seeds were placed between damp paper towels to germinate. As soon as the first life appears they come to root in rockwool cubes and a greenhouse hood where there is a very high humidity. In addition, the greenhouse is heated so that the roots can develop nicely 👍. This passage is fertilized with the Greenhouse Feeding Bio line 💚.
