The plant is now absolutely in the final phase. The trichomes already look very good under the microscope. We expect to harvest at the weekend. The purple discoloration looks absolutely beautiful :)

Day 64 (August 19): so the blumats are gone now. I found they didn’t work great with too dressing because the majority of the top dressing doesn’t get soaked. So I’m watering from a can now. Added worm Castings and Power Bloom 2-8-4 for their last feeding! Day 66: By using the AC unit, I’ve been able to get the temps down to exactly where I want them. Sitting at about 76 degrees and 50% humidity. Things are getting FROSTY Day 67: temps are good, humidity is good. These ladies are thriving. They got a good soak today with PH’d water. Should last them a couple days. Day 69: Brought the lights down to 18”. Really trying to maximize the light output on these girls. They’re getting frosty 👊🏼

This week had some exciting moments. I defoiled about 1-2 days after my last post. As you can see that growth came back within a week. They are officially so bushy, they are getting in their own way. I will defoilate them this weekend, and post a picture after that. I also had added some potassium silicate, and it caused a brown algae bloom :| So I ran H202 thru the system, and upped the amount of Enzyme Komplete i was using. This squared it away real quick, it did a great job of clearing it all out. Since this is my 2nd time growing this strain (1st was in soil, and had environmental issues, but did grow) this is where they were about 4-6 weeks before harvest in soil. They have the same coloring and puffy-ness to the buds. They also started with a heavy frosting on the sugar leaves that spread all over the plant. So if I was to guess, i would venture they are 4-5 weeks from harvest. The control plant is about 3-4 (maybe a touch less). These plants are still drinking like crazy, and its becoming expensive feeding them Emerald Harvest every 2-3 days >:|

This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.

Been another smooth week. A few of the plants are starting to show signs that they are moving towards to finish line. Seeing some swelling, pistils starting to brown, and some beautiful purples coming out in some of the buds. Been debating on giving them a dose of dry koolbloom, but I will probably just keep them running on the maxibloom until flush since they look pretty happy. It's hard to show this girls progress since shes in the far back corner, but shes stacking some nice golf ball size buds. I'm seeing some purple on some of the buds. Cant get in there to smell her either, but I bet yall wouldnt turn down a bud off her when shes ready🤣

the girl is growing a little bit, it's getting better, but the weather is not in her favor so far... the weather forecast doesn't show anything good either... but she's growing a little bit, and she looks healthy:).

Hello everyone, The tangerine dream is doing well and will receive in the weekend her first defoliation since switching to 12/12. Smells strongly like pepper and mandarin,start to thicken up now,3 maybe 4 weeks left,have about 1 week of perfect weather coming, have trimmed off the really tiny buds to focus the growth on the big ol nugs

7/11/21 - Day 50! We are almost there! Started feeding it straight water until harvest. The nutrients have done their job and they look really good. 7/12/21 - Leaving for vacation and we have someone watering for us. I will try to update it daily while on vacation. They looks so good. Dense and fat nugs all over the place. 7/13/21 - Looking good! They are almost done. We can’t wait to harvest when we get back from vacation. 7/14/21 - Looking very good! Only a couple weeks before we chop them. 7/15/21 - Back from vacation and got to inspect the plants for myself. They are awesome! VERY dense and smell great. I can see it has another week or so left. I’m just giving it water until harvest. 7/16/21 - Almost time… We aren’t going to jump the gun. Conditions are perfect so we will be patient. (Two new videos added today). Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Langsam am Ende angekommen, leider noch kaum farbliche Veränderungen aber die Trichome sind unglaublich!

This week I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the plant growing taller and to allow the side branches to catch up. I also started feeding them. I will probably repot and switch to flower next week now they've all outgrown their mutations.
